（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. “叮咛”、“叮咛”上课铃声响了，今天第一节课就是我喜欢的英语课，我们的英语老师，束老师满脸笑容的走进了教室。

老师像往常一样首先带我们复习了前一个单元的内容，紧接着老师让我们一个一个打背书，老师抽查到我背书的时候，我不慌不忙的背起了课文，背完之后，老师还夸我：“不错，不过还要再熟练一点。”

今天课堂上老师还让我们同桌之间相互表演课文内容的小对话，我扮演的角色是妈妈，张永祥扮演的是Sarah，我们都很用心地在表演着这段对话，老师站在一旁默默看着我们的表演，对我们做出一副夸赞我们的表情，我当时看着老师心里非常的开心。

其实每一节英语课我都觉得很有趣，也很认真的听老师讲课，我喜欢英语我要好好的学习英语，要像我们束老师一样说一口流利的英语，长大以后能到国外去看看。
