Today, our teacher gave us a special task. He asked us to do a research. The research is about how do we use the time after school. There are three questions. How much time do we spend on study? How much time do we spend in playing? How much time do we spend with our family? We need to ask at least thirty people’s opinion. It is a difficult but interesting task.

今天，我们老师给了我们一个特殊的任务。他叫我们去做一个调查。这个调查是关于我们如何利用放学后的时间。有三个问题。我们花在学习上的时间有多少?我们玩的时间有多少?我们和家人呆在一起的时间有多少?我们需要至少三十人的意见。这是一个艰难而又有趣的任务。

1919年巴黎和会上中国外交的失败，点燃了几经屈辱、备受压迫、蓄势待发的中华儿女。1919年5月4日，一场声势浩荡的反对帝国主义、封建主义的爱国运动拉开帷幕。2019年是五四运动100周年，这100年来，中国发生翻天覆地的变化，历史的车轮已滚滚开过，忧国忧民、热爱祖国、积极创新、探索科学的爱国主义精神薪火相传、熠熠生辉。

100年来，青年的身影活跃在每一次影响国家民族进程的重大历史事件里，从“一寸山河一寸血，百万青年百万军”的抗日战争到抗美援朝反侵略战争，从“雷锋精神”到“两弹一星精神”，从中国女排到中国飞人，中国青年在各个领域为国家民族的解放斗争、发展进步和繁荣富强默默奉献力量。而在进入中国特色社会主义新时代的今天，青年更是已成为国家振兴、民族崛起的最重要力量之一，把“五四精神”融入新时代已成为必然选择。

把社会主义核心价值观融入“五四精神”。历史实践证明，不管时代如何变化，青年对国家、对社会、对人民的热爱和情怀从未改变。在刚刚结束的纪念五四运动100周年大会上习总书记也寄语广大青年：爱国是本分，也是职责，是心之所系、情之所归，让爱国主义的伟大旗帜始终在心中高高飘扬!或许有人会有点迷茫：新时代我们该如何爱国?其实爱国可以很简单，把不变的爱国情怀和社会主义核心价值观融入“五四精神”是中国青年对新时代爱国精神最美的“答案”，也是在新时代践行“五四精神”最好的体现。

用“五四精神”助力中华民族伟大复兴。“五四”的青春里不仅有诗和远方，更要有奋斗和使命。习总书记说：“一代人有一代人的使命，一代人有一代人的担当”。身处新时代的青年们既是中华民族伟大复兴事业的奋斗者，也是“五四精神”的传承者，民族复兴路上青年才是核心力量。而对广大青年来说，青春与奋斗永远紧密相连，所以让青年勇敢奔跑的英姿成为民族复兴路上最美的风景才是真正不负时代和人民的殷殷期望和重托。

新时代，咱们青年从未缺席。从地震中“最美逆行”的战士到森林火灾里的消防英雄，从“最美变脸”的女警到“最美村官”秦玥飞，新时代的青年一直在用自己的行动践行和传承着“五四精神”。习总书记说：“国家的希望在青年，民族的未来在青年。”100年前青年为中华民族的解放而奋不顾身，100年后青年更将为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而披荆斩棘。青年不仅是“五四精神”的一颗“种子”——传承者，更是一棵“大树”——扎根在大地、长在新时代，树荫可“乘凉”、树干为栋梁。

在小学时，作业很少，压力也如同作业一般，寥寥无几。书包也很轻，每天几乎只要背三本书，语文，数学和英语书，其他书只需放书包橱里睡大觉就行了，不用天天背来背去。而如今，我已成为一名中学生，作业随之渐渐增多，书不但比小学大一号，每天要背来去的书也渐渐多了起来，这也给了我一个预告，初中的压力加大了，不再像小学时那样轻松快乐了。

在小学时，双休日我很空，因为我周五晚上把功课可以全做完，然后可以和妈妈一起出去散散步，也可以看看电视，娱乐娱乐。周六周日，我只要做少量的教辅材料，然后自己批批，妈妈也不大来检查。而到了初中，双休日则一下子成了我的加班日了。周五必须把作业完成，然后要看作文选一直到睡觉，第二天早上，妈妈很早把我从床上拉起来，叫我复述昨晚作文选上的内容。

接着，便是大量的教辅向我涌来，我不仅要做完，还要批完，批完后的订正还不能看答案，从早到晚一刻不停地忙于教辅中。妈妈以前总爱和我闲聊，可现在，她似乎只会为我施压，一天到晚像唐僧念经一般地叨叨：“你看看你，怎么没……好，人家能考前3名，你怎么就不行呢?”

可是，虽然上了中学后我已找不回小学时那无忧无虑的快乐生活，回不到那种提倡快乐学习的美好时光，那从而又给了我又一个选择，是面对这种充满压力的初中生活放弃自己，逆水行舟，不进则退呢，还是迎刃而上，不对这突如其来的压力感到畏惧呢?当然是迎刃而上。

人都说"只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针"。学习亦如此，假如我咬紧牙关，永不放弃，我总会取得好成绩，考上重点高中。反之，若我面对困难打着退堂鼓，想要放弃的话，收获与成功也会渐渐向我远去。压力是每个人都要面对的，特别是这种学习上的压力，但面对压力，我必须挺起胸膛，勇往直前，终有一天，我会尝到属于学习上的那甜甜的果实。

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food,

different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary

in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

can taste different kinds of food by using less money.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often.

Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less.

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

When I go to high school, our school has the rule to ask students to live

in the dormitory. Most students live with their parents before, so we all feel

excited and afraid of the group life. Luckily, I have three nice roommates. Soon

we become close friends. Living with others, we learn to do the house work, such

as everyone needs take turn to clean the floor, when we have something good to

eat, we will share with each other. The group life makes us have less private

space, but we enjoy the moment when we have the little talk before sleep, the

secrets that we dont want our parents know can talk to these girls. Whats

more, I become much independent. I learn to take care of myself and have really

grown up.
