今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

古时候，印度有一位木匠，非常聪明。他用木头做了一个少女，栩栩如生，能够走动，也能招待客人，就是不会说话。

了这件事。从此，不论严寒酷暑，小牧童以放牛为借口经常到山上观棋，时间过了三个年头，当牧童的家人在山下叫唤牧童时，八仙刚好下完最后一盘棋，牧童一眨眼，八位仙人立刻变成了神石屹立在八座山上，这也就是“八仙围棋”山的得名。

来到船场，又乘车往“八仙围棋”山方向走了半个多小时，虽见群山连绵不断，但却平淡无奇。我们一路上欢声笑语，甭提有多兴奋了。不料，车子刚转过一个山头，眼前豁然开朗，景色突变，就像顷刻间拉开巨大的帷幕，托出一个神奇的世界。一座座奇山映在眼帘，有的像巨人般高耸入云;有的像天真活泼的女孩;有的似雨后春笋拔地而起;有的如同一支长长的利剑直插云宵每一座山峰都像一幅美妙的画，一首优美的诗。

我们兴高采烈地来到子紫云殿，站在“八仙围棋”山脚下抬头望：哇，八座山峰用绿树青草做衣裙，用粉红色的桃花镶边，用缕缕云雾作头巾，用流淌的清泉洗脸，用鲜红的朝霞作脂粉，打扮得漂漂亮亮。望着这被云雾笼罩的山，宛然八位十七八岁妙龄少女，羞于露面似的。

爸爸在一旁乐地哈哈大笑，我不由地灰心了。妈妈在一旁鼓励我说：“孩子，干什么事情都需要熟能生巧，多观察，多练习你一定能干好，怎么遇到一点困难就灰心丧气呢?再包几个试试，你一定能行的!”听了妈妈的话，我又拿起饺子皮学着爸爸的动作，耐心地包起来。

又经过几次失败后，我终于成功了，妈妈直夸我能干，吃着自己动手包的饺子，我的心里美极了。

古往今来，五岳之美，美过千万山，我并不反对。华山，美景高于天。登高望远，不仅仅只有“会当临绝顶，一览众山小。”更有“看万山红遍，层林尽染，漫江碧透，百舸争流。”的景象。

华山东峰之下，有一秃顶之山。他曾被千夫所指，却依然与众不同，树深深的扎根在石缝之中，却不准长高。东风高，风大雨多，那松断了，可它还会长出来，一定!华山之旅，情中带景，甚是多彩。

再次回想，甚是多彩，良多趣味!

“叮铃铃!”，清脆的闹钟声叫醒了我，便开启了活力满满的快乐的一整天啦!今天是参加社会实践活动的日子，主题是“青少年防日常伤害活动”。洗漱完毕，吃过早餐，爸爸便带我开启了活动之旅。我们提前跟妈妈打了电话了解了位置之后，便怀着激动的心情向目的地出发了。

地点是东怡外国生活馆六楼的外滩党群中心。能到达六楼的只有一个小电梯，位置在一个角落里。电梯刚开，同学们就蜂拥而出。推开大门，见到已经有不少同学到了那里。时间还早，讲课老师还没到。大家看了会书后，便一起聊起了最近很火热的垃圾分类的活动，参加过此类活动的同学纷纷发表自己的看法，原来有很多人都学会了垃圾分类的标准，分清了什么是什么垃圾了。没有参加过活动的表示有点遗憾，说有机会一定要积极参与。聊着聊着就到了听课时间。

放暑假了，但是我却没有离开学校，因为我们有一个社会实践，就是去市人民公园捕捉一些昆，然后做成昆虫标本。

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

我和我的朋友在夏令营期间去了长城，我们是乘汽车去的，经过两个小时才到的那儿。那天天气很热，风也很大，那里有很多很多的人，当我们看到一群外国人的时候，我们上去和他们攀谈。我们告诉他们很多关于长城的故事，他们非常惊讶我们的英语是如此的好，而且我们还懂那么多关于长城的故事。他们非常感谢我们，而我们也度过了愉快的一天。我们为自己是一名中国人而感到很自豪。
