In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places,

including big cities, small towns, famous mountians and so on. Therefore, I like

traveling and I hope I can visit to many more places. Since then, I hope I can

be a tour guide in the future, so I can travel to many tourist attractions.

Besides, I can meet various people and I think communicating with different

people is interesting, wchich can broaden my field of vision. I hope they can

share their life stories with me so that I can know the general life of a place.

今天，是一个值得欢庆的日子，猜一猜，是什么日子?对啦。是春节。春节里，我想大家一定做了很多事，对不对?我来说一说我是怎么过春节的吧。我早上刚一穿好衣服，习惯地看了一眼窗外，啊。一场鹅毛大雪原来从半夜不知不觉地下了起来。我和爸爸妈妈来到奶奶家，一进门，已经开饭了，我一坐下来，变戏法似的拿出红包神出鬼没地塞进我这个又大又宽的口袋，不过，我立即发现了，“谢谢奶奶。”我大声说。吃晚饭，人人使出给钱术，给我钱，收获不小。600元。我又点起了小炮，玩儿了一下午，同时，也开心了一下午。六点了，我们该回家了。啊，过春节好难忘啊。

刚刚上中学，一切都变得陌生——学习环境、老师、同学。一个学期过去了一大半，还是有很多同学我是不认识的。在课间、课外活动时他们很多人一起玩，而我却孤零零一个人在一边。我以前小学的时候跟同学们相处地那么好，为什么现在不行呢?

昨天，我妈妈偷看了我的日记本，我一下心急责怪她，可妈妈还振振有词地说做人父母可以看子女的一切，包括日记。要是我一生中没有任何烦恼那该多好啊!

湖南的规矩，过年差不多从腊月二十三日开始。

这天，是家乡过小年的日子，说是小年，不如说是过过年的彩排。晚上，天一擦黑，就听见一阵阵鞭炮声响起，每一年的这天吃睡觉之前都要放鞭炮，再烧些纸钱送灶王爷上天，干完这些才能睡觉。每当这一天晚上，村子里就会传出一阵阵参差不齐的鞭炮声，那声音直冲云天。这天还要把屋子整理好，准备迎接新年的到来。

腊月三十也就是家乡人口中的大年了，这天中午十二点，家家户户贴对联。晚上全家人坐在桌子上吃一顿团圆饭，吃晚饭，家里的男人们就去别人家拜早年，女人们在家里等待别人拜年。年三十晚，大家都坐在电视机前，看过年联欢晚会。到了十二点，大家都出来放花炮。放完才睡觉。正月初一早晨，人们穿上新衣，这时是小孩子们最开心的时刻因为这时要向爷爷奶奶爸爸妈妈要压岁钱了，收完了压岁钱，就一起出去拜年，到那家串串，到那家走走，拜完之后就在家里等待别人来拜年。白天，家家户户都在看舞龙灯。传说，把龙围成一个圈，让小孩站在里面，摸一摸龙的胡须，孩子的成绩就会很好。我一听说，就钻了进去，和别的孩子手拉手。

过完过年后的几天更不能闲着了，还要到别的亲戚家这样子来回走动，晚上还要请在村子里的长辈吃饭。过年之后的几天晚上村里开着路灯，小孩子们都出去放各种礼花。

这种日子一直持续到正月十五，这天必须要吃汤圆，晚上全村一起放礼花，各种各样的礼花在天空中呈现出来，给蔚蓝的天空添上了几笔彩色。过年直到正月十五结束，过年过去之后，天气逐渐变暖，孩子们开始上学，大家又开始为新的一年忙碌起来。

记得那次天黑了，妈妈炒着菜，我便帮着她打理一些小事。爸爸突然说：“程程，你好像长高了许多，都跟你 妈妈差不多了，”我便骄傲地站到妈妈身边，站直了身子比了比，“妈妈，你要加油吃饭，否则快被我追到了，”我笑着说。无意间，一条白白的，细细的发丝从我眼前掠过，我转眼一看。顿时，脸上的笑容变淡了。那是妈妈的白发。

这时，刚下班的爸爸正蹲在门口饥饿地吃着苹果。我转过头去，他头上也镶着丝丝银发。

我想，这丝丝白发，缕缕白发中，蕴涵着什么?

那里藏有你们的期望，有你们的辛劳，也有你们的爱。母亲天天为我洗衣烧菜，父亲成天辛勤工作供我上学，你们为我付出了这么多。

而我，我给了你们什么?我只是给你们增添了无穷的烦恼，无数的劳累。你们对我的爱，带给了我无穷的快乐，无穷的温馨，无穷的阳光，但也有无穷的愧疚，那种愧疚是一生都抹不去的，也是谁都无法带来的。

说是时光可以带走一切，是的，它是带走了我许多童年的回忆，带走了我许多以前的烦恼，可它却带不走父母的爱，更不用说我内心的愧疚，那份阳光和阴影已在我的内心深处扎下了根。

person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

feelings. Try to be a good listener, when you express yourself, thinks about it

carefully before you really say it.

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

interacting with others. You can do that too, if you have enough patient and

determinations.

Henry is a little fatter than he wants to be. He is a bit worried. He

decides to lose weight. He eats only a little food for breakfast and supper, and

has some fruit. He doesn’t eat much sugar because he thinks it makes him

fatter.

Besides having only a little food, he keeps doing exercises every day. He

swims very often and runs every day. Some time later, he becomes stronger.

在我的眼里，我的初中生活像一首交响乐曲，主旋律只有六个字：磨练?考验?挑战。

磨练，总伴随着机遇出现。六年的寒窗苦读，总算没有白费。直到去年9月份，我终于迈进了求真中学的大门，跨上了人生的第二个台阶。求真是培养人才的基地，他们赏识人才。在这里，求真教会了我许多做人道理，丰富了我的人生经验。

求真是四方区比较好的一所学校，当然也是高手云集之地。有高手，初中的生活才更富有挑战性，才会更刺激。在压力的驱使下，同学们都投入了紧张的复习，比赛也会更扑朔迷离，鹿死谁手还是个未知数。我也会以积极的态度投入到各种各样的比赛和考试之中，去收获曾经付出的辛劳和汗水。

在初中生活的舞台上，我们都尽情地展示自己。在群星中，我也许不是最为耀眼的，但我还是会发出自身独特的光芒。我的初中生活啊，将会充满风雨和阳光!

Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning,

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

delicious and nutritious breakfast for me. I usually go to school at 7:20 by

bike. It only takes me ten minutes to get to the school. We have the morning

reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. I usually have Chinese, math,

English and other subjects. I go home at noon and have a short rest at home.

Classes are over at 5:30. I usually play at school for a while and then go home.

At night, I usually finish my homework and then watch TV. About 10:00, I go to

bed. This is my all day.

今天已经是军训的第二天啦!在军训期间，有痛、有苦、有难受，但我始终记住一句话：把泪水往肚子里咽，流血流汗不流泪。而且，我做到了!

我们营有一个很好的教官，只要我们感到难受，他便会让我们短暂休息。可是，他也有严厉的一面，在下午的时候，他让我们不停地练习跑步，尽管我们已经都气喘吁吁了，但是我们都很情愿。因为我们要向第一名奋勇前进，做一支最好的队伍!

这天，我们学习了一首歌《军中绿花》，其中一句歌词，让我记忆深刻：“亲爱的战友你别想家，别想妈妈。”这句话，反而让我更想家了。今天的教官也非常的幽默，在唱《军中绿花》的时候，我们的教官突然忘词儿了，他不停地用咳嗽来掩饰自己，最后实在想不起来了，只好说：“不好意思，我忘词了。”大家顿时哈哈大笑。

晚上回到宿舍，大家的聊天中，已经没有叫苦叫累的了，经过昨天的磨练，大家都差不多已经适应了军训的生活了，不再觉得太辛苦了，相信，在不久的将来，我们一定是国家的栋梁，国家的希望!

那天我第一次看见了你，我们的相遇就像极低的概率，不知道为什么从你身边走过会突然心跳加速，我只能偷偷看着你。

初一的第一学期开始了，我在来时的路上第一次看见了你，你还是那么阳光，只不过穿上了红色的校服。我呆呆的看着你，你突然看向我，而我却偷偷把头低下了，然后慢慢走开了。

周五晚上我在学校门口的一家肯德基吃饭，你刚好也在里面，我点了大份的炒饭，刚开始很文雅的在吃，不知道什么时候你出去了，我就开始狼吞虎咽，就在这个时候你就回来了，你很吃惊的看着我，我又一次不好意思的把头低下了，然后你从我身边走过，我看见了你脸上的笑容，不得不说你笑起来真的很帅，高高的。

从此以后，我经常跟在你身后偷偷的看着你，有次我在大操场上很猥琐的笑，结果你突然出现还是那样震惊的看着我，我当时就喷了好多口水，周围的人都以为我疯了，我还是不好意思的走开了，那天之后我都不敢大笑了，我怕再一次将我不堪的一面展现在你面前。

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。
