Secondly,the emigrants always go with the whole family including the elder.As we all know,after retirement,it is usually that the aged chat with each other about things in the past.For them,talking about trivialities is an essential and necessary way to enjoy themselves.However,assuming that persons around them are different ethnic in the new community,how can our parents or grandparents communicate with neighbors.After all,in accordance with the statistics,over seventy percent of the elder cannot speak foreign language especially in Asia.In addition,the fact that the majority of emigrants coming from Asia is well-known.Therefore,how to help the aged avoid loneliness is a serious problem which should be solved in time.I reckon that the best way is to live with people of the same race.Thus all old men benefit from the familiar language.Or,if they have nothing to do but to stay at home all the day,the harmony of the family will be affected sooner or later.

All in all,in my opinion,the more familiar,the better.So emigrants ought to live with others of their own ethnic background.

由于军训汇报表演要出一个军体拳方队，所以要挑选打拳打得比较好的出来组成军体拳方队。我有幸被选中到军体拳方队主练军体拳了。太阳很猛烈，练军体拳也很累，但是我没有退缩，每个动作我都很认真的去学习，有些打得不够好的动作自己就多加训练，因为我们是经过教官挑选出来的，我们就必须做得更好。选人的时候，教官表明不想训练的可以马上提出离开，但是我没有提出，我认为我可以坚持，一定要做出一些成绩。

经过四天的刻苦训练，我们军体拳方队每个人都做得很好，打拳的时候基本能表齐排面。最终在28号上午的军训汇报表演上我们军体拳方队表演得很成功，最终获得了第三名。能获得这个荣誉与大家的努力是分不开的，更重要的是我们军体拳的教官林sir对我们严格要求，要不是他的严厉，我们也就拿不到这个荣誉了，在这里想说一声：教官，辛苦了!

军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志运坚强的人敞开的，甚至可以说是只向意志坚强的人敞开。

在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。训练的每一个动作，都让我深深地体会到了团结的力量，合作的力量，以及团队精神的重要性，我相信，无论在哪个岗位上它将使我终身受益。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?

不好一门心思想着出国，更加不好迷信外国的月亮比中国圆。削尖脑袋记gre词汇很可能是一件十分愚蠢也十分可悲的事情。既然全世界的公司都想到中国的市场上来瓜分蛋糕，为什么中国人还要一门心思到国外去留学然后给外国人打工?

人才市场就是一个地雷阵。透过多种方式求职固然没有错，但是千万不好饥不择食。只要用人单位一说要你交钱，你掉头就走便是了。

求职简历务必突出自我的核心竞争力。求职的时候大可不必像严守一那样“有一说一”，必要的时候恰到好处地说一些谎言是十分有用的。一份求职简历只要用一张a4纸做个表格就足够了。很多女生的求职简历就像是写真集，不但浪费钱，而且对求职毫无用处。面试其实是有规律的，每次面试的时候只要背标准答案就行了……

垃圾是放错位置的人才。因此，在找工作的时候必须要把自我放到那个让你成为人才而不是垃圾的职位上。当然，前提是你要知道自我究竟想做什么、究竟适合做什么。世界上最大的杯具莫过于有太多的年轻人从来没有发现自我真正想做什么。骑驴找马固然没错，但是，并非随便找一头驴就能找到千里马。因此，必须要重视第一份工作。

大公司是做人，小公司是做事。进入公司工作以后，务必尽快融入写字楼政治。职员能否得到提升，很大程度不在于是否发奋，而在于老板对你的赏识程度。在写字楼的政治斗争中，必须要学习并领悟自我保护。

瘦死的骆驼比马大。撑死胆大的，饿死胆小的。必须要有创业的勇气和魄力。如果你一向满足于给别人打工，那么，不管你工资多高，永远都只能是一个可怜的穷光蛋。就算月薪两万，在深圳上海那种地方，一年的存款还买不来一个小小的洗手间。

大学期间必须要多去图书馆多去自习室。很多书你此刻不读，一辈子就再也没有机会去读了。虽然不是每本书看了都必须有用，但是，正因你不知道究竟哪本书以后会有用，因此只好多看书，并且抛弃那些过于功利的想法。尽管每次网到鱼的但是是一个网眼，但要想捕到鱼，就务必要编织一张网。

This summer, I was very happy. Although I didnt go out to travel. But my friends and me to a nursing home to help old people.In a nursing home, we introduce myself after, began to work for the old people. First of all, we first points groups. 这个暑假,我非常开心.虽然我没有出去旅游。但是我和朋友们到养老院去帮助老人们。到了养老院,我们自我介绍了后,就开始为老人们做事了。首先,我们先分了组。有的去扫地,有的去帮老人们捶背,有的陪老人们解闷,而我和其他的朋友帮老人晒洗被子。我们开始了,我们用洗衣粉洒在老人们的被子上,用刷子搓了又搓,很累。我体会到了妈妈的辛苦。接着,我们就晒被子了。我们在养老院待了一个下午,和老人道别后,我决定以后多帮父母做家务。

After completing my military service, I have been looking for a challenging goal for me to achieve. And I found that the Intermediate of General English Proficiency Test fits my new achievement properly.I graduated from Taipei Commercial Junior College, majored in business administration. Instead of spending much time in playing, I devoted myself to my studies and paid attention to all meaningful things happened in daily life. By the way, I learned a lot from Mr. Wang, the professor of my business class. He is my good friend till now an often gives some appropriate suggestions toward my problem confusion.My father is, in the same way, a good consultant to me. As he said: I am in poor education, little for you; to clarify, what he have given is far beyond his words, I do think so. I was born in a country of Ping Tung Country, farming is our career of generations. There are four people in my family, Mother is housewife and my brother is a student of an Agriculture CollegeI am optimistic and active, and I am confident that I can pass the test. 在大学阶段，我觉得最大的收获就是参加了许多课外活动和社会实践。这不仅使我的大学生活丰富多彩，而且提高了我的综合素质。记得在大一刚入学时参加“推新人、展特长”声乐组比赛，当时我紧张极了，唱歌时拿话筒的手一直在发抖。虽然那次比赛没有得奖，但对我来说真是一次很难得的锻炼机会，同时也使我变得更加自信。人在尝试做一件事的时候，往往最难迈出的就是第一步。但是一旦迈出了这艰难的第一步，才会发现前面的路其实并没有想象中那么坎坷。我很庆幸自己争取了这么一次机会，从那以后我胆子大了很多，也越来越应对自如了。我积极参加学校、学院组织的各项活动，也取得了一些成绩。2003年11月参加“太阳雨”杯征文比赛，获得三等奖。2004年5月参加第五届“信得杯”大学生科技文化艺术节系列活动，获得“原汁原味”校园微型小说原创比赛优胜奖，“青春季风”大型文艺晚会节目优胜奖，“青春本色”大学校园短剧竞赛优胜奖，中华经典美文配乐朗诵比赛三等奖，中英文双语演讲比赛优胜奖等。我还积极参加社会实践活动，利用寒暑假深入工厂、农村进行社会调查，并尽自己的所能服务社会，不但增加了自己的社会阅历，也积累了宝贵的社会经验。2004年10月，我被校团委评为“社会实践先进个人”。

在脱离了父母的四年大学生活中，我学会了独立、学会了承担责任、学会了如何与他人融洽相处。来到大学，我才真正体会到生活的真正含义。天南地北的八个陌生人，因为“大学”两个字走到了一起，形成了我的一个新家。大家同吃、同住、共同学习、共同娱乐。我们从陌生人变成朋友，变成亲人。我们彼此给予帮助、建议、鼓励和支持，共同生活、共同成长。四年来，我们建立了深厚的友谊，我从她们身上学到了很多优秀的东西，使自己成长和成熟了很多，改掉了独生子女的自私、以自我为中心，学会了关心集体、关心他人、主动帮助生活上有困难的同学，承担必要的社会责任;也懂得了人与人相处在于真诚，要坦诚相待、真心付出。

这四年通过不懈的努力，我还从一名共青团员逐渐成长为一名中国共产党员，通过与其他学生党员的交流与学习，我也迅速地成熟起来，融入到党组织这个集体中。

大学四年的生活马上就要画上句号了，回首四年的大学生活，有太多的留恋，但路走到今天，还只能算是短暂的一程，前面的路还很漫长。环顾四周，茫茫大海，我乃沧海之一粟，我很清楚，在这快节奏、高效率的社会，唯有奋进，才能闯出一条实现我人生理想的奋斗之路。

怀念我的大学校园生活!

Everyone has their own dreams， I am the same. But my dream is not a lawyer， not a doctor， not actors， not even an industry.

Perhaps my dream big people will find it ridiculous， but this has been my pursuit! My dream is to want to have a folk life! I want it to become a beautiful painting， it is not only sharp colors， but also the colors are bleak， I do not rule out the painting is part of the black， but I will treasure these bleak colors! Not yet， how about， a colorful painting， if not bleak， add color， how can it more prominent American? Life is like painting， painting the bright red color represents life beautiful happy moments. Painting a bleak color represents life difficult， unpleasant time. You may find a flat with a beautiful road is not very good yet， but I do not think it will. If a person lives flat then what is the point?

习惯了城市的喧嚣，刚踏上西昌这块神奇的土地，便被它醉人的自然风光和浓郁的民族风情所吸引。碧海，蓝天，朴实热情的人们，这是我对西昌的第一印象。

大学校园对大一新生来说像是一座迷宫，经常会迷路，这点我也不例外，但随着对校园的熟悉，这错综复杂的路最终会简化成一条路 即是你若要到某个地方去，绝对会像野生动物一样一条直线抵达，不肯多浪费一丝力气。第一天，先把学校逛了一遍，发现学校的基础设施设备虽一应俱全，但大多都是元老级别的了，从其身上不难看出许多历史的痕迹，能够保留至今，大概是为了契合中国“尊老”的传统。好在校园风景还差强人意，四处绿树成荫，鸟语花香，想必多年以后，留在学生脑海里的，绝不是课堂上的专心致志，而是这醉人的桂香与发香。

来到寝室，第一感觉是小，不到七十平米的房间内囊括了卫生间、洗漱台、柜子、桌子等设施；第二感觉是人多，小小的寝室竟然奇迹般地容纳下了十个人！所以整体感觉就一个字——挤。身处寝室，竟有了在外打工的打工仔们的味道，被老板安排在廉价拥挤的出租房内。实乃一大乐事。寝室的兄弟们来自“五湖四海”，泸州的涛哥说话很“泸州”，每个字发音短促且“i”“ian”不分，比如“梯田”这个词语在他口中就成了“梯提”。巴中的邦治兄说话带有浓重的鼻音，并且夹带卷舌，每次说话都能把我们逗乐。他不负“邦治”这个名字，总是喜欢和我们高谈天下风云 时政要闻，全球形势，兴国安邦之事。广元的郑哥发音低沉，也带有卷舌音和转音，是我们寝室，乃至我们班说话最难听懂的一个，别看他外表阳刚，性格豪迈，其实是内心非常敏感的一个人。峰哥是成都金堂的，说话与成都人无二，为人处事很成熟，深谙世道。另外，我们寝室有一位彝族兄弟沙马五且，我们都亲切地叫他“老沙”或者“沙师弟”，他身上有着彝族人的开朗与率真，为人热情和善，对每个人都是笑脸相迎，每个人对他的评价也都是“老沙是个好人”。其它兄弟在此不一一列举，否则有凑字数之嫌（这篇文章是科目考试的论文）。我真心地为有这样一帮兄弟而高兴自豪，前世的几百次回眸才换来今天的擦肩而过，所以前世脖子都扭断了，今天才能遇见你们，我会好好珍惜的！

都说他乡为异客，佳节倍思亲。远离家乡 来到一个陌生的地方，难免会生出许多的不适应 并患上一种叫“思乡”的疾病。而我，却没有一丁点儿的不适应，甚至说来，是乐不思蜀了。你们可以说我忘本 ，也可以称我没心没肺，但这的确是我的真实感受，因为受过高中三年的非人待遇，来到大学，就像猛虎归山，龙游深海，前所未有的自由感携着我的心飞上了九霄云外。什么老师的压迫，这样的苦酒何须饮，且把它洒在身后路；什么父母的叨扰，这样的哀乐不必闻，且把它埋进荒沙百尺深。

大一的课程很稀疏，一周总是有几天会半天半天地没课，加上周末和各种放假，闲着的日子真是多得擢发难数，我不想整天窝在寝室玩电脑，所以就加入了几个协会和社团，经常参加他们的活动，外出踏踏青，吃吃烧烤，打打球，进城逛逛，图书馆坐坐倒也过得轻松。并且 参与这些集体活动也能够提升我与人交际的能力 ，这块正是我所或缺的。学的东西并不局限于书本上嘛。

再谈谈我对大学未来的规划吧，说是规划，其实并不是什么天马行空的长篇大论，我的期望很简单，一是在学业上有所收获，能拿点奖学金那是在好不过的了，二是交际能力能有所提升，能变得更开朗一点，四年之后能有一大邦肝胆相照的朋友。三是能尽快独立，自己挣钱养活自己，不再依赖父母，因为，现在我花父母的每一分钱都是心怀愧疚的。所以，从现在开始，我要上好每一堂课，哪怕是计算机课，积极参加每一个活动，哪怕是干最脏最累的活。极力抓住每一个机会，哪怕最终摊开手发现什么都没有。

数十年后，当我们回首往事时，有这样一些人和事，不会随着烟花的凋零而逝去，只会在岁月的长河中常常忆起，它们都属于这个时代——我的大学
