Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

善良有时很简单，对他人的微不足道的帮助，在别人看来也是善意的，这份善良也会得到丰厚的回报。台北有群退伍兵，他们生活窘迫，便商量着在街面上做点儿生意。他们先帮镇上的百姓做些好事，打扫街道，修补道路，打井修渠，不计报酬。人们都知道了这群勤劳善良的退伍兵，当他们的早餐店开业时，街坊邻居都喜欢来吃早点，来捧他们的场，终于，他们的早餐店名气越来越大，这就是永和豆浆的雏形。那么，是什么让他们的事业取得了成功呢？是因为他们的勤恳付出，为他们博得了人们的支持和拥护；是因为他们的助人为乐，与人方便，使他们获得了事业发展的良机；是因为他们的善对他人，也赢得了他人的善意回报，使他们在台北拥有了自给自足的一席之地，走出困窘的境地，迎来幸福的生活。这块当初用善良留下的路标，真的引领他们走向成功。所以，与人为善并不困难，善对他人收获颇丰。

但是，善良有时又很困难，它可能要求你很付出很多，可能伴随着旁人的不理解。但是每个人对善良的要求不一样，对幸福的理解也不一样，这种看似没有回报的善良实则孕育了丰富的心灵，高贵的灵魂。在中国，有一个群体，他们将青春和生命献给贫穷落后的西部地区，他们就是扎根边疆，扎根山区的支教志愿者。他们中的一些人因一颗善良之心为贫困地区带去知识和希望，因一颗善良之心将全部的生命留给那一方土地，因一颗善良之心燃烧了自己，照亮了别人。他们的亲人不理解他们，说他们是自讨苦吃，他们的朋友不理解他们，说他们是在为自己积累政治资本，更有甚者，当地的百姓因民族政治原因也一时不能接受他们，但他们都义无反顾地留了下来。他们的善良为自己树起了一块丰碑，使自己人生的价值得到充分实现。这种善良带来的幸福是无形的，却是真正的幸福。

可是，善良在某些人身上却成了奢侈品。邻里各扫门前雪，比邻若天涯，路人摔倒不敢帮扶，病人垂危医院拒收，无怪乎周国平说他怀念善良，我们都怀念善良，我们希望善永远在我们身边传播。

善良是幸福的源泉，它使我们更丰富，更高尚。与人为善，人恒善之，让我们且行且善，用善良为自己留下一块路标。
