像上面一样的电脑“事迹”举不胜举。它在公司企业中，在人们的生活中渐渐成为了一个非常重要而必不可缺的工具。但是我们也必须清楚，网络在给我们带来益处的同时，也存在着相当的负面影响。

一些青少年不能正确认识网络，上网白文明不健康，通宵达旦打游戏、聊天，浏览不良信息，沉迷于上网，甚至不顾身体健康，无节制上网。我曾听到过一条消息：一个男生在网吧打游戏，不吃不喝也不休息，可到了第三天早上，因为体力不支而昏倒在地，送到医院抢救。可为时已晚。死因是累死的。我听到这里时候，觉得这是非常不可思议的事。一个好好的人，却为一个虚幻的世界而失去了宝贵的生命。

希望未来的人们上网能看到一个没有不良信息，没有暴力和血腥的游戏，成为一个真正的“健康绿色的网络”。

为了大力开展网络安全进校园活动，组织全体师生积极参与，大力宣传倡导依法文明上网，增强网络安全意识，普及网络安全知识，提高网络素养，营造健康文明的网络环境，共同维护国家网络安全。我校从2019年9月19日至25日组织开展了以“网络安全为人民，网格安全靠人民”为主题的网络安全宣传周活动。现将活动情况总结如下：

一、学校高度重视网络安全宣传周活动，把活动列入重要议事日程，加强了组织领导和统筹协调，成立了网络安全宣传周活动领导小组，认真策划制订了《__学校关于网络安全宣传周活动方案》，确保网络安全宣传周活动有序有效开展。

二、我校充分利用国旗下讲话、安全教育课、电子屏、主题活动等形式传递正能量，加大网络安全教育的宣传力度，增强全校师生的网络安全防范意识和自我保护技能。

三、要求各班利用“班班通”播放网络安全知识教育短片、信息技术课讲授网络安全知识等形式上好“网络安全课”，帮助学生充分认识到网络安全隐患，提高网络安全意识和防护意识。

四、我校通过全体学生发放网络安全资料宣传材料，向学生家长并由家长向社会辐射，宣传网络危害、网络安全、文明上网、宣传口号等知识。

五、开展了“网络安全知识教育”专题讲座，围绕青少年网络基本识别、养成良好的上网习惯和行为、青少年网瘾的危害等几个主题进行。

通过这次“网络安全宣传周”活动的开展，我校加强了网络安全宣传教育，提升了全体学生的网络安全意识和基本技能，构筑出了网络安全的第一道防线，在增强学生们的网络安全防范意识和自我保护技能方面都取得了较好的效果。

随着资讯科技的发达，电脑愈来愈普及，网络早已成为生活里不可或缺的一部份，不仅将网络多元功能发挥的淋漓尽致，更让科技与生活紧密结合，提供人们更舒适、便捷的资讯生活环境。只要在家轻点滑鼠，连上网络，就能“秀才不出门，能知天下事”，甚 至食、衣、住、行、育乐等生活所需，也都能一指搞定。

我很喜欢上网，也常上网，但我总是非常小心。因网络世界虽然五花八门、包罗万象，有 很多新奇的事物，不过潜藏的陷阱也很多。像木马病毒，不仅让电脑运作速度变慢，个人资料也会跟着外洩，重要资料也可能被盗取；还有一些不良网站，若让未成年儿童浏览，对身心造会成莫大的伤害；更有一些网络交友、线上游戏，一个不小心就可能被未谋面的网友给骗了，甚至人财两失！这样的例子比比皆是，受害者还不仅止于儿童，甚至是成年人也深受其害。

各设区市、省直管县(市)教育局：

根据教育部部署和《关于开展2015年全省学生安全知识集中教育活动的通知》(赣教稳定字〔2015〕5号)安排，现就2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动具体事项通知如下：

一、参加对象

设区市参加对象为中小学校在校学生;省直管县(市)参加对象为中小学校在校学生、教师及家长(含幼儿园教师和家长)。

二、答题方式

设区市在江西教育网(http://www.jxedu.gov.cn/)或通过智能手机关注“江西省基础教育资源网”微信公众号参加答题;省直管县(市)在习网(http://www.ciwong.com/)或通过智能手机下载习信APP参加答题。

三、答题时间

本次网络答题活动时间为11月16日—12月20日。设区市采用分时段集中组织进行(具体安排详见附件)，学生具体作答时间小学30分钟、初中40分钟、高中50分钟;省直管县(市)每天8：00—21:00均可组织，采取先学习再答题的形式进行，时间不限。

四、操作流程

1.设区市：先由学校管理员登录江西省基础教育资源网(http://www.jxjyzy.com/)“学校信息查询系统”查询学校编码，并告知学生。再由学生登录江西教育网，点击“全省学生安全知识网络答题活动→2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→答题入口”;或智能手机关注“江西省基础教育资源网”微信公众号，点击“2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→答题入口”。再按要求输入学校编码、个人真实姓名、性别、学段、年级和班级等信息，由系统自动抽取题目在规定时间内作答，答题结束后提交并退出系统。

2.省直管县(市)：先由学校管理员登录习网“江西省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动”专栏。完成注册后，点击“竞赛管理员在线登录”进入平台，批量添加学生、教师、家长的真实姓名，系统将自动生成相应账号和密码。管理员将账号和密码导出并打印后下发给参赛人员。参赛人员凭账号、密码登录平台进行学习和考试，答题结束后提交并退出系统。通过习信APP手机客户段答题的操作流程跟网络答题一致。

五、数据统计与查询

各级教育行政部门和学校登录江西教育网，点击“全省学生安全知识网络答题活动→2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→管理人员入口”，输入账号和密码，实时查询本地本校答题成绩和参加率。

省直管县(市)教育局和学校可凭账号和密码登录习网“江西省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动”专栏的“管理人员入口”，实时查询本地本校答题成绩和参加率。

六、工作要求

1.高度重视，加强领导。接本通知后，要召开专题会议，研究部署相关工作，并结合本地实际制定具体实施方案。

2.充分准备，精心安排。网络答题活动开始前，要组织所辖县(市、区)和学校认真检查、维护和调试网络答题设备设施，制定详细计划，周密安排各校各年级段学生的具体答题时段和地点。

3.严密组织，认真总结。由于本次答题活动涉及面广、参加人数众多，各地各校要加强协调，密切配合，确保学生能在规定时间内顺利完成网络答题。活动结束后，要认真总结工作经验，以利于进一步提高活动的针对性和实效性。

4.本次全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动的组织情况、答题成绩及参加率(各地在校学生数以《江西省教育统计手册》2014学年度数据为准)将纳入各地中小学幼儿园安全稳定工作日常管理数据统计范围，折算成相应分值后，计入当地校园及周边治安综合治理工作年度考评和教育发展指数考核得分。省直管县(市)还将评出优秀个人奖、优秀组织奖、家长参与奖等奖项，在习网上公布并颁发奖品。

七、其他事项

举办国家网络安全宣传教育活动是贯彻落实中共中央关于网络安全和信息化战略部署的重要举措，有利于增强总体国家安全观。烟台大学2016年国家网络安全宣传教育活动的开展必将增强全校师生网络安全意识，普及网络安全知识，提高师生网络素养，营造健康文明的网络环境，打造校园网络文明。

20__年，中国软件开发联盟csdn，中国的开发者技术社区，密码泄漏，超1亿用户密码被泄,黑客在网上公开了一部分用户信息数据库，导致600余万个注册邮箱账号和与之对应的明文密码泄露。这次事件以后，又陆续曝出了多玩网、人人网、搜狗浏览器等安全事件。

下面进入正题，我的演讲的内容分为四个版块：什么叫网络安全、网络安全的重要性、网络安全的现状、如何防范网络安全、打造一个和谐网络。

首先讲一下什么是我们这里所讲的“网络安全”，网络安全呢，就是指网络系统的硬件、软件及其系统中的数据受到保护，不因偶然的或者恶意的原因而遭受到破坏、更改、泄露，系统连续可靠正常地运行，网络服务不中断。

网络安全是一门涉及计算机科学、网络技术、通信技术、密码技术、信息安全技术、应用数学、数论、信息论等多种学科的综合性学科。是个高难度的行业啊。

有人说过，“谁掌握领了信息，控制了网络，谁将拥有整个世界。”这句话不完全对啊。不过这点在股市里体现的挺好。从此可见掌握网络是何等的重要，网络安全的重要性也从中体现出来。在大量网络应用中，安全面临着重大的挑战，事实上，资源共享和安全历来是一对矛盾。在一个开放的网络环境中，大量信息在网上流动，这为不法分子提供了攻击目标。他们利用不同的攻击手段，获得访问或修改在网中流动的敏感信息，闯入用户或政府部门的计算机系统，进行窥视、窃取、篡改数据。不受时间、地点、条件限制的网络诈骗，其“低成本和高收益”又在一定程度上刺激了犯罪的增长。

下面谈一谈大环境下的网络安全现状吧第一个，诚信问题严峻。随着互联网的发展，尤其是商务类应用的快速发展，许多不法分子纷纷将牟利黑手伸向互联网，导致近年来网络安全威胁和诚信危机事件频发。据《20__年中国互联网网络安全报告》，20__年，我国境内被篡改网站数量为16388个，其中政府网站有1802个，有50余个我国网站用户信息数据库在互联网上公开流传或通过地下黑色产业链进行售卖，其中已证实确为真实信息的数据近5000万条。

第二个，信息保护意识淡薄，安全意识亟待提高。这就需要网民，或者我们多多的了解网络安全基础知识，增强网上个人信息的自我保护意识。

第三个，信息网络安全服务行业的发展不够成熟,专业的服务行业都是要收费的，面向个人的网络安全防护产品优秀的较少。个人防护领域的类似于3q大战、金山毒霸全免费之类的事件一直伴随着这几年国内个人网络安全方面的发展，只能说国内个人网络安全产品还有待发展。

关于网络安全，那可以说是恶意代码肆虐，病毒数量爆炸式增长，网络安全形势那是相当的严峻。
