李老师，我是那位经常惹你生气，经常捣蛋的“巧克力豆”。可我特别想您，原本应该您教我们两年的，可能是“巧克力”太不甜美了，让你失去味了，弃班而去嘉兴——故意避我们而去是吗?您只教了我们一年，我们那时候真的什么都不懂。以前的我们，淘气的跟一只只小花描差不多，真没什么区别吧。可是，我们现在长大了许多，知识也丰富了，道理也懂了。听说老师回来过，可我们没碰到您，后来才知道这是梦，太想了吧。我们已经四年没见了!曾记得，我一年级的时候，教我们一定要做一个诚实守信的好孩子，可万万想不到的是，李老师居然也不守信用，说了教我们两年的，结果呢——一走了之。(哈哈，我们知道这是您工作的需要)。

李老师，您记得吗?有一天，太阳很大，空气倒是很清鲜。操场的东南面有一些健身器材，这是我们的天地。我们每次都像一个个饿死鬼看见面包那样，一下课，就往那里跑，爬上爬下，翻跟，玩得不亦乐乎。

可是万中不幸的是那里居然有监控，每次都被保安叔叔抓住。这还不算惨，惨得是保安叔叔告诉了您。之后，我们的悲惨世界也到了。您还记得把我叫到办公室的那个场景吗?您还记得对我训斥的话吗?您还记得让我罚站的那个场景吗?我全部都记得。那个时候，真的特别讨厌您。不过现在我已经长大了，是位五年级的学生了!知道老师您一切为我们好，这种爱意永不忘却。

从您不教我们以后，我常拿出那本最舍不得用的那本本子——您批评我的时候送给我的那本。我现在把那个本子做成了属于我和您的本子，放在了我的密码箱里。每当我想您的时候就会去拿出来看看，甚至亲吻。有时还会念道：李老师，你什么时候回来再教我们，我们会乖的。我曾想也送个本子给您，可是您却迟迟没有回来。今年教师节，看见别的学生给一年级老师送贺卡，我也想给您一束美丽的鲜花——您什么时候回来啊!

李老师，现在我们的学习环境越来越好了，教育设备也越来越高级了，教室都有一个能打电话，又能签到的机器了。我们都有一张卡，和胸卡一样，进校门就凭此卡而入。老师还介绍这卡的其他功能，我们乐极了。每天到校签到，家长即刻知道我们到校了，放学签退，家长又马上晓得放学了。家长有什么情况可在手机上给我们发信息，我们下课了，家长也就知道了。还有班级活动信息图片，上面多有显示。

哦!对了，李老师，我们现在的班主任是项老师。项老师对我挺好的，常鼓励我写作，这次，我的那篇《我该喝“静心口服夜”》已发表，您看过吗?

李老师，您什么时候回来?我们现在分班了，以前四班的同学都分散了，分到五年级8个班中了。虽然分散了，但我相信，原四班的同学都很想你!以前的调皮鬼王修远也转学了，转到上海了。李老师，你不在的日子里发生了太多的事了!您什么时候回来啊?我现在特别想听您叫我们以前同学的外号：“郝呆瓜”“巧克力”“大熊猫”“勋蚊子”……我们以前四班的同学都有一个外号，真的，现在，我特别再想听李老师您叫我们外号的时刻，这个愿望什么时候能听见，什么时候又能见到您那垂到腰际长发。祝李青老师

您如同春天的轻风。您用娓娓动听的语调为我们授课，让我们五十多颗渴望知识的脑袋满足。您不但教我们课文，还穿去些古诗典故、作者趣闻，让课堂中充满欢乐、激情。您又如夏天的骄阳。您常说：“好记性不如烂笔头”“我布置的作业是韩信点兵——多多益善”。真的，在酷晒下，我们的学习成绩提高了，些不肯学的同学也不得不学习大学队。

您还像秋天的清爽。每次什么征文比赛、重要活动总有我的名额。让我在升旗仪式上主持的是吧?让我几次在文学社大会上发言的也是您吧?发言并是是大事，我四五年级也发言过好几次。可让我感动的是您给我的一张纸条，上面写满了对我的鼓励!您有时也是冬天的朔雪。一次，我和同桌在课堂上小声争吵，当您微笑的脸庞渐渐转阴，我们就不敢注视您的日光。此时无声胜有声，犯错的我们惭愧的低下了头。

大家好!

____年新的起点，却有着不一样的开局，新型冠状肺炎疫情汹汹而来。这是新中国成立以来发生的传播速度最快，涉及范围最广，且防控难度很大的一次突发的公共卫生事件。疫情防控面前，人人都不是局外人，这既是公民的义务，更是公民的责任。

一个多月来，我们的班主任每天和家长联系，完成疫情信息填报工作。各部门主任也在为开学做着各项准备工作，谢主任不分昼夜地既要统计学生的信息，又要上报老师的以及各级各类信息上报，还要统计并购买疫情所需物资。赵主任在假期就组织小学部教师进行一周两次的学习提升，并且有计划，有总结，工作细心到位。袁主任和谢主任一起为师生有序返校作好各项物资准备，以及准备师生的宿舍安排和隔离室等，为了学生们新学期新课学习的需要，又组织胡丹，邓亚老师一起为同学们清书，发书，力争让每一个同学都能拿到新书。疫情不结束，工作不停止，充分体现了我校教师真正的大局观与高度的责任心。

停课不停学这项工作，国家是在2月份发出的号召，但我们学校很多老师从放假那天开始就已经在督促学生学习，锻炼，做家务。例如初中部的潘红枚老师，李响老师，刘杰老师，黄阳老师，雷宇婷老师;小学部的赵庭老师，曹路老师，李思老师等。这些老师几乎没有间断过在群里与家长的互动和沟通。

从2月份开始，我们全校的老师都开始积极参与到停课不停学的教学工作中来。初中部各班的班主任不仅安排好了自己的教学任务，还要给各科任老师安排教学时间，以保证初中部各科的教学的平衡教学，还要督促学生们体能锻炼，这里做得最好的是初二年级。小学部在赵主任和谢主任的统筹安排下，既完成教学任务，又安排了一些有意义的教学活动，确保小学部学生学而不厌，学而不伤眼，不伤身。

今天长沙市教育局已经正式在“停课不停学”的网站上开始了2021年春季新授课的教学内容。小学部各年级应督促学生跟着网课进行学习，不要赶进度，加任务。初中部初一初二年级也需要跟着网课进行学习。

那学生跟着电视走，老师们需要做什么呢?

一、计划先行：老师们要制定好本学期的两份教学计划，一份是网上教学计划与每日教学小结(小结内容包括每日教学内容，参与学生人名，每个学生的作业情况，未参加学习的学生原因，需要返校后解决的教学难点等);另一份是返校后的如何衔接补充网络教学并确保学生学业水平不下降的教学计划。

二、教学具体工作：要安排好线上答疑和作业批改工作，力求在学生上完新课后掌握好本课的知识，文科类科目要让学生掌握新课的知识点，作业可以安排默、记、背等家长好督促和要求的内容;理科类科目还是要以习题活动为主，量不要多，但要有变式，特别线下答疑解惑需落实到每个人。

三、德育渗透教学：教师在教学的过程中一定要记得德育工作绝不仅仅只是班主任和德育、思品老师的任务。每一位教育工作者都应该把德育内容渗透进自己的课堂中，特别是初中部老师还要思考如何把当前发生的各项大事、实事渗透进自己的教学和考试题目中。各级各类考试的方向绝对是要和实事紧密结合的，不能把学生培养成只关注课本的机器，要把学生培养成有爱，有视野，能担当的有大格局的青少年。

四、个人提升：借助疫情这个契机，我们的老师需要提升自己的个人综合素养，在家多读书，读好书，以专业书籍和技能书籍为主，学习一些教学软件，将其运用到自己的教学中，也可以尝试在家制作微课等。

我们常说，决定一个人最终高度的，往往并非起点，而是拐点!疫情当前既是危机，更是契机!我希望我们每一位教师在这样危机和契机面前，以自己的“责任心，仁爱心，好学心，必胜心”去面对问题，让我们“不忘初心”，将目前的压力变成动力，变成自己学习和成长的机遇。

老师们，相信疫情过后，我们一定会有所收获，我们一定会成长为不一样的自己。最后，还是要谢谢各位老师的辛勤付出，衷心地祝愿各位老师新的一年收获更好的成绩!!

您好!

到现在，我还清楚记得，您是在四年级上册来到了我们的班级，来教导我们，来培养我们，来和我们度过这小学阶段最重要的时光。

我们在您的教导下，在郎朗的读书声中，在课堂上小小的玩笑中，我们渐渐地懂事起来了，渐渐地成长起来，也渐渐地要离开您了……
