第三：运用能用的最高科技，建设一个环保工厂，把垃圾尽量变废为宝，尽量做到有限的资源无限的循环。第四：招募工作人员，大力捕捞河道里的垃圾，再变废为宝。第五：实行垃圾分类，在垃圾桶旁写上垃圾该放在哪里。垃圾丢错十秒后无反应，智能系统自动送到正确的垃圾桶里。以上只是我个人的片面之见，盲瞽之言。如有可用之处，还请大力实行。

A Polluted Environment

Environmental pollution is a serious social problem. It poses a terrible threat to men’s health.

The atmosphere is filthy. The air is thick with dust and burnt oil. Dark smokes are being emitted from chimneys, and choking fumes are being
