Hour Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Err，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zing was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message.

When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why moonquakes are eaten at this time.

Moonquakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the ry and the type of filling used. Some ries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalized ones to friends and family.

They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional moonquakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health.

Moonquakes are not for the diet-conscious as they are loaded with calories. The best way to wash down one of these sticky cakes is with a cup of Chinese tea，especially Jasmine or Chrysanthemum tea，which aids the digestion.

1、对教育的天然热爱

《中小学教师职业道德》里的六条简称“三爱两人一终身”。在“爱”的子标题下除了“爱国守法”是基本要求以外，排在前列的就是“爱岗敬业”。要热爱自己的岗位，爱教育。最美教师牛俊平校长在父亲病危的紧急情况下为了完成学校的工作毅然奋斗在工作岗位上。其实我们身边也不乏这样的老师：还记得是上学期期末的时候，二二班班主任朱晓焕老师在高轻度的复习阶段，嗓子累坏了，几乎无法发声，医生建议不得不进行输液。为了不耽误孩子们紧张的期末复习时间，为了多批改几本作业、几张卷子，她拒绝了去医院输液。在办公室她一边打吊针，一边批改作业的情形让谁看了都会心疼。难道她不可以向校领导请假吗?不是的，她热爱的是她的岗位、她的职业，她舍不了那群可爱的孩子们。职责和使命告诉她：我不能就这样离开，不能耽误孩子们的复习。试想一下，如果没有对教育的天然热爱，又怎能做出如此举动?这种忘我的崇高精神是我们每个教师都必须学习的，也是师德的首要条件。

2.对学生的宽严相济

捷克教育家夸美纽斯曾说过：“在人身上，唯一能持久的东西是少年时期吸收得来的。”由此可见，作为一名中小学教师特别是小学教师的重要性。我们应该如何对孩子，才能使他们形成了良好、健全的品格?教师是人类灵魂的塑造者，教师只有以身作则才能起到人格感召的作用，培养出言行一致的人。我们不能一味地爱或者一味地训孩子，在对待学生方面要让他们对我们感到“又爱又恨”。教师对学生的爱是神圣的，是教师教育学生的感情基础。学生一旦体会到这种感情，就会“亲其师”，从而“信其道”，也正是在这个过程中，教育实现了其教书育人的功能。

3.对学校的爱惜维护

教师与学校的关系可以说是“一荣俱荣，一损俱损”，小到粉笔头，大到各种硬件设施都是学校的心血积累。作为花园口小学的一名教师，我有责任和义务维护学校的荣誉和尊严。时常会遇见一些繁琐工作，我也会时不时抱怨一番。但当我看到一张张表彰学校的牌匾、证书接踵而至时，才恍然，我们做的繁琐小事原来都是为了使这个学校变得更好。谁不愿意自己的学校年年先进、各种头筹吗?人要学会知足，爱学校的一草一木、爱学校的阳光空气、爱自己的学校，更要用自己的努力去为自己的学校增姿添彩。

4.对自己的不断要求

满打满算，我已工作整整一年，这一年中收获颇多。参加了各种活动，得到了很多历练。虽然有些活动没去的成绩，但，经历的过程也是提升的过程。扎实的业务能力是做好一名教师的先决条件，一个只会管理班级的不会上好课的老师不是个好老师。一天之中和学生相处最多的时光的还是在课堂上，如何快速高的上好一节课，这是个问题?从自生来说就需要“腿勤、眼勤、心勤”。“腿勤”——及时请教，不懂就问。老带新的帮助活动中能让我们有很大提升。“眼勤”——平时多借助网络资源，好好设计一节课;对于一些含有教学艺术的专业书籍必须涉猎。“心勤”——做个有心人，善于记录和思考总结，把教育理论的最新研究成果引入教学过程中，使教学的科学性和艺术性在我们的课堂上完整地统一起来。

1、一要勤勤恳恳、发奋工作，多动脑筋，教育教学工作中要有创新，要为学校发展，积极柬言献策。二要顾全大局，积极主动协助领导工作。三要诚恳接受来自领导和教师的批评意见，本着“言者无罪，闻者足戒”，“有则改之，无则加勉”的态度，虚心听取，认真反思。

2、努力学习，提高工作能力，做到“坚定信念，与时俱进，管好自己，影响周围”。实践自己“平平凡凡做人，踏踏实实做事”的诺言。

3、加强政治理论学习和业务学习，切实转变观念，增强紧迫感，自觉、积极、主动参予教学研究，求真务实，力争对教学中的实际问题出现一个解决一个。

4、不但以党员身份要求自己，更要以优秀党员的标准要求自己的，坚持以党员先进性的标准要求自己，诚恳接受一切来自领导和同事的批评教育，虚心听取，进行自我教育反思。找出差距，提高自己。

20世纪90年代以来，国际外语教育研究界提出，当前，外语教学法正处于转变之中，其特点是在教师的直接教授与同伴及小组活动之间寻求平衡。外语毕竟不是我们的母语，如果不注重培养学生热情，往往会使学生觉得寸步难行，从而使学生产生畏难情绪。教师应充分利用小学英语教材内容浅显易懂，贴近生活，富有情趣的特点，创设课堂学习情境，激发学生学习热情。在热烈兴奋、轻松自由的课堂氛围中，在自由地教与学的活动中培养学生的创新能力。通过改变教师“满堂灌”、学生被动接受的单一的教学信息传递方式，有讲有练，精讲精练；有动有静，动静结合；有起伏、有节奏，使课堂上充满生机、挑战与激情。促成情感互动、师生互动的局面。“互动”指在教学过程中，通过师生认知互动、师生情感互动、师生实践性活动的互动等，形成多维互动关系，充分体现了老师的主导作用及学生的主体地位。在实施共同创设的各种情景中，开展丰富多彩的语言实践活动。我们可以借助角色模拟，展现对话情景。
