I am in six grade now next term I am going to middle school so the coming vacation is my last summer vacation in primary school. It is so special to me. 一、要正确面对工作中的挫折。

张丽老师和张云杰老师在报告中都提到了自己有些坎坷的教学经历，谈到这些，他们没有抱怨，而是以为，正是这些坎坷的经历，才让自己取得了今天的成绩。张云杰老师说：“不要抱怨生活对你的不公，坎坷也是一种财富。”这句话，给了我很大的启迪。

人的一生中，挫折和失意是难免的。在教师的工作中更会经常碰到挫折和困难。如需要不能满足，动机不能实现，教育学生的方法受挫，治理班级的效果不佳，课堂教学不如人意，所教学天生绩不理想，在教学考核中得分不高，评先晋职中未能进围……假如能正确熟悉自己的职业价值，理解自己所从事工作的意义，想办法悦纳自己的职业，就能迅速调整自己的心态，走出精神的低谷。这两位老师的经历告诉我们，假如你把教师职业当作一种事业而不仅是一个饭碗，把教育岗位当作一种创造性地实现自身价值的途径而不是一种负担，那么我们从工作中得到的就会是欢乐，而不是烦恼和悲伤。

二、语文教学要返璞回真。

现今的语文教学或多或少存在费时多，收效却不高，教师辛劳，学生乏味，老师讲得多，学生读书少，语文学习实效差，终极形成“课内损失课外补，老师学生都辛劳”的现象。这是由于教师在教学中背离了语文教学的宗旨。所以，张云杰提出：“语文教学要返璞回真，要回回本位。”“要教学生一生有用的语文。”这里所讲的“真”，即语文教学的本质。那么，如何回回语文教学的本质呢?

首先，重视通过诵读培养学生的语感。

古代的语文教育特别注重通过诵读来培养学生的语言感受能力。古人在这方面积累了很多宝贵经验，已经做为格言流传到今天。如“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”，“书读百遍，其义自见”等，讲的都是诵读对于理解和感受语言所起的重要作用。

有人以为古代的诵读就是强迫学生死记硬背，实在学生根本不理解，这是一种僵死的教学方法，应当全盘否定。于是，他们又走向另一个极端，课堂上完全由教师包办代替，教师讲的头头是道，学生听的昏昏欲睡，一篇文章学完了，学生几乎没有通读一遍课文，课堂上听不见书声琅琅，只闻声教师泛泛的讲解，致使语文教学失往了生机和活力。

诚然，强迫学生诵读记忆有其不公道的因素，但是李白假如没有做到“五岁观六甲，十岁观百家”，他也不可能在盛唐诗坛上独放异彩，名垂史册。事实证实，视听两种感觉器官的相互协调是获取知识的有效途径，况且课堂上教师无停止的分析也未必使每个学生都听得懂，由于还有一个教学方法和教学艺术的题目，那么在这种情况下给学生一些诵读的时间，让学生在诵读中印证教师的讲解，体会课文的思想内容和艺术手法，学生则会自觉规范自己的口语和书面语，表达能力不就进步了吗?

其次，重视模仿，夸大创新。

大凡古代有成就的作家，多是以模仿起步。《朱子语类》上说：“古人作文作诗，多是模仿前人而作之，盖学之即久，自然熟练”。可贵的是，古人不但重视模仿，而且还夸大在模仿的基础上创新。清代学者唐彪在评论韩愈和欧阳修时说：“韩师孟，今读韩文，不见其为孟也;欧学韩，今读欧文，不觉其为韩也;若拘以模仿，如邯郸之学步，里人之效颦，所谓师其神，不见其貌，此最为文之真诀”。由此可以推测，古代的语文教学重视让学生通过模仿进步写作能力，形成自己独特的风格。

我们今天的作文教学提倡让学生写真话，写心里话，这是天经地义的。但是学生能写出真心话，并不即是会写文章。写文章还要讲究章法、技巧，这就需要引导学生模仿好文章在结构、表现手法等方面的优点。叶圣陶先生对此早有过精辟的论述，他说：“课文就是例子。”因此，模仿是沟通阅读和写作的一道桥梁。事实上，很多老师也这样做了，但是他们只知道让学生机械地模仿课文，没有做到古人所说的“师其神，不见其貌”，缺乏创新精神。古人在这方面的宝贵经验值得我们鉴戒。

再次，注重文道同一，提倡文以载道。

早在两千多年前，孔子就以为“不学诗，无以言”，又说：“诗，可以兴，可以观，可以群，可以怨;迩之事父，远之事君;多识于草木鸟兽之名”。孔子在这里讲的固然是诗歌的教化作用，但也可以推测，古代的语文教育是把“文”和“道”紧密地联系在一起的。“文道同一”的确是语文教学应该遵循的一条重要原则。

我们所提倡的“文道同一”，就是兼顾语文的工具性和人文性，把语文知识教学和学生的思想品德教育有机地融为一体。可惜的是，有的老师在语文教学中，重“文”不重道，只传授知识，不重视育人，或者人为地把文和道割裂开来，将语文课上成了“思想品德教育课”，或者在课文课上加一个长长的思想教育的尾巴，搞穿靴戴帽式的对号进座，这些做法都有悖于“文道同一”这一教学原则。

三、让孩子多读书，读好书。

“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”很多大作家一谈起之所以“成名立家”，无不一致以为，那是得益于孩提时期大量地看书。可见，多读书能进步写作能力是古往今来人们的不谋而合。课外阅读是语文教学在课外的延伸，加强课外阅读能让学生多渠道多形式摄取信息，能开拓学生视野，丰富生活，培养创新精神。所以，语文教师要开动脑筋，激起孩子们的阅读爱好，让孩子们多读书读好书，在阅读中增长自己的知识，丰富自己的人生。

二、语文教学方面有创新

1.积极引导学生多读书，读好书。我采用师生共读的方式，激发孩子们的读书兴趣，鼓励孩子们广泛阅读，营造浓厚的班级书香氛围。我班孩子自从暑假至今，已经有15人读书达8本以上，最多达到18本。本学期，孩子们重点阅读的是沈石溪和曹文轩的小说系列，全班40人，其中15人阅读量达100万字左右，班内掀起了读书热。我们通过展示阅读笔记、读书报告会、教师检查阅读情况记录等方式评选出15名阅读小明星。阅读对后新生也起到了积极的影响作用。书中主人公的善良、奋进、积极乐观，以及书中有趣的故事等吸引了孩子们，更多孩子喜欢上了阅读。

2.鼓励孩子们习作，力求写出高质量的习作，我开设了班级博客，鼓励孩子们向班级精彩作品栏目、校刊、广播站、其它学生刊物投稿，大大激发了孩子们的习作兴趣。孩子们在投稿的过程中还涌现了许多乐于帮助同学打电子稿作文的同学。以前这些爱玩电脑的男孩子们，练就了打字快的本领，没想到这一帮助同学打作文，更突显了他们的优势，自己写作文也积极了，其中我们班的淘气包唐卓岩、赵伟、后进生唐泽斌表现最为突出。

三、班级管理有成效

1.我采用责任分工与小组合作相结合的形式，使班级责任细致分工自主管理模式趋于合理化。学期末，我班卫生区连续三周得到了满分的好成绩。当然再细致的分工也没有孩子们的自觉更重要，之所以卫生区取得满分的好成绩，更得益于部分孩子很强的班级集体荣誉感。更令我欣慰的是，这微不足道的成绩是学生自我教育，班级主人翁意识提高的真实体现。

2.努力创建团结和谐、努力奋进的班集体。

(1)通过建设学习合作小组、小老师与后进生结对等方式，转化“后进生”，优化“优等生”，使每个层次的学生均得到一定程度的提高。

(2)记录孩子成长历程。我适时地将学生幸福快乐的精彩时刻抓拍下来，如：孩子们的节目排练时，快乐元旦，读书汇报会，演讲时分，雪中快乐游戏等幸福时刻。然后，将其发至班级博客中，使孩子们对班级有一种家的归属感。

(3)创新学生评价机制。学期末评选优秀生，以前多是采用老师推荐，学生投票选举出优秀生，当然也有时会根据学生的表现，读学生进行印象评价，有班主任确定优秀生名单。这次，采取的是首先由个人或他人进行优点展示、伙伴推荐，然后投票评选。这样使评价环节成为了一次有效的德育教育班会课，并且成了学生的自我教育代替了教师的喋喋不休。

(4)班级管理成绩较好。成绩1：学期初，我班在学校组织的规范学习行为活动中获得优异成绩。成绩2：元旦时，孩子们自己组织的节目《日不落》获得优异成绩。成绩3：卫生成绩好转。

on our campus,there are no skyscrapers,no graceful and imposing

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

newest and perhaps largest building is the library.It stands in the middle of

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and
