语文是一门陶冶人的情操，净化人的心灵，增长智慧的学科。它不仅在学生的学习中起着举足轻重的作用，在他们以后的工作中更为重要，生活中处处都有语文。可是在多年农村中学教学中，我发现学生对学习语文兴趣不高，甚至有的学生还歧视语文，表现出种种消极、抵触的心理，似乎语文是可学可不学的学科。下面结合我在农村中学教学的经验，略谈一下造成这种现象的原因及反思。
一、当前语文学习的现状
1.基础差。我们所在学校的生源大多来自山区和坝子，优秀的学生大部分被民族中学、城里的学校所选择，条件稍好一些的少许学生也纷纷到城里读书，剩下的优秀学生甚少。我校有百分之五十的学生对拼音学习很吃力，不会正确注声调，不能完整的拼读生字，多音字不能正确区分，同音字、同义字相互代替，滥用成语，作文记流水帐、病句多、重复嗦、没有内容、写字潦草，不会预习、不会复习，做综合性学习更是难上加难，更谈不上读一些课外书籍，学习始终处于一种被动状态。百分之三十的学生稍微能跟上老师，但思维不灵活；百分之十五的学生很聪明，但不愿意多学，投机取巧；只有百分之五的学生学习有奔头。
2.环境影响。丽江旅游经济的发展，推动了周边地区的经济，许多家庭卖地租房，手头也就宽裕，他们不再追求知识改变命运。同时，现在村子毕业的大学生进入服务业的较多，因为考取事业单位、公务员难上加难，村民们认为反正自家的孩子以后只有进入服务行业，晚进不如早进，读不读书效果都一样，对孩子的要求也就降低了。村民的价值观一发生了变化，孩子学习更加失去了兴趣，没了奋斗目标，更不要说学好语文了。
3.学校理念。众所周知，语文在所有学科的比例中最重，但依学校实际情况来看，却是语文次于数学和英语。因为他们认为在农村语文再提高也不会超过城里的学生，能提高的幅度小，而且费时费力。而理科可以在很短的时间内得到提高。到了初三，更是如此，甚至有些班主任还会对课后看语文的学生进行干涉。在这样理念的灌输下，学生对语文课的学习就可想而知了。
二、对当前状况的反思
谁都知道语文是需要日积月累，不可能一蹴而就，它对一个人的影响是深远的。面对这些具体情况，我不断探索，总结了两点：
1.在课堂中创设诱人情境，点燃激情的火花。孔子说：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”爱因斯坦也说：“兴趣是最好的老师。”可见，爱好和兴趣在学习活动中的重要性。因此，我们就要在语文课堂中，根据教材特点积极创设愉快的教学情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，活跃课堂气氛，让学生充分发挥自己的主观能动性。如讲到杜甫的《石壕吏》，有的同学提出他们要自己诠释，在课堂占主权的我有点诧异，但看他们真诚的眼神，我同意了，给他们课后准备一周的时间。等到一周以后，他们准备了话剧，同时加上自己丰富的想象，把拓展题也完成了。不但把握了人物特点，记住了课文内容，理解了人物的情感，还当堂完成背诵，收到了意想不到的效果。一场表演，对于城里的学生来说不足为奇，可是，对农村学生来说，这一次大胆的尝试，让他们尝到了甜头，找到了自信。以后的古诗词可以尽量让他们去展示，不拘泥于一格。通过这次，我发现，尽量可以朝这个方向发展。
2.学习李元昌老师“不求一日分数高低，但求未来无限发展”的大语文素质教育，致力于调动不同层次学生的内在动力，让每个学生都看到自己的潜能，循循善诱。因为在农村，只要你考不上高中，父母不会再强迫你读书，很多同学都走上各行各业的道路。鉴于这样的考虑，教会学生写通知、失物招领、告示等各种应用文体；同时，让学生读名著，提高自己的素养，拓宽自己的眼界，这样，对走上工作岗位的学生来说，会建立一个正确的人生观、价值观，不至于失去人生目标；对于继续深造的同学来说，会成为一个你不断发展的宝库，引你不断发掘。
总之，农村语文教学任重而道远，吾将上下而求索。

反思二：引导学生的作文写作，要首先引导学生理清思路。头脑中是怎样想的，笔下则就是怎样写的。因此，在教学本节作文时，我尽力引导学生按照“想怎么变”、“想变什么”“变化后干什么”、“故事怎样开展”的顺序进行语言交流，从而使学生把握住了写作顺序，为创作奠定了写作思路。
反思三：本节课最大的不足，就在于学生知道自己想变什么，也知道为什么而变，但在写作过程中，可以看出学生并不能很好地将自己的变化与故事结合起来，在描写过程中只是简单地进行描述，缺少了故事的要素，使得故事并不生动具体，缺乏可读性。这与老师在课堂教学中指导不到位有关，主要是课堂教学时间的不合理安排，使得这部分教学内容指导没有及时跟上。这也为今后自己的作文教学积累了一个宝贵的经验。
总之，这节课的教学取得了很多的经验，也看到了自己作文教学的不足。在今后的研究过程中，我将着重在作文教学指导上下功夫，力求让作文教学上得更加有特点，更有生命力。

作文可以作两种解释，一是指写文章，这里的"作文"是词组，《现代汉语词典》里对此还作了一个补充说明：多指学生练习写作;二是指学生作为练习所写的文章，这个"作文"是名词。现在通常讲"作文"大概就是指学生习作，"像不像作文"想来也是从这个意义上来说的。
我们现在教作文往往是就作而教作文，课堂上宣讲作文法，然后是出题目练作文，接下来是按作文规则评作文，有的地方还组织学生背作文选。总之，"学作文"、"像作文"的意识太强。一些学校写作教学搞得成功，或是通过读书来带动，或是通过自由创作来带动，在一定程度上淡化作文意识。
有的人能在文章中道出别人看不出、想不到、说不明的东西，这里面有语言上的功夫，为文技巧的功夫，更有学养上、识见上的功夫。一篇文章里可以看出作者非凡的才智，可以看出作者十年、几十年的功夫。功夫表现在文章之内，但却修炼于文章之外。

1、给孩子一根写话的扶杖和一定的写作依据对作文起步的孩子来说是至关重要的。为此我组在小专题《如何在阅读教学中渗透“写”的训练》中把仿写列为阅读教学中渗透写法的重要策略之一。仿写又分为内容的仿写和格式的仿写。以上案例中就用到了格式的仿写这一策略。也就是让学生仿照巴金《给家乡孩子的一封信》的格式学写感谢信。通过学生的习作来看，大约95%的同学能够按照书信的格式正确表达，达到了预期的目标，对于个别没有按照要求去写的同学，在批改习作的过程中给与指导纠正。
2、为了让学生在习作中有话可说，有东西可写，开发学生的生活资源是最有效的方法。我组老师在小专题研究中进行了大胆的尝试，从观察身边的人和事开始，以小练笔的形式反复练习。本案例中我也借用了这一方法，让学生回忆发生在自己身边感人的事，使学生产生情感共鸣，懂得感谢，学会感恩让习作建立在学生已有经验的平台上，激发学生的表达欲望和习作的兴趣。从学生的习作来看，表示感谢的对象较多，有感谢父母的、感谢爷爷奶奶的、感谢老师的、有感谢同桌的、还有感谢校园清洁工的……从习作内容上来看，大多数同学能按习作要求去写，表达自己真挚的感情，能将感激别人的事情表达清楚，所列举事例感人。存在的问题是：有些作文语言空泛贫乏，整篇内容三言两语说的都是感谢的话，但为什么要写这封感谢信却没有表达清楚；语言缺乏条理，显得杂乱、罗嗦。为了让习作能力差的同学感受一下同伴的优秀作文，在批改完作文以后我把写得好的作文在全班进行了泛读，然后有针对性地让这些同学去评价，说说写得好，好在哪里，指出不足，应该怎样修改。这样在说的过程中，对他们的写作也是一次训练、一种提高。最后我把没写好的作文重新发下去进行修改。仅过这样的反复训练，相信他们的作文水平会不断提高。

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a
dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve
the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we won’t be blind at
least.
My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and
saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will
do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my
best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an
opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having
to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs
good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant
villages.
Now I’m a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working
hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of
2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to
go to a good high school. Thus after we finish our senior high school, we are
able to go to a good university. Finally, we can find a good job in society.
My dream is also that although at present I’m good at study, I’ll still try

+ 加入清单《义务教育语文课程标准（实验稿）》指出：教学中要“重视引导学生在自我修改和相互修的过程中提高写作能力。”“要引导通过学生的自改和互改，取长补短，促进相互了解和合作，共同提高写作水平。”作文评改的目的就是要让学生形成正确的写作态度与习惯，进一步掌握写作方法，领悟写作规律，提高写作水平和书面表达能力。
在现实的作文教学中，许多老师一般都侧重于“改”，而忽略“评”，这没有把握住“评改”的基本内涵。实际上，“评改”是“评”和“改”两个语素并列组合而成的词语，二者不可偏颇。因此，作文之“评改”，不仅要从字词、语法、逻辑的角度帮助学生改正错误之处，从内容、结构、表达等方面帮助学生修改不适当的地方，而且还要对学生的作文做出中肯的评论与评价。同时，对学生在习作中表现出来的不良习惯和不正确的态度要进行适度地批评与纠正，让学生形成正确的写作态度与习惯，进一步掌握写作方法，领悟写作规律，提高写作水平和书面表达能力。现结合自己的教学实际，谈谈我对作文的评改一些看法。
一、认清本质，正确对待。
作为一名小学语文教师要认识到小学生作文是习作，是一项练笔活动，是书面表达的最基本训练，而并不是艺术，不是文学创作，只要学生能正确地、清楚明白地表达自己的思想就行。因此，教师要求每一个学生把他的每一篇作文都写成小学生优秀作文是不现实的，因为我们培养的不是小学语文教师，更不是培养作家和文学评论家。所以，教师在批改学生作文时不要用成人的水平去对孩子的文字评头论足，更不能用文学编辑和文学评论家的眼光去看待小学生作文.
我们在批评他们的作文时要尊重他们的劳动成果，力求保持学生作文的原意，绝不能用教师的思路去代替学生的思路。因为小学生的生活积累和语文知识都很有限，有的孩子在作文中，难免有些语言表达方面的不足，但那是无关紧要的，随着他们语文知识的增长，孩子们自然会知道怎样把他们想说的话说得更清楚、更明白。如果教师对他们的作文要求过高过严只会实得其反，那很容易打击他们的写作兴趣，使他们产生畏惧写作文的心理。所以教师在评改他们的作文时，只要学生写的是真话，是自己心里想说的话，表达的是真情实感，只要“其意义不谬误”，“字句已通顺”，哪怕有的是幼稚可笑的，也不必大评大改，把学生的一篇作文搞得面目全非。因为我们评改作文的目的不是代替学生修改文章，而是要指导学生掌握修改文章的方法，让他们学会自己修改作文。
二、形式多样，及时有效。
作文评价与批改结果的呈现形式多种多样，可以是书面的，也可以是口头的；可以采用分数、等级来表示，也可以用评语来表示；还可以采用多种评价形式进行综合评价。平时我们常说的精批细改只是作文批改中的一种重要方法而已，但不是惟一的方法。那种认为老师把学生的作文改得越细越好的看法是片面的，如果教师在所有作文批改中均采用精批细改这一方法，要把每一篇小学生作文均改成小学生优秀作文的想法和做法那是不太现实的。因为好的作文是很难一次成功的，学生的能力提高也是循序渐进的，教师绝不能急功近利，揠苗助长。
事实上，如果学生每次把作文本交上来后，教师都要经过十天半月的批改后才能进行评讲，那时学生对自己当时是怎样写作的早已忘得一干二净了，等老师把批改好了的作文本发到他们手里的时候，他们大多只是浏览一下成绩或评语而已，而对自己的习作连认真地看一遍的兴趣都没有了，即使老师把他们的作文改得再仔细，对学生作文水平的不断提高也不会产生较大的影响，反而使老师的批改显得劳而无功了。所以我们在评改他们的作文时，要尽量提高自己的工作效率，争对学生习作的实际情况，以有利于学生作文水平的不断提高为目的，灵活运用作文评价与评改的方式、方法，让学生能及时从本次作文中吸取经验和教训。
三、因人而异，以鼓励为主。
教师在评价、批改学生的作文时既要面向全体学生，注重学生作文整体水平的不断提高，又要注重因人而异、对症下药，争对不同程度的学生提出不同的要求，有的学生作文必须“求精”，而对另一些学生的作文“求通”就行了，千万不能用一个统一的标准“一刀切”。教师评改作文时要把严格要求与提高学生作文的积极性有机地结合起来，要坚持一分为二的观点，用发展的眼光和战略的眼光对学生作文进行公正的评价。我们在评价、批改作文时要学会用放大镜去发现学生在作文中取得的成绩，而不是用显微镜去寻找他们在作文中存在的不足，要努力去发现学生在作文中的进步，恰当地指出他们在作文中存在的不足，循序渐进的去培养和提高学生的作文能力。
我们评价作文时要学会用一双孩子的眼睛，用欣赏的眼光去看待小学生作文。一个教师对孩子习作的赏识，绝对不是表示他的水平低，缺乏鉴赏能力，而恰恰显出了教师的教育智慧。因此，教师在批改作文时要坚持鼓励为主的原则，在阅读学生习作时要多一份理解，多一份尊重，不要吝啬自己的赞美之词，在评价孩子的习作时多一些欣赏和赞美，让孩子产生对教师的信赖和亲近，使他们打开自己内心世界的大门，让内心的真情实感流露出来，让刚刚尝试用笔表达的孩子们在教师不经意的一句赞美中，点燃对语文对文学的兴趣，揭开作文的神秘面纱，消除他们对作文的恐惧心理和望而生畏的想法，让学生觉得作文并不是可望而不可及的，从而对写作产生浓厚的兴趣。
总之，提高学生的作文能力主要还得靠学生自己，不只是老师单方面应该努力的事，所以，教师是绝不可能包办代替得了学生写好作文的。在作文评价与批改中要让学生从习作的被动地位转向主动地位，努力让学生从习作的实践中去体会文章写好以后要认真修改的道理，让学生在修改的过程中看到经自己修改过的作文比原来更通顺了、更流畅了，从而产生一种成功的喜悦，以增强学生对写好作文的自信心，提高写作的兴趣，进一步养成认真进行习作、认真修改自己作文的良好习惯，从而不断提高作文水平，最终使学生成为作文的真正主人。
