这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

作文是提高学生综合能力之重要手段，也是语文教学难点。长期以来，在小学作文课堂教学结构上，形成了“教师命题、指导──学生独立写作──教师自己改评”的传统训练模式，这种训练模式常常造成的后果是

1、生不会下笔，无话可说。这是因为学生的作文从来都是教师命题。

2、学生不会积累。这是因为学生作文的材料大多都是教师提示或准备的。

3、学生不会创新，文章千篇一面，缺少个性。这是因为教师有意或无意间设置的框框严重束缚了学生。

4、学生写作不是表达自己对生活的体验和感悟，而是为了“任务”和“分数”，生搬硬套或随意编造。这是因为教师忽视了学生多渠道地进行语言、素材的积累。

可见，这种传统的写作训练模式已不适应新课改作学教学的要求，当然也更会不适应素质教育的要求，其弊端是显而易见的。我县邀请的特级教师、平湖实验小学王永初校长在作文教学的实践中，遵循新课标关于作文教学要求的新理念，大胆突破传统模式，进行有益的探索和尝试，初步形成自己的作文训练思路，取得了初步成效。笔者认为这个作文训练教学思路主要体现在九个“注重”上。

一、注重充分挖掘课文中的习作资源，以培养学生的创新能力

小学语文课本中，除了每个单元的作文训练外，其实在课文中也蕴含着极其丰富的可供学生进行创造性习作的资源，这是培养学生创新能力的重要阵地。因此教师要充分重视并挖掘这一不可忽视的习作资源，以培养学生创新能力，写出不同于课文的文章来。

二、注重创设情境，以增强学生写作的兴趣

传统的作文训练不注重情境的创设，因而写作训练过于呆板、无趣味性，不能吸引学生，学生也就不会乐意去写。。这是因为小学生受年龄特点及认识水平的制约，他们的写作往往需要教师提供一定的情境，需要老师的指导帮助等外部条件促使他们写出更好的作文，以增强学生写作的兴趣。

创设情境的方法很多，可以利用音像创设情境；可以利用图片创设情境；可以利用语言创设情境；可以利用作品欣赏来创设情境；可以利用游戏来创设情境；可以利用生动的表演创设情境；还可以利用大自然的景物创设情境等等，不管采用哪种方法，教师都有应以能够最大限度地调动学生的写作兴趣为最终目的。

例如利用游戏创设情境。由于是玩游戏，学生的兴趣非常高，都积极主动地交谈起来，议论活动中有哪些最精彩，最激烈的，参加的人是如何做的，自己以是如何做的，以及旁边的同学的语言、动作、神态、情绪等又是如何的，不知不觉中学生就在愉快、轻松的气氛中完成作文，而且内容具体，语言也比较生动。

学生经历了活动的全过程，真实体验了其间的乐趣，有了自己的亲身感受，当当然有话可说，有感可发，有情可抒，再也不会感到作文是一种痛苦的事。游戏活动为学生提供了生动的写作素材，又营造了宽松的氛围，增加了学生写作的兴趣，减少了学生对作文的恐惧感，让学生乐于写作。

三、注重写好“两记”，让学生奠定良好的语言基础

“两记”指的是日记和读书笔记，日记写作灵活，行文自由，训练多，容量大，是提高自由写作水平的终南捷径之一，学生在实际生活中所见到的或者说所感受到的人、事、物、景、理等，只要是自己觉得有必要诉诸笔端就可以把它记下来。因为要记，学生必须对每日所见所闻，“知之尽量详，识之尽量真，思之尽量明。”天天动笔就会开阔学生的思路，积累大量词汇、语言素材，越写越熟。而且日记也是一种积累材料的过程，平时积累，作文时选择使用，“活期储蓄”，随用随取，“存”、“取”两便，作文也就无从下笔、言之无物了，只有用心把事记下来，写成日记，哪怕只是一两句话，日积月累，时间长了，就会使自己所写的日记由点到浅，由线到面形成精彩文章的“雏形”，采下一采的“劳动所得”，学生由衷地体会到写日记的好处。

读书札记的内容不拘一格，可以是学生自己的心得。想写什么就写什么，想怎么写就怎么写，可以是摘抄，比如摘抄一些好的语句，或是精彩片断，要激发学生课外阅读的兴趣为写作积累词汇、语言。

中秋节，全国各地都在庆祝。街上到处都是人，爱情紧紧相依。每个人都有他的一天。但是，我很孤独。没有人可以抱，没有人亲吻，没有人来谈论!

我无条件地走在街上，看到恋人们亲吻，独自看着烟火，走回来的房间。

突然间，我觉得我必须对自己好。所以我决定给自己一件礼物。我知道我很快就会好起来的，会找到我的Mr.Right。所以今晚，一只小泰迪熊会和我一起睡觉。我知道：我会买另一只泰迪熊作为礼物而不是我自己买的!

The older I grow, the more I appreciate children. Now, at my 80th birthday, I salute them again. Children are the most wholesome part of the race, the sweetest, for they are freshest from the hand of God. Whimsical, ingenious, mischievous, they fill the world with joy and good humor. We adults live a life of apprehension as to what they will think of us; a life of defense against their terrifying energy; a life of hard work to live up to their great expectations. We put them to bed with a sense of relief---and greet them in the morning with delight and anticipation. We envy them the freshness of adventure and the discovery of life. In all these ways, children add to the wonder of being alive. In all these ways, they help to keep us young.

一般来说，学生的记叙文大都是表现出赞同、赞美、欣赏、歌颂什么，或者是反对、批判、揭露、讽刺什么，当然也有表达自己的怀念、感叹、倾诉、情趣等等的。应该说，写文章的立意是比较自由的。但作文的立意并不是绝对自由的，它是有很多的限定的，它也是有很多的评价标准的。作为一名学生当然也应该有一个受教育的方向，而在作文中也体现了这个方向性，所以，我们的作文立意也符合这些方向标准。

所以，好的立意应该力求做到：

一、 方向要正确

所谓正确，就是立意要符合客观事物的本质和规律，表达出来的思想观点和感情要健康、积极向上。立意正确是写好作文的基本要求，也是评价文章的重要标准。一般来说，我们的立意要与我们目前国家社会倡导的公德相一致，要与当前的时代精神相一致。如：歌颂真、善、美，抨击假、丑、恶，提倡以人为本、爱国、诚信、环境保护、无私奉献等等。决不能表现一些厌世消极的思想，或者是为那些腐败分子、迷信分子歌功颂德。

二、 情感要鲜明

情感的鲜明是指在文章中的情感指向要明确，该批判的批判，该歌颂的歌颂，并且在你的语言中要饱含感情。最好不要出现那些让读者都想不透的模棱两可的情感倾向。这不仅仅会减弱对主题的表现，也会伤害到语言的表现力和感染力，同时也影响了读者的阅读兴趣。感情的鲜明最忌的是故作姿态，夸大其辞，没有分寸，这样反而会让人感觉作呕。所以说，我们的感情表达真实可信才会感人，才会打动人。

三、 思考要深刻

深刻的思考就是要求我们能透过事物的现象去挖掘其内在的本质，思考出对人生，对社会有意义和价值的东西，能在一般人认识上再进一步，能发现别人没有发现的那一点，并能给人以启示。思考的深刻需要我们对眼前的事物作仔细深入的思考，找到事物的内在联系，并能用文章的语言表达出来。

一、优化词汇输入教学，丰富词汇知识积累

词汇是一篇文章最基本的组 成要素。头脑中如果没有一定数量的、且处于鲜活状态的词汇，就无法写出好文章。要写出好的文章，就必须善于从众多的词语中选择和运用最恰当的词语。因此， 加强词汇教学、扩大和丰富学生的词汇量是提高学生写作能力的基础工作。克拉申的“语言输入假说模式”认为：正确和恰当的语言输入将会使语言学习的效果更 佳。

最佳语言输入的两个必要条件：

1)密切相关的

2)大量的。因此，将密切相关的常用词汇、习惯搭配适当集中教学，反复归纳、不断循环和强化是较好的词 汇输入方法，同时也保证了常用词汇在头脑中的鲜活状态，为写作输出提供可靠保障。

二、加强基础写作训练，活化基础知识积累

在学生写作过程中，我们 常常会发现许多学生的词汇量与运用能力不成正比的现象，写作中经常出现词汇贫乏和用词不当等问题。这种问题的出现实际上是学生获得的知识没有有效的活化。 配合词汇和句型教学，教师可以经常以所教学词汇为关键词拟定一些与时事或生活相关的话题，让学生用词、句做翻译练习，一段时间(4-5天)之后，再让学生 用这些词、句进行写作，多写多练以达到活化知识的目的。

三、广泛阅读，拓展知识积累

“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作 诗也会吟”。在大量的阅读过程中，可使学生开拓视野，拓展知识，增加语感，为写作提供必要的语言材料。写作和阅读是互相促进、相辅相成的。有些词汇和句 型，学生只是似曾相识，通过广泛的阅读能促使学生把这些东西运用得更熟练，表达得更准确。反过来，这也会有效地提高学生的阅读理解能力。
