The Value Of Time

I always think there is not enough time. For example, I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back, I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb, “Time is money”。 Now I want to say, time is more precious than money, because when money is spent, we can earn some more again. However, when time is gone or lost, never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.

So I think, I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting time is equal to wasting one‘s life. Do not put off what can be done today till tomorrow!

Marcel Hirscher continued his dominant start to the alpine skiing World Cup season with yet more milestones on Sunday.

The Austrian, seeking an unprecedented fifth consecutive overall title, became the first man to win three successive giant slalom races at the Alta Badia venue, in Italys Dolomite mountains.

He claimed the World Cup lead from Aksel Lund Svindal, moving 20 points ahead of the Norwegian -- who was 28th, following his two speed-event wins in preceding days at nearby Val Gardena.

Hirscher claimed his fourth victory this season, and his third in giant slalom -- a technical discipline where he already leads by 134 points after only four rounds.

He was 0.19 seconds ahead of Norways Henrik Kristoffersen after the two runs, while Frances Victor Muffat-Jeandet was third.

"I skied at my 100% limit in the second run," Hirscher said after the 35th win of his career put him one behind sixth-placed compatriot Benjamin Raich in the all-time standings.

In Sundays womens action, Eva-Maria Brem made it a double giant slalom success for Austria by winning in Courchevel, France.

Gut extended her overall World Cup lead to 58 points over American star Lindsey Vonn, who was 13th following her crash on Saturday.

"I didnt really feel very balanced today," Vonn said. "I think I just rung my bell a little bit yesterday."

Brem claimed her second career World Cup victory, having been runner-up in the previous giant slalom races at Aspen and ?re.

"Every season I just need that one moment when everything gets together -- that one run, like the second one in Aspen when I felt, This is how I need to keep this working," the 27-year-old said.

"I knew what I had to do, but waiting at the start was tough. That second victory was beautiful too and that made me cry."

经过几周的教学工作体验,感到有一条原则较重要,即让赏识走进语文教学,可以提高教学质量,让学生爱学语文。具体从以下几个方面入手:

一、教师和学生的关系是平等的

在赏识教育中,老师和学生的关系是平等的,教师在学生面前不是一位不可冒犯的权威,学生也不是唯命是从的卑微者。师生只有建立民主平等的关系,学生才有了安全感,才能充满信心,思维才有可能被激活,才可能敢于提出问题,敢于质疑。这样,就为学生的积极主动参与,创设了一个轻松愉悦、民主和谐的环境气氛,促使学生产生了强烈的求知愿望,即亲其师,学其道。成功的教学依赖于一种和谐安全的课堂气氛,这种气氛的建立需借助一些手段,如温柔的目光,亲切的抚摸,殷切地希望,加强师生间的情感交流,使学生更加依赖老师,从而激起学生更大的学习热情,这是学生学好语文的关键所在。

二、相信每个学生都能成功

罗森塔尔效应实验,说教师给学生自信,学生就会有高成就。教师对学生的相信是一种巨大鼓舞力量。陶行知先生也这样忠告我们:“你的教鞭下有瓦特,你的冷眼里有牛顿,你的饥笑中有爱迪生。”作为老师,应该相信每个学生都有成功的希望,每一个学生都具备成功的潜能,而教师的作用,就要唤醒学生的自信。

三、阅读教学,让学生多一点自我感觉

在阅读教学中,教师要更新观念,还学生以学习和发展的地位,要珍视学生独特的感受、体验和理解。对于学生五花八门的答案,教师要充分肯定。即使学生回答的幼稚,肤浅,甚至片面、错误,教师也切忌“一棒子”打下去,而应当热情鼓励、引导、用心呵护熠熠生辉的思想火苗,这对学生的影响将是巨大的。让学生发展自己的思维,获得审美的体验,从而提高语文阅读的质量。

四、作文教学中,让学生学会体现自己

在应试教育的制约下,学生在作文中的个性和创造性已消失殆尽。作文中总是干干巴巴的几段空话,套话、假话连篇,文章脱离了自己真实内心的感受,使作文失去了鲜活的生命和色彩。在这种情况下,教师鼓励学生写随笔,观察日记,读后感,观后感、周记。此类作文往往有学生真实情感的流露,鲜明个性的跳跃、独特词语的运用,许多优秀之作常常涌现,时间久了,学生就能发现自己的写作个性。

教师可以允许学生有不同层次的发展,并抓住学生作文中的优点,加以鼓励:如好的句子,使用准确的词语,好的开头或结尾等,唤起学生写作的热情和自信。作文评语以鼓励为主,当然作文中存在的主要毛病还需用委婉的、学生可以接受的方式指出,那么以后作文,学生会更主动热情,并能更好的展现或表现自己了。以赏识的方式改变学生作文中的一些缺点,效果明显,并能很快提高写作水平。

这是我最近教学过程中的一点点思考,现作以上总结,供大家参考、指点。

周五上百花园五之前,我没有注意到原来上课的时间和学习的进度有这么一个契机。

周五是一个星期的尾声,而百花园五是学习第五单元的尾声。如果用这个契机来做导入的话,相信效果一定会不错的。可是,我在备课的时候却没有想到,而到了上课的时候,突然有学生提到今天是星期五,好多“五”啊!后来,我接着他的话,将导入的预设变了一下。于是,生成的课堂气氛顿时活跃了起来。都说万事开头难,而事情若是有了个好的开始,结果也差不了哪里去!这节课在师生互动方面比较明显,还好没有出现尴尬场面。现在想来,有时候生活中有很多契机,但是需要我们用心去发现。生活中有时会出现意外,而课堂中也如此。当预设受到冲击时,教师的教学机智便要登场了。若处理得不好,生成的课堂可能就无法受控,尴尬的只剩下我们老师了。

生成的课堂对于刚在教育站线上的我而言,无疑是一种考验。看来,路还长,很长,很长……

一、创设情境,课堂教学趣味盎然

人们常说“兴趣是最好的老师”,灵活运用各种有效的教学手段,注意激发学生的写作兴趣非常重要,教师一旦激发起学生的兴趣,学生的情绪定会空前高涨,把自己独有的想法通过丰富多彩的文字表达出来。课前布置学生仔细观察自己喜欢的小动物,在上课前又设置了“猜谜语”的环节,让学生明白抓住动物的特点来表述,可以更好的介绍自己喜欢的动物。课堂上创造让学生向大家展示并介绍的机会,学生在轻松愉快的环境下放松自己,从而激发他们交流的兴趣与意愿。

二、讲究方法,课堂训练扎实有效

习作教学难,难在写作前的指导、课堂生成的捕捉和处理。教学中关注学生的学习状态,灵活处理课堂生成,直接关系到课堂教学的有效程度。课堂上播放学生熟悉的动物图片,创设自主、合作、探究的学习方式,激发学生表达欲望,打开学生思路,丰富写作题材,投学生所好,使他们说得尽兴,个性得到张扬。同时采用“写后指导”的方式,化难为易,妙趣横生,让教学“无痕”。

三、多元评价,在讲评中习得方法

学生写完片段,老师让孩子们读一读自己的作品,这是对学生作品的赏识和鼓励。课堂上组织精心评改学生的作文,也是培养学生爱作文的重要一环。在他们看来,花力气写了,已达到了自己的较好水平,送给老师评改,指望有所肯定与指出,以便看到成绩并从中获取力量与启示。作文交给老师之后,他们急切地关心自己的学习成果,都希望从老师那儿得到鼓励,得到信心。课堂上我出示评议步骤,让学生一读,看句子是否通顺流畅,是否有错别字;二读,看笔下的动物有没有特点,看看是否表达了自己的喜爱之情;三读,把自己觉得写得精彩的地方画出来,并加上小红旗。然后再上台朗读习作,大胆展示自我,老师及时捕捉闪光点,发现引导点,并适时适度地给予肯定和激励,让学生从老师和同学的评议中找到可取之处及不足之处,品尝了成功的喜悦,增添了写作兴趣和自信心,让学生受益非浅,作文能力和评议能力都有了提高。文章不厌百回改,不仅要自己改,还要请别人帮忙改,尝试修改后再上台赏读自己修改后的习作。多元的评价,及学生之间的相互评价,提高了学生的交际能力,更为他们在习作中奠定了坚实的基础。学生自然在习作时就下笔如行云流水了。

虽说课堂表现亮点很多,但细细品味,觉得指导学生说这个环节还不够精彩,老师可以引导学生从不同的角度说,针对一两个学生说的,进行捕捉,引导学生相互补充说具体,此时就是进行口头作文,说好了,待会儿也能写好。评改环节,第二次修改无法充分展示。课堂虽然已经结束,相信这节课对那些孩子们的影响决不只是一瞬间!习作教学的与众不同在于听、说、读、写相结合,我们要让学生潜心去听,真心去说,用心去读,静心去写,我将沿着习作教学的新思路,继续前行。

乌鸦喝水》的故事我们都了解。它讲的是聪明的乌鸦想要喝瓶子里的水,就去叼石头让水浮上来的智慧故事。

教学中重点应引导学生通过朗读感悟“乌鸦急着找水—喝不着水—想办法喝水—喝着水了”这一系列变化过程。同时,教育学生明白遇到困难应仔细观察、认真思考的道理。因此,在教学中,我将乌鸦如何喝到水设为本课的教学重点。引导学生分组做实验,把小石子一个一个放进装有半瓶水的矿泉水瓶中,体会瓶子里的水是怎样渐渐升高的。我觉得这一环节的设计,在一定程度上促进了学生的发展:

1、关注了学生的发展状态,促进了学生主动发展。

本课学生最感兴趣的问题就是“瓶子里的水为什么会渐渐升高?”因此,我就以此作为研究对象,通过往瓶子里放石子的实验为学生提供了一个研究问题的情景,让学生在实验中自己去观察、去思考,多方交流,在解决问题的同时,充分发挥了学生的主动性。学生在主动探究的过程中得到了发展。

2、开发了语文教学的多种功能,促进了学生的全面发展。

在实验中,我引导学生仔细观察。在观察的同时,帮助学生直观地理解“一个一个”、“渐渐”的意思,强化了语文基本功的训练。学生在观察瓶中水的变化的同时,培养了学生的观察思维能力。在这一情景中,让学生主动地探究、解决问题,培养了学生的主动精神。

在教学这篇课文之前,我怕孩子们会出现觉得乌鸦的这个办法并不十分了不起的情绪。如果这样,就阻碍了学生去认真体会文本。所以在教学中我并没有急于让孩子们发散自己的思维,提出像“说说你还会想出什么好办法?”“如果你是这个乌鸦你会怎么做?”这一类的问题。而是与学生一起,在学习课文的同时,去感受这只乌鸦的高明之举。

在学习课文的第三自然段时,我先请学生自读,然后让他们说说你觉得这是一只怎样的乌鸦?孩子们很自然地说:“这是一只聪明的乌鸦。”好!要的就是你们这句话,我心里暗暗想着。“哦?是吗?你从哪些地方看出这只乌鸦很聪明呢?”

生:“它把小石子丢进了瓶子里,水渐渐升高,乌鸦就喝到水了。”

师:“我知道了,你是想说它想的办法十分不错,对吗?”

(学生很肯定地点了点头。)

师(皱眉):“可我觉得这只乌鸦有个地方却好像不太聪明,你们瞧,它都是捡小石子放进瓶子,我想如果能找些大石子不是更快能喝到水吗?”

一句话下去,下面立刻有了反应,不一会儿,有许多地方都冒出了一双双小手。

生1:“不,如果捡大一些的石头,大石头很重,沉到瓶底的时候可能会把瓶子打碎的,那样一来就喝不到水了。”

生2:“那个瓶子的口很小,大石子就卡在瓶口进不去。”

听,孩子们的回答多么有道理啊!这些答案有些甚至是我意料之外的,我常觉得只有中高段的课文才有许多耐人寻味的妙语佳词,想不到在这篇课文中一个不起眼的“小”字在孩子们口中变得可究可探起来。听了孩子们这一个个回答,我忍不住笑着说:“看来这只乌鸦的聪明还不仅仅因为它想出了这么一个好办法,就连挑选石头的时候,它也是动了一番脑筋的。”学生们都纷纷点头,从他们的笑脸上我仿佛看到了一份说服我的喜悦。同时,我也感受到了孩子们对这只小小乌鸦的了解并不仅仅是停留在了表面。

课上到这儿,我觉得可以让孩子们感受乌鸦聪明的同时发散他们的思维了,于是我请学生们说说“你会用什么办法去解决这个问题呢?”

生1:“我会把瓶子打碎,一些大的碎玻璃中还会留下一些水的,我就可以喝这些水了。”生2:“我会去找一根别人丢掉的吸管,把它伸到瓶子里去喝。”

生3:“我会用我的尖嘴在玻璃瓶的下面啄一个小洞,让里面的水流出来,这样我就可以喝了。”

…… 孩子们的想法总是富有创新意识的,我想这堂课上我不仅与孩子们一起体会到了文中那个小乌鸦的聪明才智,更让我感受到学生们的智慧。

Its about one and a half month away from the Chinese New Year, It is a festival celebrated by the Chinese people at the beginning of the lunar calendar year.

As of the Chinese traditional customs, our parents and grandparents will sweep every corner of the house and clean the windows until they gleam, and washing clothes, buying foods and goods for the new years future use and presents.

Children will be the most benefited group during this feast period. One month before that, they are expecting the new clothes, delicious foods. The firecrackers and the years allowance for their increased ages.

In recent years, with the rising of the standard of life, Chinese tend to make various holiday plans to spend a different and meaningful new year. Such as traveling abroad, or be absorbed in their hobbies, and even work.

Why today we try to spend our Chinese new year in such a different way? I think thats because this is a era of free life and personality high-ranking. Though there are still something traditional, our young generation is attempting to make something new and suitable for ourselves. And we would like to take something really worth to be cherished in our memorable treasures. Thats amazing and wonderful!

Ill always keep in mind that the Chinese new year is a great feast inherited from our ancestors, but if necessary, I would like to enjoy it by some ways personal.

作文一直是困扰语文老师的老大难问题。大家都知道作文很重要,可往往只停留在迷茫与困惑上,未能做出大胆的尝试。即使是级别很高的观摩课也绝少有执教者敢拿作文课冒险。笔者以为,真正困扰作文教学的因素是学生,严格地讲是学生有限的生活。

从表面上看,学生的生活似乎是越来越丰富多彩了,可我们都知道学生的生活面是越来越窄了。单调的生活已经使越来越多的孩子厌倦作文,于是就把作文当成了一种负担。当我们看到假大空的作文时,请扪心自问,学生还能写出什么新鲜的东西来呢?尤其是像我们这样寄宿制学校的学生,大部分时间在校园度过,与社会、家庭接触有限,素材匮乏,写出内容真实的作文很难,写出内容鲜活的作文就更难。毕竟作文来源于生活嘛。正是基于对学生写作现状的基本认知,本学期我们把情境作文教学作为研究课题。通过大胆的尝试,为学生习作提供丰富的素材。

就拿本次习作课来说,教师让学生用橡皮那制作出自己喜欢的作品。这项活动深受学生喜欢,他们乐于参与,不仅动手动口,而且通过活动积累了许多感性的素料,为下一步习作打下了坚实的基础。

事实证明,只要学生有生活,就不用担心他们没东西可写。要时刻提醒自己:生活是作文之源。这就是我执教本次体验作文的最大感受。

我们的春节是中国人一年中的第一个传统佳节,它标志旧的一年结束,新的一年已经开始。年夜饭,是春节的重要活动之一,中国的百姓家庭对年夜饭极为重视。正月初二,我和爸爸妈妈一起到奶奶家吃年夜饭。

在今天来的人特别多,奶奶家显得格外热闹,年味超浓。姑姑、叔叔和我爸爸正聊得热火重天。他们边嗑瓜子,边滔滔不绝的聊着各种话题。表哥和嫂子在房间里逗小baby开心,看着小宝贝的笑脸,他们别提有多开心了。而我和俩位表姐则更是“肆无忌惮”了。我们三人盘腿坐在沙发上,悠闲自得地玩着ipad上的割绳子,时不时传出一阵阵爽朗的笑声。

又过了一会儿,奶奶慈祥地把我们带进房间,塞给我们每人一个印着“马”的红包,我们接过红包,笑盈盈的谢谢奶奶。

很快的还有5分钟就到6点了。姑父把我们安排到圆桌上的各个座位上,我和2位表姐左右邻座。先上一道饭前甜点“蔬菜沙拉”开开胃。我们三个吃货纷纷拿勺子一勺勺地舀着沙拉,没一会儿,沙拉就差不多吃完了。姑姑笑着说:“慢点吃,每人和你们抢。”这时,第二道菜“年年有鱼”上来了。色香味俱全,酱油的味道恰到好处,加上葱花点缀,这道菜别提有多美了。鱼上完了,紧接着就是“清煮虾仁”了。这道菜清甜可口,配上一碗香醋,让人垂涎欲滴。稍后又上了不少好菜,个顶个都是美食,今天来真是有口福了。

晚上,吃完晚饭。大家陆陆续续都散了,我和爸爸妈妈也只好依依不舍的和奶奶说“再见”了,今天一天玩得别提有多开心了,和家人团聚是一件幸福的事。

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.

篇18:《散文诗两首》教学反思

我所讲的课题是人教版七年级语文上册24课《散文诗两首》中的《荷叶母亲》,该篇文章的作者是冰心。授课结束,我受到老师的鼓励、称赞,也得到校领导的肯定,评选结果我获得一等奖。

这堂课的亮点主要有:一、课堂开局比较好,在正式上课前,我让曾在校级朗诵获奖的两位男女同学齐诵《慈母吟》,考虑这首诗和本课的氛围吻合,之后我让学生点评他们的朗诵,给学生营造轻松愉快的氛围。而且全班同学喊出“我自信!我成功!我是最优秀的!”的口号,激励学生自信参与课堂。

由此,我在学生良好状态的情景下导入新课:“一个世纪老人在年轻时曾给她远方的朋友写到:在去年一个月朗星稀、秋风萧瑟的晚上,你的一本书将你介绍给我,你的思想,你的存蓄,你的言语和我的思想合成一缕缕琴弦,奏出飘渺神奇的音乐,这音乐就是爱的音乐,这思想就是爱的思想,请问同学们这个老人和她的朋友是谁?”学生能够猜到冰心,但是她的朋友却不能说出,我就询问《金色花》的作者是谁?学生回答是泰戈尔。这样很自然地导入了新课。

二、教师诵读《荷叶母亲》,让学生读之前,我配乐背诵了整篇文章,这激发了学生学习的热情。教师一定要解读文本,背诵课文就是解读文本,这一点也赢得了大家的赞赏,普遍认为我很下功夫,我总是要竭尽全力,我天资愚笨,只好自己多下点功夫,背诵课文花费了我4个多小时的时间。

三、简笔画的应用,课堂板书我画了一个荷叶护着一朵荷花展现主题,比较直观形象。为了画好荷花和荷叶,我请教了我校的两位美术老师,我掌握了一点技巧以使板书更接近逼真。

四、表现手法“借物抒情”难点的处理。在过渡到这一要点时,我设计了一个问题,毋庸置疑这是篇表现母爱的文章,那么怎样表现母爱有新意?我们平时同学的文章常常是“母亲送我去医院,雨中送伞接我上学”等等题材。但是用荷叶比喻母亲新奇,主要是冰心文学素养深厚,莲花这一事物在中国文化里富有传统文化意蕴,冰心对莲花进行联想、想象,用荷叶表情达意,借物抒情,从而达到讴歌母爱的主题。同时板书“借物抒情”,而且我制作课件解释补充了“借物抒情”的特点。

五、课堂比较紧凑。这一点我没有意识到,后来我询问老师时认识这一点。比如,学生读课文时,我让一学生到黑板写下重点字的注音。在学生没有完成时,我同时让学生谈谈读课文的感受,时间安排紧凑。

这节课的不足之处:

一、配乐声音效果不理想,在进行诵读时,所设计的配乐声音声响过强,没有达到预期的效果,没有及时调控,主要是自己不够熟练,这以后要做好充分准备,计划赶上变化。

二、课即将结束时,《母亲》的歌曲也没有释放出来,声响又太小,也是我操作不熟悉。结果也没有升华成对母亲的爱。总之,多媒体的使用我没有充分使用好,没有使电教手段达到锦上添花的作用,这令我惋惜!

三、授课结尾不够完美。最后,看着不多的时间,心底上还是不够镇静,不能从容自如,临时应变。让学生写作可放到课下指导,准备好的语言应展示。

四、我在让学生赏析4—7小节时,曾让学生先赏析精彩之处,再谈自己的疑问。这里,在教学预设时我没有让学生谈自己的疑问,但是,课堂上却让学生谈这一点,但最后,学生的疑问没有展示,这样的细节问题我处理得不够严谨,这以后要注意!

五、前面解释词语时,一个学生解释“荫蔽”说是遮蔽,这说出了本意,但在课文里的意思还应该解释得确切。这个关键的词语在赏析课文时应再深化。

六、我的普通话虽然有很大进步,但是还不够优美,我应继续练习,语文课应该是美丽的语言,不止在语言内容上,还要在形式外壳上。

七、口语要消失。我没怎么意识到,但是要达到课堂的完美,凡是应该注意的一定要消除!、

这堂课虽然已经过去,但是我要吸取经验,改正不足,让自己有更大的进步。

同时,语文教学要有一种“语文味”,但是我这方面做得还不够。虽然,我很有激情,语言不错,但是还不够有自然的魅力。只是,我的课比较真诚,稍稍丰富点。我深知老师丰富的语言对学生是一种滋养,丰厚的文化底蕴对学生是一种召唤,洋溢着智慧的妙语更是对学生心智的启迪。以后我将以最大的热情投入到语文教学中去!我非常感谢薛主任,在他的博客里,我看到一个多彩丰富的世界。杜郎口的教育模式给我的课堂注入了生机和活力,窦桂梅和孙双金两位专家更是给我丰富的指向。而且在这次讲课的体验过程中,我也在自己的博客里向武风霞老师请教了“创新”的问题。我认识到语文要在丰富的文化底蕴上才有所创新,细读文本,才能解读出与众不同的东西。

通过这次习作我对写人的作文有了初步的设想:

第一步:审题选材,理顺写的思路

1.指导学生认真读习作要求,一边读一边划出关键词语:身边、 熟悉的人、 值得写的事。

2.帮助学生理解关键词语。如:我们的身边经常有那些人出现?我最熟悉的是那几个?他们有些什么特征?有什么优点,有那些好的品质?对你怎么样?你打算写他(她)的一件什么事?你写这件事的原因是什么?等

3.读读自己的小练笔,选择一件最符合本次习作要求的事,定出题目。

4.写好自己的写作思路。

例如:《妈 妈关心我》写作思路。这次作文要求我们写写身边熟悉的人。我身边熟悉的人有:爷爷、奶奶、爸爸、妈 妈、外公、外婆、老师、同学等。我的妈 妈美丽善良,又最关心我,我决定写妈 妈。我打算这样写:先简单介绍妈 妈的外貌漂亮和心底善良,还有非常关心、疼爱我。然后通过妈 妈照顾生病的我来告诉大家:我的妈 妈最关心我。最后我要写出怎样做来报答妈 妈对我的关心和无私的付出。

第二步:写作文,评作文,修改作文

1.按写作思路修改小练笔

2.誊写在作文本上,完成本次习作练习。

3.自评修改。(读作文,数字数、改错别字、句子是否通顺)

4.读给家长听,修改,家长写简单的评语,

5.老师评。

篇20:课堂反思作文课堂音乐教学反思

一、课堂音乐教学中的“音乐”含量过低

音乐课类似文学课,语言文字解说的多,提及音乐语言、挖掘艺术情感的少。在我所听到的音乐课里,这种情况不在少

数,尤其是欣赏课。有些老师的课,他们讲得多,要学生用心聆听的少;把自己对音乐的理解倾其所有,非讲个清清楚楚不可的多,留给学生去思考、去领悟、用音乐去激发想象的少;用语言表达的多,用情感体验的少。因此,在一些老师的教学中,语言多,音乐少,全然没有了音乐的我,也没有了“音乐作品是要悟的”这个道理了。这样的结果只会是,学生的音乐作品积累少,对音乐的感悟浅薄,最终是对音乐课没了热情。我们坦言,讲文学我们比不过语文老师(就普通而言),讲解数理也非我们所长,为何不发挥我们音乐教师的优势呢?

音乐课即唱歌课,但仅仅唱会歌曲的多,唱好歌曲、唱得有滋有味的少。他们在课堂的相当一部分时间里(课的后半部分)唱歌却是“老太婆念经,有口无心”。既不用心,何来之味、又何来之情,更何从谈感!音乐课里的歌不好听、不够味,那当然会到课外去找。找他们处认为好听、够味的歌来唱,还工工整整地把它们抄在精心挑选的小本本里,装在兜里,并引以为豪。

音乐课即技能课,枯燥乏味、机械训练的多,兴趣激发、情感抒发的少。我们的一些教师片面地理解了技能,过于偏重技能,使得我们的中小学音乐课成了音乐基本功训练课,把音乐当作机械的技能去训练,把中小学生当作音乐专业的学生来训练。这样做,可能在表面上或许在一段时间里,一部分学生会有一些效果,但却有可能因此而削弱了绝大部分学生对音乐的兴趣和爱好,甚至磨灭。实际上这样的音乐学习与课堂教学,从根本扭曲了音乐作为人类情感艺术、精神火花的本性,也背弃了“国民音乐教育”的初衷,是与音乐教育的基本原理背道而驰的。

二、课堂音乐教学中的“教师”定位失衡

音乐课以教师为中心的多,突出学生的主体地位的少。在我们的音乐课里,很多教师不是笑脸相迎,在教学过程中,教

师几乎坐在琴凳上不挪窝、指手划脚,不管学生学得如何,只顾按照已备的教案、时间表灌之。学生回答问题顺我者表扬、逆我者斥之并不少见……这样的课堂教学,是一个不平等的教与受的关系,从未把学生作为教育的主体,从来只把学生当成知识的接受器,教师绝对是主宰而非主导,学生是完全被动的。这样的音乐课学生哪来的情、哪来的兴趣?也就无从说“我喜欢音乐课”了。

教师做够做足“教”字这篇文章的多,创设良好环境,激发学生主动学习、体验的功夫不足。我听过少的音乐课,也看过很多老师的教案,总发现我们的教师在构思一堂课伊始直到完成教案及教学全过程,他们经常在考虑的是我该怎样做、怎样教,很少考虑学生怎样来学、怎样来体验。一些教案连教师说的每一句话都有了,惟独没有“这时学生该干什么、此时学生会出现什么”。他们只想课堂45分钟我该怎样安排,却没想到作为“教学是教师教和学生学的双向互动过程”。音乐学习本身是一个复杂多样的变体,神经质的信息输入不是单一的,应该包括听觉、视觉、运动觉全方位的。而这种信息的输入,如果没有一个良好的环境,学习者的主动参与、积极体验,那“学”的过程、“学”的结果就想而知了。

把教师的意志强加给学生的多,聆听学生心声、把握学生心智、愿意做深切朋友有少。“老师的疾话对的”、“我是老师,学生应该听老师的话”,恐怕是我们很多老师常有的心态和所说的话。因此,许多教师挖好一个个的陷阱让学生一个个往里跳的事总是很乐意去做的。比如说:“对不对?“对”“好听不好听?”等等。尽管老师自己都觉得多余,有时还显得底气不足,但总是乐此不疲。

三、课堂音乐教学中的“教材”定位过高过死

教材是教学之本,依教材上课“没商量”。我们国家的教材建设已有了长足的进步。在八十年代末,九十年代初首先打破

了全国一纲一本的格局而出现了一纲多本、多纲多本,这对于拓展符合各地不同的人文环境、不同教育水平和与社会发展相吻合的教材空间,形成新的教学格局起到了积极的作用。但毕竟人们的国家太大了,地域广阔、人口众多、经济发展又是如此的不平衡,要用几套教材来作“教学之本”,实在是勉为其难。。就从我们浙江省新编的“九年义务教育教材”来说,这套教材八十年代未开始编,九一年开始在部分地区实验使用,九三年在全省推广使用。编写这套教材最初的定位是“较发达的农村地区”使用,这从九十年代初全国经济发展的势态看浙江省的经济发展地位,无疑是准确的。可问题是,仅从一个面积不大、人文背景相对单纯、经济结构跨度也不是很大的浙江省,其经济水平的差异也是显面易见的。经济发展的不平衡,必定还来教育文化的差异。可我们使用统一教材,就是对这种事实上存在的差异视而不见,这与教育学的基本大批量是相悖的。

另外,一本教材从编写到使用的周期很长,对教材重新作出修订则所需的时间更长。在现今知识爆炸、社会发展和经济增长日新月异的时代,人们的价值观、道德面、人生观、美学观无不时时处处都在变化着,而唯有我们的教材不变,要学生唱的歌曲不变。这怎么可能让学生对我们的音乐感兴趣,对我们所唱的歌感兴趣?

再有,我们对“教科书”那种根深蒂固的虔诚,执行起来从不打折扣的那种严肃认真态度,一些教师对教材的依恋及所有管理层面上的考核、评估、督查都是以此为据,更加剧了这种不例题。因此,我们什么时候能做到不再以“教材是教学之本”而以“教学以人为本”,让每个教师都能根据教学对象的实际情况来接待教学内容(这里暂且不论我们音乐教师是否都具备这种水平与能力),才能出现我国自己的真正意义的教学法,才会有中国自己的“奥尔夫”、“柯达伊”。

教材内容并非经典,没劲!我们一些教学内容不受学生欢迎,也无法得到音乐老师的认同。在许多人的头脑里,一提到审美教育,便自觉不自觉地把教育目的提到德育的“高度”。因此,教材编写中什么时候该唱什么歌,那段时间是什么节日该安排什么内容,这两年在号召学生什么教材就该有所体现德育都成为必须考虑的第一因素。这就使得我们的教材始终离不开正当附庸的臼巢,在强调音乐教化功能的同时,削弱了音乐本身,音乐的本体失落了。另外,从音乐学习、情感体验的角度说,经典音乐亦并非*别人去持牌指认就成了,大家去听了、去唱了,觉得好听,好美,好感动,就牢记在心了,也自然而然地成了“他”心目中的名歌、名曲了。就像在调查中所反映的“你最喜欢的乐曲”。在三成以上都写的是《梁祝》,那无疑这《梁祝》就成了我们大家共同的名曲了。如果我们的教材歌(乐)曲,学生不喜欢去唱、去听,再有伟大教育意义的音乐作品又通过什么去教他们呢?用什么来达到我们的教育目的?又怎么能使学生学习音乐有劲?

四、课堂教学的观念落后,方法陈旧、手段及模式单一,教学设施跟不上社会发展的步伐

一边是“奥尔夫”、“柯达伊”、……等教学法铺天盖地而来,令我们目不暇接,大有我是谁的忙碌惊呼四起之势;而另一边却为音乐与素质教育有什么联系、音乐教育如何渗透德育、中小学音乐教学到底该用什么谱等“重大问题”争论休。这令第一线的音乐们无所适从,还大有望不到穷尽之态。

一边是高保真立体声音响、钢琴、家庭音乐教育;而另一边是简易的手提录音机加劣质的教学磁带,还有一个领不到奖金(甚至工资)的音乐老师。

一边是歌厅、音乐会、MTV尽情享受;而另一边还在我唱一句你跟一句,先认谱再唱歌,剩余时间听录音。

……

如此强烈的对比、反差,再加上领导的管理水平与意识,家长们的“务实”,社会对音乐教育的偏见,还有新闻媒体的导向,足以能把我们的课堂音乐教学挤进可有可无、被人遗忘的角落。
