I went to see a film in the cinema this evening. It was called Kong Fu

In our country, there are plenty of delicious foods. They are popular among

Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as

chicken, fish, beef, tofu, noodle and so on. Among them, fish and tofu are the

food I like most. Fish is delicious as well asrich in nutrition. Its good to

our health. There are various cooking methods and I think the simplest way is

The lesson startedn today. After the long and becaemeour boring opening ceremony, we saw our chinese teacher. It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today， there are many business in my mother‘s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother‘s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free， I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework， I still do it. Because in my mother’s office， I had nothing to do. If I did nothing， I was wasting my time and my life. I can‘t do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

Today, I opened my free forum and I was very happy because I could do a lot

Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

星星在明朗的夜空眨眼，一颗流星划过，打破了暑假的那份宁静。

一轮新日从东方升起，新的一天开始。同时，我们的10天军训“生涯”开始，全部高一新生在操场上，那些眼神中透露出对自己教官的期待。不一会，教官分到班级。我们的教官郑，来自南京军区，他的眼神中透着几分神秘，猜不透。

首先要求我们站军姿，双腿向后压，挺胸，抬头。刚开始，觉得不错，可没过一会，双腿开始酸，肩膀痛，全身都是那种酸，天空挂起火热的太阳，远处飘着倦怠的白云，在太阳的炼烤下万物显得无力，疲惫。豆大的汗珠从额头上滑下，后背被汗水浸湿，不能动，因为有严格的规则。在这苦累的军训中，也有很多乐趣，休息时，我们与教官打成一片，我们教官很严厉，但又有着那大哥哥的和蔼，经过了半天的军训，我们拖着疲惫的脚步走进食堂。我们又拖着疲惫的作文身子回到宿舍，趴在床上就睡着了，想着那些军哥，为了国家的安全毅然去参军。我们所谓的苦累，对于他们来说，一丝都不算，他们辛苦地来训练我们，我们应该怀着那份感激，用心来学习。

军训10天，转眼间已经过完三天半了，不由叹息过得真快。教官不但教我们练，同时也教我们：26班没有第二，没有第三，只有第一。有了教官这句话，我们还有什么理由不好好训练呢?

吃苦不一定有成绩，但不吃苦，一定没有成绩。

三天的军训很累，累的是身体，我们的心绝对不会累，这三天我们收获很多，教官的训导、班主任的教诲，那份责任感、荣誉感深深烙在心中。

我们要好好珍惜此次军训，认真练，用“心”练，因为心是永远不会累的，我们不希望教官“心”苦。

Most people shopping online because it is very convenient, there is no need

to go out, just click the mouse gently, they can buy the goods they want. In

addition, goods online are cheaper than entity shop that buyers can save a lot

of money. But even the coin has two sides. Online shopping also has advantages

and disadvantages. In recent years, we see a lot of news about online cheating,

and many buyers complain about poor quality of the goods, which is different

However, the situation above is rare in traditional shopping store, because

the guest can communicate with the seller face to face. Buyers can also see

goods intuitively. But the traditional shopping does not convenience as well as

Some people like to work alone while others enjoy teamwork. In my opinion,

everyone had better learn to work with others together because teamwork is

First, working in a team provides a chance for us to communicate with each

other. Just as the saying goes, “many hands make light job.” Working in a team,

teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better

achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon.

Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they are from

different places, owning various experiences and hold different views towards

things. Therefore, getting along with other teammates is also a process of

increasing our knowledge. Finally, working in a team is also a way to establish

our friendship. Teammates in a team have chances to help each other, to solve

the problems together, to share the happiness of being successful, which make a

great contribution to establishing friendship. Thus, working in a team is one of

the most effective ways to extend our personal relationships.

To sum up, to learn to work in a team is really necessary and important and

we should try to enjoy it.

Yesterday morning ,I got up earlier.The birds are singing in the

trees.After breakfast ,My mother and I went to the local park.Everything was

beautiful.The sky is blue.The sun is magnificent.You can see many flowers and

trees in the park.Some children are playing in the park.I saw many boats on the

lake at the foot of the hills.Later on ,mother and I played hide-and-seek in the

park.Yesterday,I had a good time.

I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was

in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told

us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from

pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The

people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were

felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.

This summer vacation, I took part in the English summer camp. I found many

interesting things here.

First, the children in the camp are very young and lovely. They taught me a

lot. We always paly together and study together. Everydaywe are very happy. It’s

a vew life to me. Because it is a good chance to know many good friends. It

brings me a colourful life.

Second, the teachers in the English summer camp are very kind, and some are

beautiful. For example, our headteacher Miss Zhu, and many foreign teachers.

They teach us English and help us improve English. I think attending their

classes is very interesting and exceting.

In the class, we can play games, and learn more English words. They always

come up with many good ideas which let us feel happy. I get a new feeling and my

whole body feel refreshed.

Third, thescenery of Zhejiang University is so beautiful. There are many

trees, flowers and other plants. It’s a colourful school. There are also some

lakes and bridges. It is the paradise of my new life. I think it is a special

place. It makes me relaxed and happy.

So I think Zhejiang University is equal to giving me a new life.

I enjoy the vew life, enjoy the things and people here.

1、思想重视的不够

随着各种教学法涌入我国，对我国英语教学影响最大的当数“听说法”和&ldquo,日记;视听法”。这些教学法提倡将英语作为一门工具来对待，侧重学生语言技能的训练。然而，我们在着意于口头技能培养的同时却忽略了书面阅读和写作，在强调语言结构形式的反复操练的同时却忽略了学生语言能力的培养，从而导致教师和学生轻视英语写作现象的产生。

2、写作素材的缺乏

教师对小学英语写作究竟要写些什么缺乏明确的认识。大部分写作练习表现为简单机械的抄写，学生容易完成，老师易于批改，但写作内容与学生生活缺乏练习。

3、母语文法的束缚

小学生刚刚接触英语，在表达的过程中难免受到母语的构词法、语法和思维方式的影响，用汉语的方式组词或组句，以至于出现大量的文法错误，让人啼笑皆非。

一开始我以为我是天空，你是那个给我晴朗的太阳，我常常等待着，每一天你都会来见我，偶尔有黑夜，但我知道，你一直都会来。有时候我会流泪，那是你偶尔离开，我以为我要失去你了，我以为我习惯了月夜，但是当你突然而至，我才发现，我早就忘记关于你的那些痛苦，我还是会笑，甚至更灿烂，给你看我的彩虹，又让你得到我的蓝天。

我们应该是平等的，虽然我好似永远在等你来，但是我知道，我的等待不是一场漫无目的的遥遥无期，你总有一天会出现，你只能在我的方圆几里。但是你又离开了，我好像没有永远拥有你，我以为的平等好像不是所谓的天平，而是跷跷板，我给你的越多，我自己反而越轻，终于你落地了，这个游戏索尔无味，你走了。

后来我又觉得我应该是地上的一株绿草，依赖着你，仰望着你，你只有给了我温暖，我才能生存和成长。你应该是我所有的生命，我不能得到你的所有，我的全部人生也仅仅是你的一瞬，但我还是很开心，毕竟是你让我从土壤里破土重生，也只是你才让我看到我的长大后的样子，虽然你的人生，也许永远不会记得这一棵依附你的小草。可是我终究还是没有成熟，不会因为得到你一阵陪伴就满足，我的记忆里永远都是对你笑得最灿烂最美好的样子。我以为我是为你而成长，然后我却为你才一直停在那片土壤，你忘了照耀我，而后我枯萎了。可是一直到最后我才明白，原来我是黑暗中的蕨类，只有看不到你，得不到你，我才能成为最强大的生命。我注定是那潮湿阴暗的衍生物，而你是那光明与温暖，我不仅对你求而不得，我也许要付出生命所有才能好好见你一面。原来我从一开始，就是为了遇见你，然后摒弃我自己。

见你一面，就花费我所有的勇气。那一瞬间，我好像才真正的成长。

今天，我们迎来了高中生涯的第一次军训。我们这趟出门雨可真不小，一个个都被淋成了落汤鸡。经过近一个小时的车程，我们到了军训的地点。

军训只是站站军姿，练练踏步。不过，这也不是件简单轻松的活儿。光是站军姿，里面就大有文章：脚跟并拢，脚尖分开60度，双腿挺直，两臂自然下垂，大拇指贴在食指第二节，中指紧贴裤缝线;头要正，颈要直，口要闭;两眼瞪大，目视前方，重心放在前脚掌上。如果所有动作都做标准，站十分钟军姿，就会汗流浃背了。

正步这一项是最难的、最重要的、也是最累的，脚要踢得很高，刚开始学的时候，教官要我们把脚抬起来，然后站着不许动，要把脚抬高，单只脚又站不稳，一开始总是摇摇晃晃的，后来练多几遍，渐渐适应了，就站稳了。光是练踢脚，就练了一上午，双腿都快要麻了。

通过这次军训才知道自己的体质有多差，幸好，最后我挺过去了。这次军训磨练了我们的意志，加强了同学们之间的合作性，也加固了大家的友谊。
