学生是学习的主人，是学科课堂的主人。学生是班级的主人，他也应该是班级管理的主人。班主任管理班级时，他在班级管理中应该扮演什么样的角色呢?就像学科教学一样，班主任不应该成为管理的主力，而应该是班级管理的引导者，监督者。从班级管理的实践来看，一个几十人的小学班级，仅靠一个或几个教师管理是不行的，关键是要教育和指导学生学会自我管理，使每个学生做到既是被管理的对象，又是实施管理的主体，达到?管是为了不管?的目的。

这学期，我就是把班级的工作重点放在培养学生的自主管理能力方面。培养学生的自我管理能力，首先就是从培养学生管自己能力开始的。《班主任大全》一书中就指出：现在的学生大多数是独生子女，他们对成人的依赖性很强。由于家长的溺爱，这些?小太阳?们在家庭中失去了培养独立性的机会，他们更多的依赖成人的帮助和照料。对于学生自我管理能力的培养主要从三个方面着手：第一方面，利用晨会、班会、队会等，向学生正面宣传?自己能做的事自己做?，让学生从认识上加深对独立性的理解。第二方面，在班级中安排?人人岗位责任制?，使每个学生都有自己的岗位，对自己的岗位负责。第三方面，联系学生的家长，取得家长的配合，培养学生在家的自我管理。

其次就是培养一支班干部队伍。利用管理班级的机会培养学生的自我管理能力，班级小干部是班主任的左右手。要认真选拔小干部，同时要精心培养小干部。第一，帮助小干部树立威信。对于学生自己选出来的班干部，要尊重他们的权利。每天的值日先由卫生委员负责评比，然后，由我发表自己的意见和建议供他们参考。第二，鼓励小干部大胆工作，指点他们工作方法。第三，严格要求小干部在知识、能力上取得更大进步，在纪律以身作则，力求从各方面给全班起到模范带头作用，亦即?以点带面?。第四，培养干部团结协作的精神，要能够通过干部这个小集体建立正确、健全的舆论，带动整个班级体开展批评与自我批评，形成集体的组织性、纪律性和进取心，以即?以面带面?。同时也要注意及时召开班干部会议，针对他们在工作中出现的问题，教给他们工作方法，使他们明确自己的职责，指出他们的优缺点和今后努力工作的方向。同时，还要求他们注意班干部成员之间的合作，齐心协力，拧成一股绳，尽力在同学之间树立他们的威信，创造机会，锻炼和培养他们的能力。这样培养的方法，所有采取的措施，其目的不在于人人都能管人，而在于人人都能管自己，培养学生对自己、班级、家庭的责任意识。

I was a shy girl and I never dared to make performance in the public, but

暑假里我阅读了学校为老师赠送的《现代教师读本》（人文卷），也记得初次翻阅这本书的时候，心里又觉得很苦闷。因为这不是一部小说，更不是什么故事，实在是不太喜欢看，也担心看不懂而领会不了其中的涵义？但是一篇一篇地拜读之后，多少领略到了一点（人文卷）的精彩。

欲立人则先立己，面对现代教育的挑战，《现代教师读本》的主编之一钱理群说，现代教师首先是有自由思想、独立人格，具有批判与创造精神的人，"不跪着教书"是他们最基本的信条。现代教育的基本任务，不仅要引导学生建构独立的个体人格，而且要培育现代公民人格。“立人”的教育就绝不是跪着的教育。代表着对教师职业的重新认识，对教师思想精神的重新塑造。

现在的教师接受的主要是专业教育，爱因斯坦说：“用专业知识教育人是不够的。通过专业教育，他可以成为一种有用的机器，但是不能成为一个和谐发展的个人。”因此，现在的教师需要进行思想的再次塑型，重新在思维中树立真、善、美的绝对维度。

作为教师的我们，作为知识分子的我们，应当是一个善于剖析、善于反思的思想者。做任何一件事情，不管是大事还是小事，事后要进行反思、提炼经验、总结不足。就如我们平时上的每一节课，课后一定要进行分析，成功在哪里、失败在哪里，应该如何调整，这样才会使自己成为学习型、反思型的教师。

反思是一种有益的思维活动和再学习方式，每一位优秀教师的成长都离不开教学反思。如果一个教师仅仅满足于获得经验而不对经验进行深入的思考，那么，即使是有“20年的教学经验，也许只是一年工作的20次重复；除非善于从经验反思中吸取教益，否则就不可能有什么改进”。他可能永远只能停留在一个新手型教师的水准上。我国著名心理学家林崇德也提出“优秀教师=教学过程+反思”的成长模式。叶澜教授说：一个教师写一辈子教案难以成为名师，但如果写三年反思则有可能成为名师。教师如果不会反思，不能成为思想者，只能靠别人的思想指导自己的行动，他就丧失了教育的资格，他的教学行为就不可能具有创造性；同时，他也就不可能有所发现，也就不可能从教育中获得愉快。因此，教师一定要成为思想者。

作为教师我们自己经常会有这样的体验：一天天在课堂、办公室之间忙碌，几经铃声大作，几度疲乏无力。辛苦着，麻木着，无异于知识的传声筒。教师要什么？有人说，教师工作稳定，待遇不错，“教师也是人啊！”这样的教师一年年在年级间切换，丰富的是教龄，伴随着这种辛苦和麻木的，是一种集体的沉默，是可怕的思想失语和独立人格的沦落。周而复始的工作方式使很多教师忘记了自己的立场，负担过重使他们失去了创造力，丧失了表达为教师尊严的话语。

现代教师读本（人文卷）共有8个部分，“生命在于精神追求”这个部分是我最喜欢看的一个章节。生命的意义在于人能够获得精神的愉快，同时，生命的意义也在于人对社会的作用，一个人能为他所热爱的事业付出血汗并甘之如饴，才是最有价值的人生。作者毕淑敏在她的《精神的三间小屋》中写到，要为自己的精神修建三间小屋。第一间，盛着我们的爱和恨，假若爱比恨多，小屋就光明温暖，像一座金色池塘；假若恨比爱多，小屋就阴风惨惨，你的精神悲凄压抑，行锁骨立。第二间，盛放我们的事业。我们的事业，是我们的田野。规划自己的事业生涯，使事业和人生，呈现缤纷和谐，相得益彰的局面，是第二间精神小屋坚固优雅的要决。第三间，安放我们的自身，这间精神小屋无论多么漂亮，多么富丽堂皇，一定要留一些空间给自己。

我们都是教师，都是教育者，从事教育，并不仅仅是为谋生，也未必仅仅是选择了一项适合你的工作，重要的是，你能从这项工作中获得身心的愉快，能从这份工作中发现生命的价值。

前阵子在书城买了本书，叫《滴水藏海》，里边有300个经典的哲理故事。现在我来品味一篇小故事，叫《命运》。

《命运》讲的是连个孩子的命运，一个被高僧占卜为“状元”，另一个为“乞丐”。二十年后，当初的“状元”成了乞丐，而“乞丐”却成了“状元”。 上帝说：“我赋予每个人的天分之占他命运的三分之一，其余的在于他如何去把握。”

看了这段话，我很触动。把握命运，多简单的字眼，可是又有多少人真正把握住了自己的命运呢?不必埋怨自己的天分，更不必埋怨自己的命运，因为命运掌握在自己的手中，你随时都可以改变它的!只要你愿意。

[我的读书感悟小学作文

在这个学期，我阅读了名著《海底两万里》，它是科幻小说之父凡尔纳的代表作之一。我带着好奇与激动的心情读完了全书，被其中的人物与情节深深吸引。

此书主要讲述“鹦鹉螺号”的故事。1866年，当时海上发现了一只疑似为独角鲸的大怪物，阿龙纳斯教授及仆人康塞尔受邀参加追捕，在追捕过程中不幸落水，到了怪物的脊背上。发现这怪物并非是什么独角鲸，而是一艘构造奇妙的潜水艇。潜水艇是船长尼摩在大洋中的一座荒岛上秘密建造的，船身坚固，利用海洋中大量的氯化钠分解出来的钠发电。尼摩船长邀请阿龙纳斯作海底旅行。他们从太平洋出发，经过珊瑚岛、印度洋、红海、进入地中海、大西洋，看到许多罕见的海生动植物和水中的奇异景象，又经历了搁浅、土著围攻、同鲨鱼搏斗、冰山封路、章鱼袭击等许多险情。最后，当潜水艇到达挪威海岸时，阿龙纳斯不辞而别，回到了他的家乡。

文章的人物性格鲜明，有血有肉，尼摩船长虽然痛恨人类，但是却心底善良，为了船员的死而掉泪，他爱钻研，发明出了伟大的鹦鹉螺号，他性格忧郁，却有知识渊博，可以将珍珠毫不吝啬的送给可怜的采珠人，看到自己的船员死去，却又掉泪。他对人类有根深蒂固得不信任感，心中充满无尽的痛苦，他镇定，勇敢，却善良真诚。阿龙纳斯是个学者，他对海洋对科学有着深厚的感情，是典型的知识高于一切的学者，为了知识，不惜牺牲自由。康赛尔是一个忠实可爱的仆人，擅长于生物的分类，对主人忠心耿耿，即使为主人牺牲生命也愿意。尼德?兰一个是性格急躁，追求自由的意大利人，他热爱陆地，热爱人民，急切渴望自由，为逃出鹦鹉螺号有重大的作用。

读完这本书，我深深的感受到了凡尔纳丰富的想象力，他为我们营造出了一个及其惊险的氛围，《海底两万里》塑造出了一个个个性鲜明的角色，使我们仿佛身临其境，跟着作者与书中的主人公一起探寻海底的秘密。
