自我介绍，一般的有几个要素：姓名、籍贯、职业、爱好等等。

一、名字

1、赋予名字积极的意义。

比如，前面的巩红梅的介绍就是的。

再如：赵杰，这个名字，如果说：赵，是走之旁，加一个叉，杰是木字下面四点。这样就一般了。没有新意。

如果说：赵，是赵钱孙李的赵，百家姓中第一姓，杰，是英雄豪杰的杰，我的理想就是要做一个堂堂正正的英雄豪杰，不枉第一姓的称呼。

2、故事法，讲明名字的来历或者编一个关于名字的故事，也是比较好的方法。

如：孙迎菊，可以这样介绍：

我叫孙迎菊，据我妈妈讲，在我出生的那天，我家窗台的一那盆菊花一夜之间就绽放出来，于是我妈妈就给我起了这个一个名字。

今天，黄校长给我们介绍说，观看家长们接送小孩子是他们掘港小学的风景线和传统。他们称之为爱心的传递。刚开始我不能理解为什么这样称呼。也许黄校长看出了我们的疑惑，便讲解、指导了一番。让我们明白了这份爱和责任是如何传递的。

从孩子们下车，到父母们给他们脱掉厚厚的防晨寒的衣物，再到目送孩子们进了校园。这样一切的行为和眼神，都被身在一旁的我们看在眼里，感动在心里。我曾观察到这样一位母亲。目送女儿进了校门之后，本可放心离开。但她一边调转摩托车，目光却一直停留在渐行渐远的女儿身上。调转完毕后，她仍足足驻留了有十五秒钟，直至女儿的背影完全消失不见，才慢慢离开。

黄校长说，只要看到家长们这样的眼神，他们就必须把学校的教育办好，承担好这份沉甸甸的爱和责任。这样的思想，这样的追求，以前丁老师也给我们灌输过。但那时太过不以为然，我们以为好好对学生、认真对学生、全心全意为学生，这又有何难？这两天才明白，哪有我们想象的那么容易！

孩子是家里的唯一，是每个家庭的希望。要想成为一名合格的教师，最基本的道德素质就是爱心和责任。具备了这两点，你才能拥有承担这份沉甸甸责任的资格。
