My mother is a teacher, so she pays special attention to my education. Before I went to primary school, she bought me a lot of novel books. I remembered that when the hot movie Harry Porter came out, she bought me the novel the other day. I was so surprised and read these books quickly. Thanks to my mother, she cultivated my interest to read successfully. I keep reading books every day, even though I was busy with my homework, I would take out the books to read some chapters before I went to sleep. Reading these books helps me a lot. Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships. This troth seems to be self-evident. However, in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they lack the ability to do ,something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome,For someone, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.

Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing some thing? There are, among others, two main reasons. First, these people do not have a correct estimate of themselves. Second, they overestimate the difficulties.

It is passible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards ones own abilities. We should never underesrimate our abilities but should believe in the proverb: "Where there is a will, there is a way." Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.

My dear schoolmates,

There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aimed at making our campus a safe place to stay on. I considered this as indeed a good practice, which will make us aware that safety should come first in our daily life, whether when we stay at school or outside it. When we are doing sports, we should attach importance to the safety and avoid being hurt.

As we all know, reading has a lot of benefit. It can open up our eyes because books are full of knowledge, and it makes us wiser and richer in life. I also read story books and novels in my spare time which make me relaxed and happy. I seldom read e-books because theyre bad for eyes. On weekends, I usually spend a whole afternoon reading in the library. And I also read for about half an hour before going to bed every night.
