People who do things outside will have to come home for a reunion dinner unless they have to. This night, apart from very small children, no one is going to sleep at the same time. The scene of the Spring Festival was different from that of New Years eve: the shops were boarded, and the last nights firecrackers were piled up in front of the door, and the whole city was resting. The men went to visit their relatives and friends before noon. The women received guests at home. Outside the city, many temples hold temple fairs. Vendors sell tea, food and toys outside the temple. Children especially love to go to the temple fair, so that they can have a chance to go outside the city to see the wild scenery, can ride a donkey, and also can buy New Years unique toys. The temple fair has horse racing and camel racing. These contests are not for the first who is second, but for the good posture and skill of the horse, camel and rider in front of the audience. The sky is full of colors. Will put every year before the fireworks began, every family put their most beautiful fireworks in the sky, fireworks bursting in the black night sky, a than a bright, the sky seems to be holding a beauty contest.

除夕那天真热闹，家家赶做年菜，到处是酒肉的香味。男女老少都穿起新衣，门外贴上了红红的对联，屋里贴好了各色的年画。除夕夜家家灯火通宵，不许间断，鞭炮声日夜不绝。在外边做事的人除非万不得已，必定赶回家来吃团圆饭。这一夜，除了很小的孩子，没有什么人睡觉都要守岁。春节的光景与除夕那天截然不同：铺户都上着板子，门前堆着昨夜燃放的爆竹纸皮，全城都在休息。男人们午前到亲戚家朋友家拜年。女人们在家中接待客人。城内城外许多寺院举办庙会，小贩们在庙外摆摊卖茶，食品和各种玩具。小孩子们特别爱逛庙会，为的是有机会到城外看看野景，可以骑毛驴，还能买到新年特有的玩具。庙会上有赛马的，还有赛骆驼的。这些比赛并不为争谁第一谁第二，而是在观众面前表演马，骆驼与骑者的美好姿态与娴熟技能。“嘭”天空中五颜六色的。原来每年必放的烟花开始了，家家户户都把自家最美的烟花放上了天空，烟花在黑色的夜空中绽开来，一个比一个光彩夺目，天空中似乎正在举行一场选美比赛。

美极了！所有人顿时停留在了那一刻，只听到烟花绽放时的惊叹声，大人们脸上露出了童真的笑容，开始回忆起自己的美好童年。同时，我们都悄悄许了愿望：希望今年我能以一个优秀的成绩考上一座中学！新的一年，新的开始。希望今年六年级的同学都一齐努力，用一个好成绩来创造自己的未来。

There has long been a view among Chinese that "Spare the rod, spoil the child". How did this point form and spread through Chinas long history may cause my curiosity. However,what really interests me is whether this viewpoint is still worthy of adoption in our modern society.

For one thing, such "rod using" education mode has no possibility of achieving the goal of education:the forming of a childs judgment on right and wrong as well as the developing of a childs self-control ability. Children are always inquisitive and destructive, tearing up books, throwing down vases and etc,which will make you feel rather angry. Punish them or explain to them, you are faced up with a choice. In fact, whichever method you choose, it will be effective at that time. The only difference is that the former one works on childrens fear of penalty and the latter one on their realization of mistakes. Fears disappearing quickly, children are likely to repeat their wrong activities if you only punish them. Once learning why they are wrong and knowing what is allowed and what is banned, the children may avoid making the same mistakes in the future. And little by little,childrens judging ability will be developed. So in the long run,pointing out the mistakes and what is permitted seem more wise.

Similarly, such "penalty emphasizing" education mode,which somewhat seems a bit violent, harms childrens growth and the forming of their characters. "Many adults mental diseases have close relationship with their childhoods penalty", psychiatrists say on a large number of researches. Furthermore,such education mode may result in childrens rebellious temperaments or too timid and weak characters. Additionally, this mode will widen the gap between two generations. With all these unexpected results, we would better think deeply over this education mode.

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to

Last week, I found all of my friends were talking the novel Game of Thrones. I asked one of my friend why he was so crushed on this novel. He answered me that because there were all kinds of amazing characters. So I decided to read this novel, at the beginning, I could not figure out the characters, because there were too much characters. But as I insisted, I started to fall in love with this novel, I could not stop reading, I wanted to know the truth. Game of Thrones is really a good book, the author’s creation is so awesome, he creates many magical roles. Like the white walkers, which are the dead people come back to life without human’s consciousness. I open my vision, I appreciate the author’s, he writes the good literature book. I’d like to introduce this book to more friends.
