生活中的传统文化多种多样：家家户户庆团圆的中秋节，端午节，还有登高望远的九九重阳节。今天，我就说说春节吧！

每年春节家家户户不仅要贴窗花，都要放鞭炮！这是为什么呢？原来，从前有个叫年的怪兽，每年大年三十就来到村子里来危害村民。村民大惊失色，吓得魂飞魄散，却什么办法也没有，只有躲一天是一天，因为年它可以吃掉村子里所有人，搞得村子里人心惶惶。有一年，这个叫年的怪兽又来了，天渐渐黑了，村民吓得逃到了山林里，可是有一位大胆的老人点起火堆，火熊熊烧起，火堆就要灭时，突然一个小孩找到竹节扔进火堆，当年要吃人时，突然火堆发出噼里啪啦的声音，年吓得狼狈得逃走了。年虽然不来了，但人们怕它来，就这样，过年放鞭炮的习俗就这样形成了。

春节的时候，旱晨爸爸用胶水把春联贴到大门上面和两边，上面贴横批。姐姐把福字倒贴在门口，就是预示着福的倒来。

晚上，放完鞭炮，该吃年夜饭了，妈妈从厨房间里端出我喜欢吃的鱼肉，鱼肉表示年年有余，除了鱼，还有红烧排骨，糖醋里脊，可乐鸡翅，丰盛的年夜饭开始了，我们一边吃饭，一边举杯彼此祝福。开始发红包了，奶奶说“只要你们好好学习，除了红包还有别的奖励，发完了压岁钱，我们准时打开电视机，看春节联欢晚会，那美妙的歌曲使人陶醉，那精彩的相声小品，使人哄堂大笑……

有一年除夕，半夜时分，“年”兽又闯进村。它发现村里气氛与往年不同：只见村东头老婆婆家里，门贴大红纸，屋内烛火通明。“年”兽浑身一抖，怪叫了一声，便向老婆婆家扑了过去。快到门口时，院内突然传来“劈里啪啦”的炸响声，“年”吓坏了，就再也不敢往前走了。原来“年”最怕红色、火光和炸响。这时，婆婆的家门大开，只见院内一位身披红袍的老人在哈哈大笑。“年”大惊失色，狼狈逃窜了。

从此以后，每到除夕，家家贴红对联，燃放爆竹，户户烛光通明，守更待岁。初一一大早，还要走亲串友道喜问好。后来这风俗越传越广，逐渐成了中华民族最隆重的传统节日——春节。

你认为做泥塑好玩吗?做泥塑非常有趣。

有一次美术课，老师教我们做泥塑。大家来到科技馆，老师让我们来做泥塑，我们开心得马上就要飞了起来。

老师让我们坐到做泥塑的机器旁边，开始给我们做示范。我们都目不转睛地看着老师，老师是这样做的：脚先踩到启动机器的踏板上，只要一踩就可以一直启动，大拇指先放进泥里面，其他的手指往外扩展，泥就会变大;手并拢，带着泥土向上拢，泥就会往上收。老师做完示范后说：“是你们大展身手的时刻了，我相信你们灵巧的小手会做出更栩栩如生的作品。”

我们开始做了，而老师则在巡视。我把脚踩在板上，先把泥往外扩大，再把泥往上弄就成了一个罐子，可是这个泥没有我想象中的简单，我做得歪歪扭扭的。再看看其他同学做的，都比我好些。老师看我没有学会，又单独教我一下：首先，把手往外扩大……老师又教了我一遍，我做得还是不让人满意。我说：“算了吧，我没有那种天赋。”老师鼓励我说：“努力就是天赋，你行的。”

我有了信心重新做起来，我先把泥变长，再把泥口变大，底下的盘要粗一点，上面较细，终于，我做好看了。像一个陶罐，老师把我们做好的陶艺拿来，放进专门烤陶艺的机器里。

过了一会儿，烤好了。老师把我们大家做的陶艺作品进行评比。我竟然是第二名，我心里美滋滋的。放学了，我们的家长看到我们身上满是泥土，变成了泥孩子，笑弯了腰，说我们像一个个“小泥人”。

我喜欢做陶艺!做陶艺是历史悠久的传统文化，我下定决心做好、做精陶艺这门艺术。

今天，我们举行了一场别开生面的班队活动，活动的主题是“生活中的传统文化”。今天的主持人是徐雨馨和朱怡佳。

中国传统文化可有意思啦！剪纸艺术就像是一颗灿烂的明珠。我先介绍许洲晨的剪纸艺术吧！有栩栩如生的房子；有几个人在一起吃饭，吃得可香了；还有的是枕着砖头睡觉，我们枕枕头睡，他们枕砖头睡，不怕硬，真有意思。

最有趣的是拉面铺，拉面铺的招牌很大，非常引人注目，她们拉的拉面，一根有一米多长，有一个硬币那么厚，足够一个人吃一顿了。许洲晨的剪纸艺术真让我大开眼界。

任言晖她们表演寓言两则，也很不错。我喜欢那则“‘聪明’的小毛驴”，小毛驴聪明反被聪明误。

还有的同学表演了书法、小品、邮票介绍等，真是丰富多彩。

今天的班会课让我懂得了生活中的传统文化有许许多多，我们的祖国有着悠久的历史，深厚的文化，我爱我们的祖国。

古人的文化亦需多少年的艰辛努力方才诞生。清朝文人曹雪芹以十年光阴、增删数次而创作出文学艺术的瑰宝——《红楼梦》;若不是司马迁的忍辱负重，又何以诞生我国历史的宝藏《史记》;还有坚毅不屈如屈原，在社会变迁中不屈服，临汩罗江，终被世人挂念，传承《离骚》供后人一赏。翻开文化的扉页，我们依旧能够铭记祖国的博大文化，终归来得及。

时过境迁，科技的发展，时代的进步也不乏文人的诗篇。让朱自清带我们重回七十年前的清华园;让余秋雨带我们踏上文化苦旅一路探索;让张爱玲带我们领略二十世纪旧上海的十里洋场

，让鲁迅带我们拿起笔战斗到底;与三毛迎撒哈拉热风、听阵阵驼铃声。翻开文化的扉页，回味近代文人笔墨，终归来得及。

至于今日，静心思虑，这既是最好的时代亦是最坏的时代。每天的生活中充斥着近期流行的网络新词，新旧文化交织碰撞。而我们，翻开这一页，读着历代人的文字，忆曾几何时的岁月，留时代积淀的痕迹。

Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to man’s existence.

The Spring Festival is our Chinese nation from ancient to modern times, the

most cautious Chinese traditional festival, during the Spring Festival time,

中秋节，中国人民有着赏月、吃月饼的习俗。晚上，我们一家吃过晚饭，奶奶搬出桌椅，拿出几个月饼和一壶茶。我们坐在院子里，一边赏月，一边津津有味地吃着月饼。这时，爸爸给我讲了关于中秋节赏月、吃月饼的来历：相传，远古时候天上有十日同时出现，晒得庄稼枯死，民不聊生，一个名叫后羿的英雄，一气射下九个多太阳，并严令最后一个太阳按时起落，为民造福。后羿因此受到百姓的尊敬和爱戴，后羿娶了个美丽善良的妻子，名叫嫦娥。不少志士慕名前来投师学艺，心术不正的逄蒙也混了进来。一天，后羿向王母求得一包不死药。据说，服下此药，能即刻升天成仙。然而，后羿舍不得撇下妻子，只好暂时把不死药交给嫦娥珍藏。嫦娥将药藏进梳妆台的百宝匣里，不料被小人逄蒙看见了，他想偷吃不死药自己成仙。

三天后，后羿率众徒外出狩猎，心怀鬼胎的逄蒙假装生病，留了下来。待后羿率众人走后不久，逄蒙闯入内宅后院，威逼嫦娥交出不死药。嫦娥知道自己不是逄蒙的对手，危急之时她拿出不死药一口吞了下去。嫦娥吞下药，身子立时向天上飞去。由于牵挂着丈夫，便飞落到离人间最近的月亮上成了仙。傍晚，后羿回到家，知道事情的经过后，他拼命朝月亮追去，可是他追三步，月亮退三步，他退三步，月亮进三步，无论怎样也追不到跟前。

后羿无可奈何，又思念妻子，只好派人到嫦娥喜爱的后花园里，摆上香案，放上她平时最爱吃的蜜食鲜果，遥祭在月宫里眷恋着自己的嫦娥。百姓们闻知嫦娥奔月成仙的消息后，纷纷在月下摆设香案，向善良的嫦娥祈求吉祥平安。

中国传统文化丰富多彩！有猜灯谜、包饺子、舞狮、剪纸等等。其中，我最喜欢中国的书法，因为中国的书法博大精深，渊源流长。

书法是我国的瑰宝。妈妈告诉我，历代书法家有：欧阳修、颜真卿、柳公权、赵孟頫，他们被称为书法四体。妈妈曾经带我去看过书法展览，有些写得方方正正的是楷书，有些写得龙飞凤舞的是草书。虽然有些我看不懂，但觉得很漂亮。妈妈说，中国的毛笔书法有三千多年的历史，我们要继续发扬光大。所以我有空就向妈妈学习写毛笔字。我体会到一个小小的点，看起来简单，写起来却很难。要是握笔的姿势、用笔的力度不对，字都写不好的。看来写毛笔字也是一门学问。

我为博大精深的中国文化而骄傲，为中国古老的书法艺术而自豪。我爱中国的书法！

有的人看着他们火了，荣耀了。他们也想来蹭一蹭“文化热”。是的，他们确实是蹭蹭。他们也只能蹭蹭。于是有所谓的大师讲《论语》，有所谓的大师讲“养生之道”，有了所谓的大师办“国学班”。他们用着断章取义的伎俩，祈祷着圣人的光辉能散射出来的一点点荣光在他们无人问津的节目里。的确，他们做到了。他们骗取了部分观众的关注。但是这是不长久的，因为他们从来没有正真去静下心来去品味孔圣人的《论语》，他们是打着“文化”的伪旗，用所谓的“文化”哗众取宠。虽然不久就被精明的观众揭开了他浅薄无知的本质。但是他们名不副实，哗众取宠的行为不仅玷污了圣人的思想，更可恶的是误导了人们的思想，又特别是学生们。还有那只为追求收视效果却不尊重历史的影视剧，更错误的引导了孩子们对历史真相的了解。这些行为对于传承中华民族的优良传统是极其不利的。他们的行为是可耻的。他们不是正真的传承人。

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. 街中心到处都是花灯，红的、黄的、绿的、紫的……色彩斑斓、十分耀眼。我仿佛走进了灯的海洋、灯的世界。不信，你瞧!有光彩夺目的龙灯，活灵活现的牛灯，闪着金光的狗灯……多姿多彩的花灯，看得我眼花缭乱。其中最让我喜欢得是造型别致得猴灯，猴灯各式各样，有孙悟空打白骨精的，有孙悟空吃仙桃的，有孙悟空拿芭蕉扇的……咦?怎么有这么多孙悟空的灯呢?噢!我猛然醒悟过来，原来今年是猴年，孙悟空是猴王，又是我们儿童心目中的英雄偶像，难怪很多小朋友都争先恐后地抢购自己喜爱的猴灯。我看了心里也直痒痒的。于是也赶紧买了一盏孙悟空拿芭蕉扇的花灯，并希望这盏灯，不仅夏天可以给我带来凉爽，也会是我快乐。

忽然，背后传来“我猜对了，我猜对了!”的声音。我扭头一看，原来是工商银行的门口挂着五颜六色的纸条。灯谜?猜灯谜不是我的拿手好戏吗?我为什么不去显显身手?我赶紧挤进去选了这样一条谜语:“一旦有心便能持久。”我想:“一”和“旦”可组成一个字，是什么字?当我念到“有心”时灵机一动:“心”不正是“忄”，与“一旦”结合不就成了“恒”字?“恒”不就是持久的意思?果然不出我所料，我猜对了。这下更增添了我的信心，我连续猜对了好多谜语哩!猜谜语真有意思，它不但让我增长了知识，而且还锻炼了我运用知识的能力。

不知过了多长时间，街上的游人渐渐少了，爸妈催我快点回家，我才依依不舍地离开了商业街。抬头望天空，月亮好亮啊!它似乎正微笑着向我招手，仿佛和我一起陶醉在节日的无限欢乐之中。

农历7月14日我们这里传统的鬼节，家家户户都杀鸡宰鸭上供，焚烧阴间用的纸钱、别墅、轿车、家用电器等等以祭拜祖宗。总之神台前是燃香点蜡的，烟味儿弥漫了整个空间，阴阳两界，在这烟雾缭绕中连为一家，共庆一年一度的鬼节。

因为爷爷的爷爷曾经当过所谓的“道公”，所以7月13日晚老妈大人就给我和爸爸下了死命令——我们一家明天得“吃斋”，忍饥挨饿到下午四点钟方可吃东西。我当时好象看见爸爸的脸都饿绿了，自己也面如菜色呢。现在都已经是社会主义社会了，党的阳光四处普照，灿烂无比呢，怎么还有这样的破规矩呢？真是的！可碍于情面，我和爸爸即使眼前晃着美味佳肴，也绝对不敢抗旨的，这请您老妈大人放心好啦！

那天上午，我迟迟不敢起床，赖着也睡不着了，只好爬起来玩电脑。爸爸早已约他的牌友玩牌去了，妈妈自己忙活，反正我不得吃东西，也赌气不当下手了。可是玩归玩，肚子还是要闹革命的，于是拼命地喝水。玩到1点多钟，屏幕上的字都变成了苹果（我用的是红色字体），图片也变成了饭菜，朋友的头像也成了烤鸭，音乐是口水滴答的节奏。我饿，主啊，救救我吧！

实在受不了啦，把口袋里的钱全都扔在了电脑桌上，自己跑出去瞎溜达。来到街上，汽车尾气也是香香的，一个小男孩还故意拿着冰淇淋舔啊舔，那个小妹妹也竟然大口大口地吃着火腿肠，尤其是那个哥哥，都这么老了，还吃刚烤出来的热狗。我咽了咽口水，以防盯愣闻傻了滴落下来。他们也太过分了吧，怎么不知道在街上随便吃东西是不文明的表现呢，平时的大街上压根儿也没有这么人吃东西啊。今儿是怎么啦？于是忿忿地走进时装店，这儿摸摸，那儿看看，笑嘻嘻地请老板取下模特身上的那几件裙子，试了又试，反反复复地照了镜子，几个来回后，虽然店里的买主和老板都说合身，但我“醉妞之意不在裙”啊！我饿，同志姐啊！

后来又去新华书店看书，随手拿起一本《幽默与笑话》，看着看着，不禁哈哈大笑起来，惹得众人对我投来鄙视的目光，他们疑心我神经病了么？郁闷……只好放下书本，假装找起歌舞光碟来，找着寻着，突然那些花花绿绿的光碟都在眼前晃成了香甜可口的菜肴。此时肚子更是咕咕地唱起歌来了——食物啊，我的姑奶奶！

终于熬到了下午三点半钟，我便满怀希望奔回家来，看见爸爸已先我一步到家了。他就在厨房砍着鸡肉呢，那动作好熟练，妈妈也看傻眼了。爸爸眨我一眼，示意我不要出卖他的“看家本领”。

阿弥陀佛，光辉的下午四时终于到啦！可以开饭了——我和妈妈一扫平时吃饭细爵慢咽的作风，配合爸爸上演了狼吞虎咽的精彩激烈场景。一会儿工夫，一桌丰盛的饭菜就光荣地牺牲了一大半。我们叁都只顾埋头吃啊吃，惟恐怠慢了自己的肚子。哈哈，突然叁双筷子一齐夹向那碟酸甜排骨，于是我们面面相觑，“噗嗤”——不约而同喷饭啦！

最后的饭局以“喷饭”而告终，要不然，我还不知道自己要吃多少碗呢，撑死事小，影响事大呢！

——唉！这难捱的鬼节！

The 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. It usually falls in October in the Gregorian calendar. In an ancient and mysterious book Yi Jing, or The Book of Changes, number 6 was thought to be of Yin character, meaning feminine or negative, while number 9 was thought to be Yang, meaning masculine or positive. So the number nine in both month and day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival. Chong in Chinese means double. Also, as double ninth was pronounced the same as the word to signify forever, both are Jiu Jiu, the Chinese ancestors considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. That‘s why ancient Chinese began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called Height Ascending Festival. The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

On this day, people will eat Double Ninth Gao (or Cake). In Chinese, gao (cake) has the same pronunciation with gao (height). People do so just to hope progress in everything they are engaged in. There is no fixed ways for the Double Ninth Cake, but super cakes will have as many as nine layers, looking like a tower.

The Double Ninth Festival is also a time when chrysanthemum blooms. China boasts diversified species of chrysanthemum and people have loved them since ancient times. So enjoying the flourishing chrysanthemum also becomes a key activity on this festival. Also, people will drink chrysanthemum wine. Women used to stick such a flower into their hair or hang its branches on windows or doors to avoid evilness.

In 1989, the Chinese government decided the Double Ninth Festival as Seniors‘ Day. Since then, all government units, organizations and streets communities will organize an autumn trip each year for those who have retired from their posts. At the waterside or on the mountains, the seniors will find themselves merged into nature. Younger generations will bring elder ones to suburban areas or send gifts to them on this day.

在快过年的时候，人们都在买年货、买年画、贴福字、贴对联，准备美味可口的菜肴。大年三十的时候，家家户户都团聚在一起，高高兴兴地在吃年夜饭，看着春节联欢晚会，小朋友们还可以放鞭炮。在春节的时候，大家都在忙着走亲访友，拜大年，小朋友们还可以收到许许多多的压岁钱。

我问爸爸：“为什么在春节要放鞭炮？”爸爸说：“很久以前，传说有一个叫‘年’的大怪物，每年过年的时候，他就会来村子里吃人，一口能把一个村子的人全部吃掉。这一年，这只叫‘年’的大怪物又来村子里吃人了，于是人们想出来一个办法，把鞭炮给点燃，鞭炮的火光令这个大怪物非常害怕。从此以后，这个叫‘年’的大怪物再也不敢跑出来到人间吃人了，但人们怕它还会来到人间吃人，于是每年过年人们都会放鞭炮。”

我毫不畏惧地走进了白天，走进了人声鼎沸的人群，我要向人类证明这个说法的真实性，做出这前无古人后不知道有没有来者的一大壮举！

我轻快地向前迈了一步，安详得闭上了眼睛，全身感觉火热。我的身体，不，应该是我的灵魂正在消失，正在慢慢地熔化。突然，我感到一阵火星飞溅，灼烧着我的皮肤。鬼是感觉不到疼痛的，为什么我的眼前是一片火海，还有人的哀嚎？

一阵鞭炮声后，火渐渐熄灭了。一看手表已经是凌晨一刻，这里已是一片狼藉。全是那场人为大火后的战利品，随着风的吹拂，再空中翩翩起舞。这才想起今天是鬼节，所有的鬼神鬼差鬼大叔都去找乐子，收礼品去了。

我兴兴地走在回家地路上，暗自想到原来做鬼也和做人一样傻，一样糟！
