在以前物质比较匮乏的年代，煎饼可是人们的一大主食，养活了一大批人。制作煎饼的原料可以采用各种粮食，如麦子、玉米、高粱、谷子、地瓜干等，也可以同时混合使用几种原料。在80年代以前，煎饼多以地瓜干和玉米为原料。地瓜干、高粱制成的煎饼色泽浅棕，玉米面、小米面、谷子面制成的煎饼色泽淡黄，大米面、麦子面作的煎饼则呈现白色。

煎饼以它的口感酥脆而有名，新摊出来的煎饼嚼上一口，声音非常有层次感，感觉很清脆。有时再卷上点儿大葱，硬硬的、辣辣的、涩涩的，这就是有名的“煎饼卷大葱”了。现在的煎饼不仅仅有原来的品种，还出现了咸煎饼，里面放上花生、葱、辣椒，更是好吃。

难道，蕴育了五千年的传统文化已行将就木，奄奄一息？如果是那样，在传统文化被遗忘西化之日，也是华夏民族灭亡之时这并不是耸人听闻，一个民族的立足根本便是他们优秀的传统文化，这是深深融于我们每个人血液中的精髓，是民族兴旺国家富强的不竭动力。

欣喜的是，近年来掀起的国学热，古典文化研究热让我们看到了希望，沉沦于历史长河深处的文化经典开始浮现于人们面前于丹的论语心得，将孔子的思想精华用美丽易碎的语言编织成现代人心灵的摇篮；易中天以幽默调侃的话语演绎了一部部超现代的《史记》、《三国》  片片感人，剧剧精彩且不说功利主义的解说违背了严肃的学术研究，但究其对传统文化传播的贡献却是难以估量的。

Moon Festival The Moon Festival or Mid -autumn Festival is one of the three major traditional festivals celebrated by Chinese people. Like harvest time in other countries, the Mid-autumn Festival actually began as a thanksgiving celebration, honoring the Soil God and the Crop God. This is also a time for family reunions. Chinese people enjoy moon cakes during this feast just as they eat rice dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival. It is quite appropriate to bring moon cakes with you in token of festival greetings when calling on people during this season.

The Mid-Autumn Day

August 15th in Chinese Lunar Calendar is the Mid-Autumn Day. It is one of the most important traditional festivals in China.

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People ate the delicious food while they were enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about the rabbit. The children really believed that there was a rabbit on the moon. They wanted to go to the moon and have a look one day

Mid-autumn Day falls on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month（农历）.On that night the moon is

brighter and fuller than any other night.In China,Mid-autumn Day is a time for family reunions (团圆). 端午： The Dragon Boat Festival,also called the Duanwu Festival,is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar.For thousands of years,the festival has been marked by eating zong zi and racing dragon boats. Mid-autumn Day is a Chinese festival.It usually comes in September or October .On that day we usually eat a big dinner and mooncakes.It is said "Hou Yi" missed his wife,so he made mooncakes.It looks like the moon.There are many kinds of mooncakes.They are small round cakes with meat,nuts or something sweet inside .eating mooncakes has been our custom.Families stay outside in the open air eat a big dinner and mooncakes.The most important thing is looking at the moon,On that day,the moon kooks brighter and rounder.We call this moon the full moon.On that day,families get together,so we call this day getting –together.This is Mid –autumn Day.I love it very much.Because on that day I can eat mooncakes.And my brother comes back home.He works outside all year.Only that day and the Spring Festival.He comes back.So that day I am especially happy.On that day my family gets together.

一个星期天，爸爸带我到白马湖B馆游玩。走上二楼，那儿人山人海，大家都在欣赏各种各样的艺术作品。这时，一阵浓浓的糖味飘来了。“咦？哪儿来的糖味，这么浓？”我好奇地跟着糖味来到了一个小摊前，只见小摊前围满了人，里三层，外三层，不时有一两个小朋友丛里面钻出来，手里拿着黄色玻璃状的小动物。妈妈说这是糖人。

我用力挤到小摊前一看，啊，原来是一位戴圆形眼镜的老爷爷正专心致志地画糖人呢！老爷爷面前的桌子上，摆着各式各样的东西，有铁锅，铁锅里还熬着一些糖浆，正“咕咚咕咚”地冒着泡呢！铁锅旁放着一个竹筒，桶里插着一些凝固了的糖人，有神奇的小龙、厉害的孙悟空、可爱的大公鸡、狡猾的老鼠……它们形态各异，都画得十分精美！老爷爷拿起一把小铁勺，从正在沸腾的糖浆中舀了一勺，对准铁板，微微倾斜，勺中的糖浆就从勺里流了出来，像一条细细长长的丝线，亮晶晶的。“丝线”流到铁板上，冒起微微的热气。老爷爷微微抖动手臂，一会儿上，一会儿下，一会儿左，一会儿右，看得我们眼花缭乱。啊，一双美丽的翅膀出现在我的面前，“呀，是一只蝴蝶！”我高声叫起。只见蝴蝶身上的花纹如此美丽，如此清晰。不一会儿工夫，一只栩栩如生的蝴蝶便展现在我的面前，正扇动翅膀，展翅欲飞呢！

哇！多么神奇，我不禁羡慕不已。老爷爷只要轻轻挥动手臂，便能画出如此美丽的图画，多么了不起呀！

画糖人看起来这么简单，但练起来难哪！正所谓“台上一分钟，台下十年功”呀！我喜欢中国的传统文化之一——画糖人。

暑假期间，我看了《中国诗词大会》，那脍炙人口、博大精深的诗词深深地震撼着我！

中国的诗词真美，它天然去雕饰，自然纯粹；它香气馥郁，四季飘香，它悠长缱绻，绵延古今！

我轻轻翻开《唐诗宋词》，和诗人一起畅游在自然山水之间。“日出江花红胜火，春来江水绿如蓝。”“接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红。”“相看两不厌，只有敬亭山。”“远上寒山石径斜，白云深处有人家。”水绿山青，正是天然之色彩。

“迟日江山丽，春风花草香。”“兴尽晚回舟，误入藕花深处。”“冲天香阵透长安，满城尽带黄金甲。”“梅须逊雪三分白，雪却输梅一段像香。”这是四季飘香之气息。

“两个黄鹂鸣翠柳，一行白鹭上青天。”“两岸猿声啼不住，轻舟已过万重山。”“千里黄云百日曛，北风吹雁雪纷纷。”“黑云翻墨未遮山，白雨跳珠乱入船。”这鸟鸣猿啼风吼雨声，实乃天籁之音，绵延悠长，绕梁不绝。

古诗词不仅处处描绘着自然万物，也深深寄托着人们的感情。

诗词中有真情。“慈母手中线，游子身上衣”的慈母情；“桃花潭水深千尺，不及汪伦送我情”的挚友情；“独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲”的思乡情……这浓浓的感情，无一不体现出中华儿女的真性情！

诗词中有大义。岳飞精忠报国，死而后已。他一生征战无数，以至于匈奴兵对他闻风丧胆，他率领的岳家军打出了我堂堂中国的威风。“醉卧沙场君莫笑，古来征战几人回？”“粉身碎骨浑不怕，要留清白在人间。”“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青。”……这舍命为国、坚守情操、誓死不屈的英雄气节，让我们深深体会到什么是顶天立地的中国人！

静夜中，晨日里，每当我一卷在手，读着读着，就会神游在古诗里。忘记陪伴我的只是简单的桌椅，也常常忘记我只不过是一个六年级的小学生。吟诵古诗，我仿佛来到智慧的源头。我们中国人的智慧在古诗里，我们中国人的美在古诗里，我们中国人的历史也在古诗里。中国的古诗词是传统文化中一朵永不凋谢，瑰丽的奇葩！
