军姿可是军训中一个必不可少的内容，要求站直 ，站好，站稳，看起来简单，容易，心里便沾沾自喜地想:不就是站好嘛，太简单啦!

可谁知道，不仅要站直，还要做到头抬高、手贴紧、两肩后张

、身体微前倾等动作，顿时傻眼了。不一会儿就感到酸胀和累这时才知道站军姿的痛苦了，一放松就会有教官的“小奖励’，真的有种进退两难的尴尬!

声音超洪亮

不得不说，教官还有个“耳背”的毛病，声音要是低于12分贝，教官便会问：“说什么，听不见，大声点?”因为国防苑地处四面环山，教官便要求我们能听到回声才算合格。所以我们常常说一个字要叫得脸红脖子粗，老半天恢复不了嗓子!

再说没饭吃

我以前在家懒散惯了，吃饭想吃就吃，说话也没人干涉，可是现在，连吃饭也要被教官管着，一切都要服从命令，听从指挥。只有听着教官的口令行动，如果叽叽喳喳的，有时还会饿肚子呢!当教官说“坐下!”便坐下，不得有其他小动作，一切行动听指挥，哎呀，看，那桌慢了，唉，又要重新开始了。有时反复几次，当开饭时哪有力气说话呀!

我们更默契

“1-2-1,1-2-1,123-4,1234.”随着响亮有力的口号声，我们踏着整齐的步伐，没发出一丁点杂音，耳边都是整齐有力的脚步声，很稳健!这时我便开心地笑了，我们从杂乱无章，有气无力的脚步，变成了统一一致，整齐有力的步伐，我们进步了!

这次军训，我们付出了艰辛、汗水和泪水，收获了团结、自信与自立，因为在我们心中，教官的一句话深深地在我耳边回荡：我们要做到N O.1!

往事随风，如烟般的散去，只留下一道轻抚，心中却又荡起了一圈涟漪。往事的笑容中有你们，就已经够了。

三年前，我怀着懵懂的新宿来到了这个集体。一走进教师，就看到桌椅上那些被岁月的无情划过的痕迹，心中闪过一丝亲切。那熟悉的桌椅，那悦耳的读书声，仿佛都在面前。可是眼前那一张张陌生的笑脸，却又使我感到了万般的无力!

黄校长说，只要看到家长们这样的眼神，他们就必须把学校的教育办好，承担好这份沉甸甸的爱和责任。这样的思想，这样的追求，以前丁老师也给我们灌输过。但那时太过不以为然，我们以为好好对学生、认真对学生、全心全意为学生，这又有何难？这两天才明白，哪有我们想象的那么容易！

孩子是家里的唯一，是每个家庭的希望。要想成为一名合格的教师，最基本的道德素质就是爱心和责任。具备了这两点，你才能拥有承担这份沉甸甸责任的资格。

今天，我和妈妈、还有婆婆去了医院，检查我的眼睛。在那里我挺紧张的，生怕得了近视，就摘不下那副小眼镜了!结果，真的戴上了眼镜，好惨!

外婆看到我闷闷不乐，就建议：“我们去莲花山公园玩吧?”于是，我们向公园走去。

外婆要我去坐轮船，我答应了。于是我们向游船码头奔去，妈妈付了钱，我们就上了船。

船向湖面驶去，湖面像一面镜子，波光粼粼。我看看这边，看看那边，怎么也看不够!忽然，我发现了岸上有一片红红的树林，我新奇地问妈妈：“那是什么?”妈妈告诉我，那是一片松树林。我奇怪地问：“松树不可能变枯哦!”妈妈说：“我也不知道。”于是，我把小船慢慢地靠近了那片红树林，那红红的一片的确是一片松树林。红树林里有好多的人在那里休息。

我又把船开到了对面的岸边，咦，这是什么地方?那么多的鹅卵石!“不如我们去那里玩玩吧!”我把小船靠上了码头。

下了船，我们就往那片石头滩奔去。开始，我和妈妈想探险抄近路，结果走进了一片沼泽地。我的脚差点陷下去了，我吓了一跳，“啊!”幸好沼泽地不深。我们赶紧拔腿向石头滩奔去，终于越过了那片沼泽地!

我坐在一个大大的“恐龙蛋”上，津津有味的吃起青豆来!看着对面的湖，我心里清爽多了!妈妈吃完了青豆，“到点了，该回家了。"于是我们恋恋不舍地走了。

在路上，我看见了有人在钓鱼，我想，下次来的时候，我也带根鱼杆来钓鱼。然而我还是想多玩会儿，但是天色已晚，我就跟着妈妈回家了!

莲花山的湖光山色缓解了我沉重的心情。

country road. On the both sides of the road, there are many trees. And these

trees all have different fruits, apples, pears, oranges, bananas and many other

fruits. The fruits are ripe. I can get them on the bike. They are delicious. I

eat many fruits and I am full. And then, I go back home. I tell the story to my

mother, but she doesn’t believe me. Then, I woke up.

I have happy weekend.

On Saturday morning，I always have English classes at school. I study hard

The English summer camp begins today.We were all excited today.

When we got on the bus in the morning,our guide miss Guo reminded us to take care of ourseues.She also asked us to introduce ourselves and after that,we got known with each other.

How time flies!After only on hour,we got to Zhejiang University.The university is pretty,beautiful and large.The Teaching buildings and student’s building are very new.I couldn’t wait to go into the student’s building.The condition of the flat is good.The air conditioner is prepared for us.The headteacher has a strong mind,no matter how hot it was,he still helped us to solve the problems.

In the afternoon,we had our first class.Mrs Zheng asked us 10 questions,and we answered them.

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival in the 5th day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar. Every year, aunt will pack lots of delicious food. Sweet sweet jujube dumplings for us, especially my mother and I like it best. You can also eat with your elders and sisters at your grandmothers house, and enjoy the Dragon Boat Festival, but this year, it is not so lively. Uncle and aunt went out to earn money. Uncle went out with his sister. There were only three family members and grandparents. It looks very cold.

celebrate and worship this day in his honor. The santa claus will come out and

send presents for children. Christmas cards and decorated trees are all over the

place. The carolling of Christmas songs echo through the air. I am not a
