我去农村过暑假。我喜欢绿色的植物，清澈的河流有可爱的动物。我在山上呼吸新鲜空气，有时我去河里游泳。我每天记日记。

i live in a big city. but this summer holiday i want to go to the countryside to relax.

the big city is modern and lively, but there is much noise, pollution, traffic, and the people in it are very busy. i dont like it.

i like to visit nice and quiet countryside far away from the city. i like walking where there are no shops, crowds or the tube. the air is fresh, the water is clean, the trees are green, and the atmosphere is quiet. i can boat in the lake, fish and swim in the river, climb the hills and pick up the fruit.

寒假的一天，我来到好朋友朱希岳家玩。我们只是玩了一会《大富翁》这个游戏。突然，朱希岳奶奶的声音传来：“你想吃南瓜派吗?”岳和我异口同声地说：“是啊，我好想吃。”奶奶说：那就呆在家里，我出去买面粉，回来教你做南瓜派。“听了之后跳了三尺高，很期待早点学会做南瓜派，这样就可以吃到自己做的南瓜派了，一定好吃又爽。

过了一会儿，岳的奶奶带着一袋面粉回来了。这个时候南瓜也是蒸的。奶奶教我们把蒸好的南瓜和面粉混合，使它变得柔软。然后，将煎锅加热，倒入半锅油。当油温升到一定程度，南瓜派就可以煮熟了。所有的准备工作做好之后，我们开始做南瓜派。首先，我们在仔细看奶奶怎么做南瓜派，怎么做菜。看着奶奶熟练地煎出不同形状的南瓜饼，我们迫不及待地想尝试制作。我做的第一个南瓜派又细又圆又大。当我完成它的时候，我小心翼翼地把它放在油锅里油炸。南瓜派一出锅就翻了个底朝天，像个小女孩一样跳舞。然后我做了一个空心圆南瓜派。我把空心圆南瓜饼放进油锅后，它随着咝咝的声音跳舞。

当跳舞的南瓜派变成金黄色的时候，温度刚刚好。我们把南瓜派一个个捞出来，香味就出来了，南瓜派终于做好了。吃着自己做的好吃的南瓜派，心里充满了喜悦和幸福。
