今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why?

Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we

have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we

can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In

winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to

replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

I havent write diaries for a period of time. I am now writing this just want to remember one thing. My study has fallen behind a lot this term. 已经是将近快三个月的时光了，这周除了跟以往的一样，做些琐碎的事情，更多的是以现场跟班生产实习为主，更多的了解公司的产品，生产实习是学习的一项重要环节，通过此次实习，我学到了很多课本上学不到的知识，使我更深刻地了解了外贸业务流程等知识。

Mingming came to my house today. We spent some time playing computer games.

We played basketball game online. I chose NBA and Mingming had to take CBA. Of

course, I won finally. We had a good time.

Beijing has a long history . There are lots of places of interest .

Every year lots of travellers go sightseeing . Last summer holiday , I went on a trip to Beijing with my parents .

It took us two hours to go there by plane .As soon as we arrived there ,we went to visit the Palace Museum and Tian’an men Square . The next day we went to the Summer Palace . The view there was very beautiful . Keeping a diary in English is one of the effective ways to improve our English writing ability. Compared with other forms of writing, it is shorter and takes less time. It can help us to cultivate the habit of thinking in English. If we persist in this practice, gradually we‘ll learn how to express ourselves in English. In keeping a diary in English, we inevitably run up against a lot of difficulties .

In the first place, it often happens that we have trouble finding appropriate words and phases to give expression to our mind. Secondly , there are many idiomatic ways of saying things in Chinese. And it is extremely hard for us to put them into English properly. Certainly, there are some other roadblocks we may come across in our keeping a diary in English. As far as I‘m concerned, my suggestion is that we should always have a notebook and a Chinese-English dictionary within easy reach.

Whenever something beats us, we can first put it down in our notebook and then consult our dictionary. We can also turn to our English teacher for help, if necessary. In short, I believe that it is of great use to keep a diary in English for the development of our writing skills.

今天早上的英语课上老师不一样了，在这个时候就会有人需要注意了，因为在这个时候的人大多数就是玩手机和睡觉的，因为我们需要回答问题！

老师在今天早上突然之间不知怎么回事就让我们回答问题，让我们在这个时候就有一些难以接受，而且我们也不好意思说一句不会，因此在这个时候就需要努力对待了！我和大家原本是一样的，也属于在这个时候玩手机的人，可是没有想到的是老师让人回答问题的时候会站在面前，根本就不得不认真负责，而且她总是在这里来回转悠着，因此过来的时候就不得不注意了，而不知怎么回事，今天早上回答问题的人大多数就在我们旁边，因此在这个时候就需要小心谨慎，而且她让我们一起翻译，而由于我们根本没有仔细阅读，根本就不会翻译，因此我们几个人在这个时候就用手机百度了一下，不过这节课的翻译一下子就出现了，而我们在这个时候就需要努力看看就可以了。

Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a

dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve

the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we won’t be blind at

least.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and

saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will

2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to

go to a good high school. Thus after we finish our senior high school, we are

一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.
