从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。

At dusk，the weather became colder while the sky was gray，and the cold wind was blowing strongly.It seemed that it was going to snow soon. Today I`m not doing homework. I`m making dumplings. After that, we`re

having lunch, my grangfather is saying to each other" Happy New Year", I`m

saying to him" the same to you". We`re laughing. In the afternoon, I`m going

shopping with my brother and sister. Two hours later, we`re getting home, we`re

playing computer. Today is a happy day.

Today, my mother and I went to Xiaohe Gou, and we had fun.

过年妈妈给我买了一盆神奇的它就是含羞草。

含羞草的给根茎很细，红红的茎上面长着许多小刺。绿绿的叶子呈羽毛状，小小的叶子依次排列着，就像身穿绿装的士兵一样列着队。只要一有空，我都要去看看它，摸摸它。要是你用手轻轻一碰，那一片片小小的叶子就会排着队似的依次合拢。叶子就变得很细很细，同时枝条也垂下了头，好像不敢见人似的，真像一个害羞的小姑娘。大约过了一两分钟，含羞草又慢悠悠地变回了原来的样子。哈哈，真有趣！有时一阵风吹过叶子也会合拢。甚至有时中午太阳太大了，它也会收起叶子呢！可它为什么会害羞呢？

带着这个问题，我立马上网查资料，终于为我解开了这个谜。原来，含羞草的叶柄下面有一个鼓囊囊的包叫叶枕，里面含有充足的水分，当你触摸叶片时，叶枕中的水马上流到别处去了，叶枕就瘪了，于是叶子就垂了下来。等平静一会儿后，水分慢慢从两侧流回叶枕，叶子重新展开了。

这次对含羞草的观察真有趣，没想到一棵小草竟然藏着这么有趣的知识。看来平时生活中还得多观察观察呀！

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

sharp and orange mouth.Of course he has a pair of small and blue eyes and a long

tail with bright and black feather all over.

Do you know what it is? Yes,its a bird .His names KaKa. He is sometimes

very friendly and quite but sometimes a little naught.He likes singing when he

feels happy.He can even mimic what we say.

There are many boats on the take and some children are boating happily, To the south of the lake is a hill with a lot of monkeys on it. We should only say a word which begins with the last letter of the word that the student before you said. The student who can’t say the word in 30 seconds should perform for everyone. The game was easy, but some of us were still asked to perform. Some of us gave others a hint. Then he asked us to stop and told us we must obey the rule, or the game couldn’t help us. He also told us something else about it. I think what he said was quite profound. I felt happy to know him.

In the morning, we see a new friend. Although I don’t know his name, I meet him. And I think this boy looks like Edison. He is handsome. Later we make up some short plays and my group also show our play. Our story talks about a magician helping some fishes. And we got No.1.

In the afternoon, we play a game. It is so much fun!

Although the class is still boring, I think, in our life, we still can find some happiness!
