大家喜欢过年，喜欢过年时的气氛，喜欢过年时的鞭炮声、欢笑声。除夕要守岁，十二点的时候是整个除夕最热闹的时候，因为大家都在为自己马上要增长一岁而感到期盼，而我是一个例外，我一点都不喜欢过年。

除夕的时候，鞭炮声的喧闹让我一夜都睡不下去，而当我有点睡意的时候，马上就要天亮了，刚睡一会，马上表弟又一脸欢笑地跑到我房间里来，我不得不勉强睁着眼睛陪着他到处转悠，陪完表弟，我才能回到自己的房间，早饭午饭都没有吃，就一直睡到了下午。

Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning,

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

delicious and nutritious breakfast for me. I usually go to school at 7:20 by

bike. It only takes me ten minutes to get to the school. We have the morning

reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. I usually have Chinese, math,

English and other subjects. I go home at noon and have a short rest at home.

January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

A funny thing happened during the summer vacation.

On the morning of July 13th, the weather was clear and the sun was bright. My mother took me to the village of Li Jia to visit her grandmother.
