Today I was at home lonely, due to my husband need to work overtime and no time to accompany me. I make my own way to leave SZ city to come to him, but unfortunately, my love lost his job and try to find a job in SZ city. Bad news for us, but we have no choice. We need to make money, I know it is hard for him to find a satisfactory job due to the overall economy situation is bad in 2012. But the New Year for 2013 is coming soon. We really hope that everything will be ok with us. I have to make meals by myself and just sit in front of computer. Since I have not showed my concerned to my friends for a long time, I made some phone calls to my friends and say hello to them. Happily, most of them are living a good life. I visited some page or QQ Zone in some old friend’s space. Some of them got married and best wishes for this guy.

I am a couch potato and crazy about the USA soap opera whose name is broken sisters. This series is very funny, so I will watch them as long as I am available. I really want to make some relaxation by listening to songs and watching funny series / movies. I guess I over use my eyes in the company, due to frequent overtime at the normal working days. My neck and my eyes feel terrible. I feel uneasy that I always dream a lot when I was asleep. The next morning when I woke up, oh, my god, I do not feel like doing anything at all, just feel headache. I hated to dream a lot in the sleeping time.

Sometimes I feel ashamed for my poor oral English. So many girls in our department can speak fluent English and absolutely do not have difficulty in communicating with foreign guys. I envy of them and I just too lazy to make some useful effort for spoken English. All the mangers in our company are proficiency in written and spoken English and all of them are from HK. Maybe I should learn something from them.

I need to work 5 days per week, after two days rest. Every time when I back to office on Monday, just feel verysleepy. Somehow I have the same feeling every Monday. I just call it black Monday. Because I have to back to normal and resume to work. I have not written something in English to record my daily life for couple of weeks. I think I need to make it up once I am available. No matter how busy I am, my strong interested in learning English will never stop. I think I‘d better go to bed early tonight, in order to avoid laziness for work tomorrow.

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were divided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

were lots of light foggy clouds around us.What。

s more, varieties of birds flying around us were pretty.What a harmony

situation。

At noon,we had lunch in a restaurant. With a happy emotion, we finished our

climbing. Although tired, we still felt happy and relaxed.we hope our country

It was a sunny day today,when I got up in the morning,I decided to see my

grandparents.so I took the bus got there at noon,they were happy to see me,and i

was very happy,too.

In the afternoon,my farther asked me to help him water the plant,and I was

happy to see the flowers smiling in the wind.

In a word,today is a unforgetive day.because I saw my relatives helped

people.

实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

在这周里，首先完成了一份教案。

久别了高中的课堂，久别了教材，对将要到来的一切是那么茫然，不知道该讲什么，该怎么讲。拿到高一的教材，从中选取了一片课文做一节阅读课。用了一下午的时间在那沉思，反复翻看文章，心中总是在想我要教学生什么。由于没有任何的辅助资料，也不熟悉现在的高中英语课是怎么上的，所以表现的手足无措。然而当真正的静下心来的时候，一份教案便如同滔滔江水，一气呵成。通过虚拟想象的课堂、学生完成的教案总觉得有些纸上谈兵的感觉。

接下来便是试讲。

在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

xx年3月6日 星期二 天气阴转晴

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的“老师好”的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

xx年3月12 日 星期一 天气阴

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

今天是大年三十，家家户户都热闹起来。有的贴春联，有的放鞭炮，有的给亲朋好友送去祝福。全国一片喜庆祥和的和睦景象。爸爸要贴春联了，我自告奋勇来帮忙。

说归说，做归做。终究我还得单独做完。我拿出春联抹上浆糊，登上梯子的时候不免人有些摇晃。我胆战心惊地伸出手贴横联，可是我不知道贴得正不正？迟疑中我灵机一动，按去年旧春联遗留的痕迹，对准后牢牢贴紧。很快我也将上下联贴好了。我拍拍手，得意地爬下梯子，忽然一个重心不稳，险些摔下去，还好我扶住墙才稳住，以后可不能鲁莽行事了。

贴新春联是我们中国人的传统，代表在新的一年里辞旧迎新，日子越过越美好。我看着两副亮红的新春联，心里说不出的高兴！明年，我一定要更加努力学习，勤劳耕耘，争取更好的成绩。

这是以前看完《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的一篇读后感，真心觉得书中的每一句话都是那么平实而有感染力，她为了实现自己的梦想，大学和研究生都是翻越了一座一座的高山，而我的学生年代已经一去不复返，但是这本书给我的执行力加分，让我越来越能明白未来的路是要靠规划，并一步步的走出来的。

现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

看到这篇文章一堆的感叹号，说名当时鸡血被打的挺足的，还好现在走的方向与当初依然一致，只是“吃喝玩乐”已经不是我的追求了，我现在只盼着能多些时间、快些成长。

In China, people usually have three meal a day, they are breakfast, lunch

and supper.People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning.

There are many kind of food for them to eat, such as nuddles, eggs, fried dough

sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon, usually have

vegetables, meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about

at six in the evening. All the family eat together, they eat the same kind of

food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal.

No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town.

Of course I must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and

read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my

friends or went fishing in the river. At night I watched television with my

family. hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

每至春节，家中必是欢乐的热潮。

年前逢集，姥爷带着家里的孩童在集市上兜售菠菜，顺便买些年货，度过春节。还未到七点钟，这里便有些人了，他们都是早起的鸟儿，避开了拥挤，收获了新鲜与美味。再过一些时间，便与清晨大不相同了，人们摩肩接踵，瞧着这边水果，又望向那边烟花爆竹，叫卖声与三轮车的“拖拉”声回荡着，悠扬着，这一切，仿佛与平日没有什么异处……回家时，手中提着大包小包，想起自家的菠菜都卖了出去，心中满足，起步欲与堂姐嬉戏起来。

过年，家中女眷忙了起来，收拾屋子，备包子、丸子、五谷杂粮，少不了在厨房转悠。姥姥的炕火烧在锅中散发着面粉的麦香，未熟透的丸子在热油中来回翻滚，灶下熊熊烈火温暖了整个房间，烟雾缓缓升起，在房顶处形成一个白色小兜;望向窗外倏然飘落的雪花时，我才发觉，这一年快要逝去了……

年三十的下午，落日余晖，赶在夜晚来临前，和兄弟姐妹一同贴了春联福字，瞬间，红色充斥了整个家，整个村庄……饭后娱乐，亲人时间一遍打牌一边说着自己的近况，一年的变化，我手中啃着姥姥做的泡苹果，看电视里处处洋溢着喜庆的春晚，香甜的滋味漫上心头，幸福感油然而生……

十四年，年年与家人团聚，许是有些物是人非，许是春节的团圆也变成了我生命中的一抹平凡……

老家的星星很好看，那默默明亮着的、勺子形状排列着的，大概是北斗星吧……它还是每年这时出现，是常事，也是个惯例了……我们每年如此聚到一处，共享幸福之感，是幸运，是热潮，是生活，也是平淡。

Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of control. Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. We have Chinese Maths English and physics every day because they are useful and very important. We wear school uniforms on Monday.

My dream school has a park on one side and a shopping mall on the other. We have a big library with a lot of useful books. We also have a swimming pool and a tennis court. We can do any activities after school or at weekends.

We only have half an hour of homework every day. We do not do homework at weekends. Every month we go on a school trip to a museum or a theatre. In the summer time we can go to Beijing or Shanghai. Every week we go to Dongzhou Park or shopping malls.

My birthday

Today is my birthday, so some of my classmates sent me presents.Mother prepared a tea party for me.I invited all of them to come and take part in it.The tea party began at half past six.There were cold drinks and refreshments.We ate,talked and laughed.We felt that we were the happiest men in the world.Time passed quickly.

In a twinkling,the clock on the wall struck nine.We could not but say"Good-bye" to one another.

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.I played with my

cousin.Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.“that’s

a good idea.” I said.Then we prepared for the traveling.After lunch,the sky

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers

plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home

in the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!
