Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.

In the afternoon，I finished some homework,then I thought that maybe today

was very boring。I stared to surf the Internet ,and I found the movie 《Ghost

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an

agreement with a demon in order to save relatives‘’ lives .However,he lost his

spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil .

The movie was so exciting that I coulnt be calm 。I would never forget this

movie.

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

classroom I often sit there and became sad. I think I have worked hard for two

years in the Siner School. But ,all of things arent change quickly. Where is my

seed and where is my gains, but it may be the time . Now, I have been in the

Senior three, and Ill face the case of going to university. Although the case

is so terrible , I have nothing to treat it. I often cry with the reason that

he Lantern Festival is a very busy day. On the Lantern Festival this year, I went to the small square with my mom and dad to watch the Lantern Festival. During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny. 今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。
