On October 6th, 2013, I went Xiao Meisha with my fellows to spend a nice seaside holiday. On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. When it comes to competition and cooperation, some people always emphasize competition but neglect cooperation. Their reasons run as following: to begin with, they believe only competition can help them defeat their counterparts; in addition, they think competition is the only way to lead to success.

But some others hold different opinion. They think cooperation is as important as competition. They base their opinion on the following reasons: on one hand, cooperation can build trust between each other and help to bring long-term relationship; on another hand, cooperation can turn a small and weak business into a big and strong one.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that both competition and cooperation are essential to success and thus should be emphasized at the same time.

谈到竞争与合作，有些人总是强调竞争，而忽视合作。其原因如下：首先，他们认为只有竞争才能帮助他们击败对手;此外，他们认为竞争是通向成功的唯一途径。

Today was Saturday, early in the morning, I woke up and stayed at home the whole morning to watch TV. After finishing my lunch, I had nothing to do, so I decided to call my friends out. I headed to the coffee shop which was near a square.

There were a lot of people in the square, some women were dancing and singing, while some men were taking the chess. I walked into the coffee shop, chose a table which was near the window, so that I could see the outside scenery.

When my friends came, we talked happily, we shared the things that happened during these days.

Then all my pressure was relieved, I forgot about the annoyance on my study. At that moment, I was enjoying the time talking with my friends. I had the great time this afternoon.

今天是星期六，一大早，我就起床了，整个上午，我都呆在家里看电视。

I’m looking forward to the coming of my winter holiday. In order to have a

good time in the vacation, I have made a plan for it. At first, my mother must

ask me to do homework. If I don’t follow her words, I wouldn’t have peace in the

following days until I finish my homework. So the first thing I will do in the

winter holiday is to finish my homework. And then I will take full use of my

time to go out play with my friends, because I will have to help my mother to

prepare for the Spring Festival when it’s in the corner. Three days before

Spring Festival, I will go to my grandmother’s home for a visit with my parents.

After the Spring Festival I am going to travel with my family. As for where to

go, I don’t have any plan now. Maybe we will go to Harbin to the snow. Being the

southern local person, I have never seen snow and eager to see it once. After

the trip, I think I have to go back to school. This is my plan for the coming
