我的压力是补习回家后功课写不完，常常忙到三更半夜;爸爸的压力是会计工作做不完;妈妈的压力是因为他身为职业妇女，一只蜡烛两头烧，担心家庭跟工作没办法兼顾好，而姐姐的压力是近视的度数增加的非常快，很难控制。

压力不一定都是坏的，也有一些是好的。以我们班上的规定为例：不用功的学生没改完作业就不能下课，因为这个压力，让这些人伤透了脑筋，最后他们终于决定把作业改完，也获得真正的学习，不再找借口偷懒。所以压力常常会督促着我们勇往直前。

大大小小的压力存在我们的生活当中，我们应该适当的调适心情，把压力化为助力，这样才能让生活变得多采多姿。

今年寒假，我无意中接触到了《黑焰》这本书，这本书深深地吸引了我，就像春笋贪婪地吸收着甘露。

这本书是我国蒙古族作家——格日勒其木格。黒鹤的作品。
