当然最高兴的，要数孩子们了，新的一年他们又长大一岁了!就在大家的欢声笑语里，我和妈妈提着我们去商场扫荡的战利品，吃着美食，乐呵呵的聊着趣事，脚步轻快的走在人山人海的街道上，前面的景象却让我顿时呆在了那里：衣衫褴褛的两位残疾夫妻，披着御寒的塑料布，躺在两块滑动的木板上，面目全非的妻子失去了双手、全身瘫痪、目光痴呆的躺在破旧的“木板车”上，两眼无神的看着来来往往的人群。

他的丈夫满头白发，同样失去了双手，用断臂艰难的撑着地，双脚吃力的蹬着地，牙齿用力的咬着“木板车”上粗糙的绳子，坚持着拖着老伴一步一步的地向前爬行。我愣愣的站在原地，望着那对残疾的夫妻，嘴里含着汉堡包也忘了，美食忽然变的索然无味、难以下咽。妈妈似乎知道了我在想什么，给了我一些零钱，我飞快地跑过去送给了那两位老人。

老人抬起头来，用那对干枯的眼睛感激的望着我，皱皱的脸上苦苦的笑着，头磕着地，含糊不清的说着一句又一句的“谢谢”。我飞快的转身，不忍心再多看一眼那两位残疾的老人，忽然觉得冷飕飕的。在这个合家团圆的节日里，很多人都不是我想象中的那么快乐幸福，他们可能会为了生计在大街小巷中奔波，在元旦的时候只能在他乡“遥寄思念”;

还有些人像那残疾的夫妻一样的无助……其实有家人的陪伴，这个元旦，我们是多么的幸福!

二月十四日 星期日 雨春节，即中国人的新年，是中国最重要的节日。从一月末到二月初人们忙着为新年做准备。他们打扫房屋、理发和买新衣服。饺子是最受欢迎的。对那些远离家乡的人们，春节是一个合家团聚的时刻。他们经常回家和家人欢度春节。新年第一天人们访友并互祝新年好运。

联欢会继续进行着，顶气球的游戏开始了，游戏规则是：双方每队三人，游戏中只能用头或用嘴吹气球，气球落在那一方的区域则对方得一分，三局两胜。两队人准备好，裘老师手中的气秋一飞，我方黄文浩一马当先把气球狠狠顶到敌方，敌方万正元毫不紧张，把球顶向天空，杨学松轻轻跳起把球迅速顶到我方，我不慌不忙，来了个“下扣球”，敌方来不及反应，我们就得了一分。我们旗开得胜，互相击了个掌，又继续比赛。不知对方是输急了还是怎么样，竟开始动起手脚---用嘴吹气球，“严重犯规”裘老师一声令下，我方获胜!耶!一阵阵欢呼声响起······

这次元旦联欢会不仅有趣，还让我发现了许多同学不同的一面，使我更热爱我们的集体了。

新的一年开始了，我有个愿望是期末考试考高分，就能得到太阳能草坪灯。还有以后当一名合格的检查员。

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。

实习日志一

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。
