Today, the weather was fine and I take a bus to Hangzhou, the students play, starting 7:00 am this morning, we have toured the West Lake, where boating. Afternoon, we went to the zoo, we saw many interesting animals, and there taking pictures, we play very much. When we go home, we very tired but very happy.

大年夜的晚上是最美好的时光，全家人围着桌子吃着团圆饭，一起说说笑笑，每个人脸上都洋溢着愉悦的笑容。

大年夜最开心的，要数看烟花了。在阵阵“嘣砰“声中，我们开始了观看烟花。当我看到这绚丽多彩的烟花，便感觉自己置身于仙境一般，满天的五彩斑斓、火树银花。这烟花形态各异、姹紫嫣红，它们如昙花一现。有的像束束鲜花，绽放在夜空，璀璨夺目;有的仿佛盏盏彩灯，把夜空照得宛如白昼，美不胜收;有的好比朵朵伞花，盛开在空中，婀娜多姿......

可再美的时光总要过去的。烟花光彩夺目，却又那么的短暂。这不是正如我们的生命一样，丰富多彩，灿烂无比。

除夕夜，我们一家人围坐着一起看春晚。那一个个小品、相声、歌舞表演都令我们啧啧赞叹。时间飞逝，转眼就到十二点了，在“隆隆”的礼炮声中，大家一起迎来了新的一年......

经过两个月多的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，即使是之前从来没有接触过的，同时也对外贸业务这一行有了更深的认识，也有了浓厚的兴趣，越来越有干劲了。这一周仍然做些琐碎的事，发发邮件，通过电话跟客户沟通的事情。偶尔也出去跟经理见见生意面谈的场面。 但经理试着让我对客户介绍我们公司的一些产品。

由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次与客户面谈显得比较紧张，也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上经理的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在陌生的场合怯场。今天下来，面对经验比我丰富的阅历比我深的多的多的客户，也能够通过简练清晰的表达让对方熟悉我们的产品，让他们对我们的产品产生更浓厚的兴趣。

元旦快到了，我们班要举办联欢会。

我来到教室的时候，我看见有许多同学都把一些拉花、气球、灯笼等的各种个样的东西挂在窗户上和黑板上，黑板上面写着“快乐的元旦”这五个字。这样我们的教室才变得更漂亮了。

联欢会开始了，李冬深表演双节棍，刘晓彤唱歌。同学们认真地观看着。其中李冬深的双节棍表演最为出色。我自己表演的五步拳。大家都给我拍起掌声。老师也那着照相机给我们拍照。还有的同学也带照相机了，给我们表演的拍照。大家一边吃零食，一边观看我们的节目，真有趣。每当有节目的人上去表演没有声音的时候，我们就会立刻拍起掌声，这样才能搭配得上。联欢会进行一半的时候，同学们表现的更加精彩了，我们看的有点入迷了。我们心里都在想，我觉得谁的节目要演得时间长，他晚上一定专心练了。

新的一年开始了，我有个愿望是期末考试考高分，就能得到太阳能草坪灯。还有以后当一名合格的检查员。

这个元旦节，我过得真开心!

星期四，上完两节课后，我们学校举行了2010年联欢会。还没等邵老师宣布联欢会开始的时候，同学们已经迫不及待拿出自己带的好吃的东西吃起来了，这时，邵老师宣布：“2010年联欢会现在开始!”教室里立刻热闹了起来。

我们的第一个节目是吹气球游戏，我们拿到气球，当主持人宣布开始的时候，我们都鼓足了劲吹，当主持人喊停止的时候，同学们都把自己吹得气球举得高高，但是我吹的气球有点小，但邵老师还是让我领了奖品，我高兴地回到自己的位子上。

接下来，同学们都纷纷上台表演自己精彩的节目，我觉得表演的最好的节目是田慧聪和迟博文表演的相声，逗得大家笑得前仰后合。当轮到我和马旭表演节目的时候，我和马旭脸上的表情特别严肃，我俩合作表演了《我的自白书》，得到大家热烈的掌声，节目还获得了一等奖，我和马旭都非常开心!还有其他同学表演节目也都很精彩……

最后的节目是指鼻子指眼，大家聚精会神的听张乐影指挥，生怕一不小心指错了，这项节目同学们基本都过关了。最后，在欢乐声中结束了2010年的联欢晚会。

2010年联欢会，是我最开心的日子，也是我最难忘的日子!

My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

and grandmother are peasants. They do farm work every day in my hometown. My

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

power station. My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a middle school.

My sister, five years older than I, is a doctor in the Peoples Hospital of our

county. She loves her work and does it well. I am a middle school student. And I

am going to take this years college entrance examination. I wish that I could

be enrolled② by a famous university.

That is my family. All the members in my family live in harmony③. We love

今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

第二局，夹气球。比赛的规则是两人面对面夹一只气球，谁先把气球夹破，谁赢。我和姜羽凡领到了一只粉色的气球，正当我们全神贯注想夹住气球时，由于姜羽凡没配合好我，加上她用的力又太大，她一使劲，非但没夹住气球，还把我给推倒在地上，气球从一边溜走，乐得一旁观看的吉一喆笑得前仰后合。

第三局，踩气球。比赛的规则是在规定的时间，看谁踩得最多。只见秦柏铭飞快地踩着气球。一会儿时间，气球就被他踩得一干二净。

第四局，顶气球。大家顶得都非常开心。忽然，我看见管毅铭顶的时候，用手抓了一下，于是犯规淘汰。

开心的游戏，开心的我们。在欢乐的游戏中，我们一起拥抱2012。

The weather is become hotter and hotter.Today afternoon,my brother came my

home and asked me to swim with him. Got the permission of mother,my brother and

I went to the river which lies in the south of our viliage happily.When we

reached the river, we couldnt wait to jump into the water.The water is clear

and cold,which made us feel relax and cool. The river is not deep not shallow,is

suitable for swimming.We keeped swimming and playing in the water until we got

tired.Thought the weather of today is hot,our heart is very cool!

今天上午，真的是十分有幸。能参加这样一场意义深刻的德育沙龙：文化生态下的德育实践——文化生态下的班级凝聚力。围绕这样一个主题，来自通州市和如东县掘港小学的各位德育工作者，他们有的是一线班主任教师，有的是教研室先进工作者，展开激烈的探讨。我们这一边旁听的实习生也是受益匪浅。

从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。
