穿上军装并进行简短的开营仪式后，我们就进入了今天的第一项训练——练军姿。我们连队的教官高大威严，敬佩之情不禁让人油然而生。首先，教官为我们传授了要领：第一，脚尖分开呈60度，后跟并拢；第二，两腿伸直，丝毫不得弯曲；第三，五指伸直并拢，紧贴裤腿；第四，昂首挺胸、平视前方，丝毫不许动。其次，我们进入正式训练，站立十五分钟。“不就是站立嘛，有什么难的”，我心里暗暗嘀咕着。

一分钟、三分钟……刚开始我们个个神气十足的，到了五分钟的时候，我的手腿开始酸痛，但因为怕被罚，仍然是一动不敢动。又过了五分钟，我感觉腿开始发麻，有点不听使唤的感觉。教官在旁边来回巡视着，忽然，我们班的来宇诚微动了一下，被教官那锐利的眼睛发现了。教官踢了他一脚，厉声说道：“五连因为有一个士兵动了，全体站立时间延长五分钟”。听到这句话，我心里燃起的休息希望顿时破灭了。中间又有别班的同学晕倒了。我害怕自己做得不标准影响全体受罚，只得拼命支撑着。到了第十九分钟的时候，可恨的来宇诚又忍不住动了一下，害得我们全班又被罚延时五分钟。我的手和腿好像已经失去了知觉，但我还是咬紧牙关，勉强坚持到最后。教练一声令下：“全体休息10秒钟”，瞬间，一大半的同学瘫坐了地上。妈呀，连个站立都这么累，明后天我怎么坚持呀！

第二天，又碰巧遭遇强冷空气。迎着凛冽的寒风，我们坚持完成了晨跑、野炊、内务整理、战地互救、营地闯关等多项军事活动。短短的三天，小战士们饱尝军营生活的“酸甜苦辣”，但没有一个退缩、放弃和掉队民，收获了满满的团队精神，磨炼了体魄和心志，我们更顽强了。

活动结束了，我们收拾好行李，准备回家。就在大巴车上，我偶然看到了教官用餐巾纸在眼角擦拭着什么，我的眼睛也湿润了……
