第二站我们乘车前往萧山红博园少年军校去体验军旅生活。我们每个同学都穿上军服，分成二队，分别为‘无敌队’、‘坦克队’。我们二个小队在投沙包、踩梅花桩、过独木桥、越障碍物、钻铁丝网等军事技能中勇敢顽强、不怕困难，相互PK，最后我们二个小队不分胜负。

一天的军校体验生活很快就结束了，这一天虽然短暂，但培养了我们的集体精神和纪律观念，磨练了我们的意志。

现在的孩子都是家里的独生子女，都是一小公主，小皇帝。我的妈妈为了让我尝尝农村的生活，把握送到了农村奶奶家。尽管我有一万个不原意。

一觉醒来，妹妹已经不见了，我看了看表，只有6点，我又躺到在床上。这时，妹妹进来了，她的脸上写满了不悦："你怎么还不起啊？"我一愣，没起？不是才6点嘛。她不满的说："奶奶5点就出门了。"我一下子明白过来，原来农村人睡得早，起的也早。妹妹不耐烦了，她强行把我从被子里拉起，待我洗漱完毕后，我们到了田里。

到了农田，我看到了奶奶忙碌的影子，突然，我心里怪怪的，奶奶爷爷这么大年纪了，还要下地干活。妹妹拉着我跑了过去，奶奶一见到我们，便塞给我们一些零花钱，我正犹豫着，妹妹去回答："奶奶，我们不要，我们可以自己挣。"奶奶高兴地拍拍我们的头，高兴地说："真乖！"

上周一，我们采荷一小五年级的同学们第一次带着学校的期望、父母的嘱托离开校园、离开父母的怀抱，来到红博苑国防教育基地，投身到全新的学军活动中。因为对军营生活的神往，对军人发自内心的崇拜，我更是掩饰不住兴奋与喜悦。

穿上军装并进行简短的开营仪式后，我们就进入了今天的第一项训练——练军姿。我们连队的教官高大威严，敬佩之情不禁让人油然而生。首先，教官为我们传授了要领：第一，脚尖分开呈60度，后跟并拢；第二，两腿伸直，丝毫不得弯曲；第三，五指伸直并拢，紧贴裤腿；第四，昂首挺胸、平视前方，丝毫不许动。其次，我们进入正式训练，站立十五分钟。“不就是站立嘛，有什么难的”，我心里暗暗嘀咕着。

一上车，我的心情格外激动，想着即将到来的新奇之旅会是什么呢?经过漫长的一小时车程汽车终于把我带到了目的地-德清青少年实验基地。跟着导游我们一行人来到了第一个项目那就是采摘桑果，一走进田地里便看见了十分美丽的景色，一排排桑树在水渠旁站着，头上带着树叶做的绿色贝雷帽，就像一个个威武的士兵，这些士兵结出的果实--桑果那可是好东西，它的外表像小葡萄，只有橡皮大小，这些桑果不用洗就能吃，我们大家一边摘一边吃，每个人的嘴巴都变成紫色的，味道真甜，大家吃的很开心，我顿时想起书里的一句话：“桑树结果紫又甜”。真是一点也不假。转眼间桑果已摘了一大包，差不多该收工了，这时导游已出发去了下个地点，我们得赶紧跟上。

春天，景色怡人，万物复苏，除了摘桑果，我们还种了桃树，栽了花，挖马兰头，拔莴苣……当然最好玩的要属野炊了。在当了一回农民之后我们得再当一回厨师了，把自已拔的蔬菜烧了吃。我们分好了灶头，由老师掌勺我们打下手，每个人都干的汗流浃背，正当我们在干的起劲时一股热浪向我们扑来，我们转身一看，啊!锅子冒火了，老师快速地盖上了锅盖三十秒后火灭了。这一事故带来的不是害怕而是高兴，因为咸豆饭变成了煲仔饭了，更好吃了。随着最后一盘菜出锅，我们大吃自已的劳动成果。真香。喜悦充满了我的心和胃。

之后我们还玩了一系列的游戏，我觉得今天过的很快乐也很充实，下次我还来体验农村生活，希望能获得更多的乐趣。

My campus life is rich and colorful.

I go to attend claeveryday morning excluding weekend .In the class I just listening to lectures, and my teachers and classmates discuss the problem.After  class, ofen i go to play basketball or badminton with my friends.

In the evening,i have two hours for study by oneself in scheduled time, and then go back to my dormitory and surf on the internet.At the weekend,i take part in some part-time jobs and go to the Einglish Corner sometimes.

放假了，按照老师作业的要求，我体验了盲人的生活，切身体会到了残疾人的生活是多么艰难。

为了真实，我用黑色的布蒙上双眼，手拿一根晾衣服的棍子，开始体验一个盲人的日常起居是怎样的。我的眼前一片黑暗，什么也看不见，我用棍子探索着往前行走，必须小心翼翼，否则就会碰撞到墙壁或者家具什么的。在自己熟悉的家里，不一会我就变得异常地焦躁。我庆幸这仅仅是一次模拟体验而不是真的。假如这是真的呢？只有黑暗，没有白天和黑夜、没有任何色彩、不能看书读报……我真的不敢往下想。

通过体验我了解到残疾人的艰难生活，同为人类，他们因疾病或者意外伤害造成残疾，他们需要我们的帮助。全社会都应当更加多地尊重关心残疾人，尽可能多地为他们提供帮助，使他们有尊严地生活。同时，作为小学生，我们应该提高警惕和防范意外伤害、疾病等对我们造成伤害，健康快乐地成长。

It can be noticed that there are some unhealthy living habits among young people, especially college students. Typical examples include staying up late, being addicted to games, consuming in an inappropriate way. Thus, due attention should be paid to students daily habits.

Apparently, these bad habits may generate negative impacts. To begin with, they may impair students physical health and psychological fitness. In addition, what worries many teachers is that they may also exert negative influences on students academic performance. To conclude, never can we turn a blind eye to these phenomena.

In view of the seriousness of this issue, it is time that we took effective measure. Firstly, it is suggested that universities or colleges should cultivate students awareness of healthy living. Secondly, students themselves are well-advised to learn to regulate and control their own life appropriately. Only by doing so, can we hope to see the ideal scenes in which students enjoy their colorful and healthy life in Ivory Tower.

昨天，老师布置了一项不同寻常的任务——体验盲人的生活。盲人不就是眼睛看不见吗？这应该没什么难的。

一吃完午饭，我就把红领巾叠起来，往眼睛上一系。啊，眼前一片漆黑，我变得有些不知所措。嗯，我对家里的环境已经很熟了，走路应该不成问题。我不管三七二十一，大步地向前走着。嘿，还真没什么障碍，原来盲人的生活非常简单嘛！正在我洋洋得意的时候，脚下不知被什么东西绊了一下，我整个身子向前一趴，头磕到了冰箱上，额头上火燎般的疼。我连拉带扯地把红领巾拿了下来，揉着被撞疼的前额。

过了好一会儿了，我才又重新蒙上眼睛。这次，我学乖了，慢慢地向前摸索着。这是电视，这是沙发，哦，这是堆放在茶几上的书本……这时，妈妈说我的前面有一张椅子，我可以去坐一下。于是，我就一步一步小心翼翼地向前走着，生怕再次绊倒了。好不容易摸到了椅子，我一屁股坐下来，谁知却坐了个空，跌坐在了地上。我想：盲人的生活可真不容易啊！自己平时那么不尊重盲人，甚至还歧视他们。想到这儿，我心底涌出一股深深的愧疚。我摘下红领巾，眼前顿时一片雪亮。生活在光的世界里真好！

盲人生活在黑暗的世界里，没有一线阳光，他们是多么渴望光明。残疾人生活不易，但他们能坦然地面对，凭自己的勇气和智慧创造实现自己的人生价值。但一部分健全人，拥有光明而不懂得珍惜，经不起一点挫折，遇到困难甚至都没有勇气去面对……

今天，是不同寻常的一天，也是这一天，让我明白了……
