after his parents sent him to a private school. The slogan of the private school

that the root of kids problems come from family. Many parents always force the

Dropout rates have been rising in rural areas—partly for economic reasons but also because of the stultifying atmosphere of their classrooms. Exam pressures frequently lead to suicides. According to a survey last year among senior secondary-school students and university freshmen in one area, more than 50% had considered killing themselves.

Several other countries in East Asia, including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, are grappling with similar problems. But the implications of Chinas reform efforts are particularly profound. Chinas traditional education methods are ideally suited to a political culture that requires citizens to submit blindly to authority. By encouraging students to question their teachers and regard them as equals (even official literature now talks of fostering a “democratic” atmosphere in classrooms), China could be ushering in a new kind of relationship between the rulers and the ruled.

My uncle has been in America for quite a few years. He used to live in Pudong. He wanted to come back to his homeland very much. Last summer he came to Shanghai and I took him to visit Pudong. He said the streets became wider and the buildings became higher. I told him, "Many people have moved into new and big flats. It is very convenient to go shopping here." He couldn＇t find his old house. He said, "What great changes!" He decided to stay and spend the rest of his life in Shanghai.

今天和爸爸一起出去吃饭。吃饭的时候要敬酒。那里没有果汁。我就拿了一瓶啤酒开始到处敬酒。喝了一瓶酒后，我的脸红了，但没有醉。我认为啤酒并不难喝，但我还是要少喝酒。因为我还只是一个学生。

i went out to have dinner with father today. i should make toast during the dinner but there was no juice availabe. so i had a bottle of beer. my face turned red but i was not drunk. i dont think beer tastes bad but i wont like have it too much because i am only a student.

岁月不饶人，转眼间，我们就要离开了朝夕相处了8年的母校，一股恋恋不舍之情难免会油然而生。

在校园里徘徊着，回味着。我，正在寻找以往快乐的足迹。回想过去，我曾经和小伙伴手挽手在操场上奔跑，曾经和好朋友在树阴下谈天说地，窃窃私语;曾经拿着本子坐在花坪和老师、同学们讨论问题......

可是，这一切的一切曾经都不会再回来了，我们即将迈入的是一个陌生的学校，在这个陌生的学校里我们还会认识大多数人，老师、同学，我们依然要和这里的新同学一起培养友谊，建立坚固的友谊之桥，你肯定会问我，有没对即将毕业感到不舍，或是对时间的飞速流逝感到仇恨吧!那么，现在我就告诉你吧，对于毕业的惜别，我想每个人都有，当然也包括我，毕竟朝夕相处了那么多年，但是，总有一天我们要走出去的，我们何不趁现在张开自己的翅膀，迈开坚定的步伐勇敢的朝前冲呢?或许下一个转角会有更加精彩的故事在等待着我们呢?或许成功的大锁正在等着我们去打开，那许许多多的奥秘正在等着我们去探索，去冲刺呢?

朋友们，让我们敞开自己的心扉，把童年最灿烂的这些岁月永远保留在我们的脑海，心中，把目光放得更高，放得更远，去挑战我们应该挑战的困难吧......

是呀!在生活中处处都需要勇气,勇气也无处不在.例如5.12汶川大地震,有许多本来已经成功逃生的人,却又鼓起勇气,重新冲回那些摇摇欲坠,随时都有可能坍塌的为危楼,矮墙等危险地区去救其他的人.结果几乎都是牺牲了自己,救出了别人.他们真是令人敬佩呀.他们这一种舍己为人的精神和勇气值得我们敬佩. 在这一次大地震中,有许多的幸存者们都被废墟给掩埋了.可是,他们却凭着顽强的毅力活了下来.是什么让他们有这么大的毅力.是勇气!是勇气让他们如此勇敢的面对死神.是勇气让他们创造了一个又一个的生命奇迹:不吃不喝的度过了101小时,103小时,136小时157小时,203小时.勇气,有多么大的力量呀!又有许多被埋的幸存者临危不惧，如那个“可乐男孩”的一句“叔叔，我要喝可乐”逗乐了整个为这场大灾难而感到悲伤的中国;敬礼男孩的一个敬礼，也体现出了人们的勇敢。正是这种勇气，鼓励着去与死神一争高低，坚强的活下去。

在这一场大灾难过后，有许许多多的灾区同胞们失去了亲人，朋友。一个个原本幸福的家庭变得支离破碎。数二十多万幸存下来的灾区同胞们无家可归，只好和家人们生活在一个小小的帐篷里。面对着生活上的困难，他们用生活的勇气解决，努力建造更加美好的明天!

终于放寒假了。那天天气晴朗，空气格外新鲜，我像一只飞出笼子的小鸟，心中无比欢畅。我拉着爸爸，来到了黄金广场放风筝.

广场上面已经聚集了很多人，有几只风筝已经飞上了天空，我迫不及待地拿着风筝跑了起来，可是我很久没有玩风筝了，技术明显地退步了。我跑了几圈，风筝还是没能飞起来，哎，只好请来“高手”爸爸来教我放风筝了。

爸爸拉着线，把风筝抛向半空中，然后，他小跑了几步，慢慢地，风筝飞了起来。我欢呼起来，风筝越飞越高，在空中翩翩起舞，就像一只美丽的蝴蝶。我高兴地从爸爸手中接过牵引风筝的线，自己试着放了起来，爸爸则在边上边教我，告诉我要逆着风放，什么时候该放线，并要不断地拽线……我一边放着风筝一边点头。
