月高风清的夜晚,心中装着梦想,难以入睡。忽然，一到强光刺进了我的眼睛，接着我便被带到了另一个世界。

我睁开眼睛，发现自己在一个陌生的地方。环顾四周：直接连到天空的楼梯；悬浮在半空的大楼；一望无际的花海……这一切太美妙了！忽然，一个机器人向我走来，友好地对我说：“欢迎来到未来世界，我是你的向导，我叫丽莎。”天哪！我没有听错把，未来世界，这时真的吗？机器人冲我笑了一下，说：“据资料显示，你最喜欢收集各类文具，我带你去看看吧！”

Dragon Boat race Traditions

At the center of this festival are the dragon boat races. Competing teams drive their colorful dragon boats forward to the rhythm of beating drums. These exciting races were inspired by the villagers valiant attempts to rescue Chu Yuan from the Mi Luo river. This tradition has remained unbroken for centuries.

Tzung Tzu

A very popular dish during the Dragon Boat festival is tzung tzu. This tasty dish consists of rice dumplings with meat, peanut, egg yolk, or other fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves. The tradition of tzung tzu is meant to remind us of the village fishermen scattering rice across the water of the Mi Luo river in order to appease the river dragons so that they would not devour Chu Yuan.

Ay Taso

The time of year of the Dragon Boat Festival, the fifth lunar moon, has more significance than just the story of Qu Yuan. Many Chinese consider this time of year an especially dangerous time when extra efforts must be made to protect their family from illness. Families will hang various herbs, called Ay Tsao, on their door for protection. The drinking of realgar wine is thought to remove poisons from the body. Hsiang Bao are also worn. These sachets contain various fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness.

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

is time to be off work and find the way to release their pressure, such as

KTV.

Spending the time with friends and families is always a good way to enjoy

而在高一的暑假，刚刚开始的时候，为自己制定了完美的超越方案，可以一天两天三天开始逐渐懒散。所以很多人像我一样并不是缺少一个方向，也不是天分不够，而是没有坚定的信念。一般来说，人们都能够忍受暂时的困难、短暂的痛苦，但是当希望渺茫而又伴随着旷日持久的痛苦时，只有拥有坚定信仰的人才能坚持到最后。在信仰的持续推动下，人能够始终处于一种昂扬激奋的状态之中，去积极的创造，并全神贯注的投入其中，向着美好的未来挺进。成功学大师戴尔·卡耐基指出：“世界上大部分的重大事情，都是有那些似乎一点希望也没有时，仍继续努力的人们所完成的。“

那么我们有了信念之后还需要有战略的对待目标，不然你的信念迟早会被消耗殆尽。

在面对一个巨大的目标时，我们的内心产生的往往并不是强大的动力，而是很强的畏惧心和压力。事实的确如此，有时候，一个宏伟的目标就像一块巨石，压得我们喘不过气来，让我们开始怀疑自己的能力，甚至使我们生出放弃的念头。

其实，只要我们学会把看似庞大的目标分解成若干个小目标，并且逐个实现他们，就会轻松很多，因为实现小目标的过程就是积累成就感的过程，能够令我们生出朝下一个目标前进的动力。学会分解目标不仅是人生的智慧，也是实现理想的秘诀之一。

下面说说我的高二目标规划：

首先来说我觉得不用写的多么宏达看起来多么有出息，我只求真实就好~

1、关于语文老师的抽写平均每次错两个以内;

2、关于数学，这对我来说确实是软肋，掌握80%知足了我;

3、关于英语…这是没救了;

4、关于政史地勤快点背吧。

最后希望没写暑假作业的平安度过开学第一个周。

人人都会生气，你先对别人笑，别人才会对你笑；人人都有自尊心，你懂得尊重别人，别人才会尊重你；人人都有自己的烦恼，你主动做别人的知心朋友，别人也会来和你聊心；人人都会碰到麻烦或困难，你先去帮助他人，那么别人也会来帮助你……其实，上面这么多句话，简单地说就是：生活就像一面镜子，你对它做什么，它也会对你做什么。

巨象集团的总裁詹姆斯老人在他建立的公司里“当上了”公司私人的花园园丁。他修剪着灌木，把这个花园整理得干干净净、生机勃勃。日子一天一天地过去了……这一天，老人来到花园，又开始修剪灌木了。突然，原本静谧的环境被一阵“女低音”打破了。老人一开始并不注意，可这位中年妇女却一定要当着她儿子的面刻薄他：

他帮这位妇女捡她扔过来的纸团，换来的是妇女对着男孩羞辱自己的语言：“你看见了吧！我希望你明白，你如果现在不好好上学，将来就跟他一样没出息，只能做这些卑微低贱的工作！”；他认真地告诉妇女，这里是公司的私人花园，要是员工才能进入时，妇女极其不耐烦和傲慢的语气打断了他的提示：“那当然，我是‘巨象集团’所属一家公司的部门经理，就在这座大厦里工作！”；他问那位妇女借手机，却得到了妇女刻薄轻蔑的态度：“你看这些穷人，这么大年纪了连手机都买不起。你今后一定要努力啊！”……一次又一次的辱骂让我们读者不禁在心里痛骂妇女没有道德，竟这么让一个年近古稀的老人难堪。而接下来发生的事让我拍手叫好：

“我提议免去这位女士在‘巨象集团’的职务！”

“是，我立刻照您的指示去办！”

“你……你怎么会对这个老员工这么尊敬呢?”

“你说什么？老员工？他是集团总裁詹姆斯先生！”

“啊，他是总裁！”

很快，这位妇女就遭到了“生活”对她的惩罚：她那引以为傲的职位——部门经理，被老人詹姆斯罢免了。

这让我不禁想起了老人教育小男孩的那句话：“我希望你明白，在这世界上最重要的是，要学会尊重每一个人……”这句话不仅和妇女的第一句羞辱他的言语形成了鲜明的对比，还让我联想到了许多东西。

我觉得老人说的很对，不管你能有多强的能力、多辉煌的基业、多显赫的地位、多么好的成绩、多么有钱，如果你不尊重别人，就不会有人和你合作、真心的和你交朋友。从这里就可以透出：这面“生活镜子”把你不尊重别人的样子，再照还给了你。

我又想起了一个故事：

一只流浪狗闯进了一间四壁镶着玻璃镜的屋子。于是，流浪狗就看到很多狗同时出现，顿时大吃一惊，便呲牙咧嘴，发出阵阵狂吼。谁知镜子里所有的狗也都跟着气势汹汹、露出狰狞的面孔。这只狗见此情景吓得不知所措，开始在这屋子里莫名其妙的一边转悠，一边狂吼，一直转的筋疲力尽，倒地死亡。

从这个故事中，我得到一个启示：你希望别人怎样待你，你就应当怎样待别人。这好象说明平日我们在与人的相处关系。如果故事中的流浪狗肯试着摇几下尾巴，情形就会完全改观，因为镜子里的狗儿必然会回报它同样友善的举动。试着对你所处的恶劣环境或人们，更积极主动的表达心中的善意，相信情形必会有所改善。

生活就像一面镜子，你对它笑，它便对你笑；你对它怒，它便对你怒；你不经常擦拭它，你的身影便会越来越模糊，甚至不见了踪影。所以，当你在“镜子”里发现或沮丧、或愤怒、或愤慨、或厌恶的表情时，首先应该反省一下自己。与人相处也是这样。不论与什么人同处，总要凡事真诚。存真诚的心，说真诚的话，作真诚的事。

多爱人，才能多得人的爱；多敬人，才能多得人的敬；多宽容人，才能多得人的宽容；多体恤人，才能多得人的体恤……你发出去的是什么，你得回来的也是什么。这是与人同处最重要的一个原则。

同学们，你们可要记得时时擦拭这面“镜子”，时时对着它微笑哦！

光阴似箭，日月如梭。

我的高中生活，如流水一般，一滴一滴的流入了时间的长河中。而这条河没有任何改变地依旧向前流淌着，承载着我在高中经历的欢乐与悲伤、激动与低沉，承载着所有人的记忆。

一晃眼间，我步入高中已经一年多了，成为了一名高二学生。在走过了一半的高中生活中，社团、学生会、运动会、艺术节等各类活动丰富着我们的校园生活，让我们过得充实而又丰富多彩。

曾有老师说过，读书三年，而这三年过去，说快也快，说慢也慢。无论是每节课都认真听讲努力学习，还是吊儿郎当敷衍了事过得，都是一样的时间。所以我们应该充分利用好这有限的时间，将其投入到无限的学习中去，而不是虚度光阴，白白地浪费我们的青春时光。

有些同学不懂得抓紧时间，等回过神时，时间已经一去不复返了，而高考也迫在眉睫，到那时候就太晚了。

在上高中之前，就曾幻想过高中生活的样子，平日里是在电视上，电影里看到的所谓"别人家的"高中生活，充斥着师生情、同学情的青春气息。而在上高中之后，我发现电视里的确实是存在，但好像与我们的真实情况不太一样，也不总是快乐无忧的。

在学校犯的小错，与同学的一点矛盾，对老师的一些意见，都会引起自己情绪的波动。而这些也正是我们懵懂青春道路上必经的一些小插曲。

高中，是青春路上最为重要的一段，也应该是在人生记忆中最深刻的一段，同时更是决定以后生活的一段。我应该努力学习，完成我应该完成的高中学业，为自己的将来与以后的生活奠定下一个好的基础，不让自己留下不必要的遗憾。我的高中生活，应该是最充实的、最有意义的、最快乐的、最属于我的个性的、最与众不同的、最令人羡慕的、最让自己满意的。
