做家长无不疼爱自已的孩子，虽然不同的家长的教育的方式也不尽相同，但是殊途同归。家长们在对待幼儿挫折教育的问题上会有哪些方法和技巧呢?做家长们的又如何对自已孩子进行挫折教育呢?这些都是当下做家长所要面临和解决的问题。

第一，家长在对孩子进行挫折教育，首先要意识到幼儿期是个体个性形成的关键时期，有意识地让孩子品尝一些生活的磨难和挫折，正确指引孩子，让孩子懂得人生的道路并不是一帆风顺的，而是坎坷的，要学会在挫折中接受教育，这对培养他们吃苦耐劳的精神、独立意识、应付困难的勇气和心理承受能力，是十分必要的。

第二，要了解挫折教育是贯穿在每一天中的，要注意那些小细节或小事，因为那些在成人看起来是不起眼的小事进行，很好教育孩子，让孩子学会应对挫折。

第三，家长可以有意识地创设情境让孩子得到各方面的锻炼，即让幼儿参与到各种活动中，在体验中学会克服困难、战胜挫折。苏格拉底对待打破玻璃的孩子的做法是：让犯错误的孩子独自呆在房子中，让其体验寒冷、体验孤独，使其发现自己的错误继而改正。

第四，父母既要有把孩子至于艰苦和困难中的勇气，又要有引导孩子走出挫折和困惑的耐心。一方面家长要注意帮助孩子获得战胜困难的成功体验，从而提高“自我效能感”的水平，增强自信;另一方面，要让孩子明白，有些挫折的产生无法通过个人的主观努力来阻挡、回避。对待它们，我们要教孩子合理运用一些心理防卫机制来保持健康的心理状态。比如孩子长得黑且受人嘲笑，家长就可以安慰孩子：“皮肤黑更健康呀，我觉得你也很可爱。”

第五，家长对孩子应有适度的期望和正确的评价。过高的期望会使孩子对自己的能力预计不足或对困难没有足够的心理准备，从而产生强烈的受挫感，对自己失去信心。要注意从孩子自身的特点出发制定适度的目标，使孩子有足够的勇气面对困难，努力取得成功。

Sky in my hometown 家乡的天空

When I was very young ,the sky in my hometown was nice and beautiful, the sky was very blue,and the air was fresh. There were some birds singing ,and there were many trees in the fields. I often played with my friends in the open air.I liked it.

Now the people are rich ,but the sky in my homerown isnt blue .the trees were cut down , and there arent many birds. And the air isnt fresher than before. The rubbish is put here and there, it was bad for our health.So wo must do something to protect the environment. 同学们，今年的五一假期刚刚过去。提起“五一”，不知大家首先想到的是“五一假期”还是“五一劳动节”。这里我要说，劳动教育是人生必修课，良好的劳动习惯对于我们少年儿童的成长具有非常重要的意义。

首先，如果一个孩子，如果不爱劳动，自然就缺乏劳动的体验。说实话，同学们之中谁能真正理解和感受到“汗滴禾下土”“粒粒皆辛苦”的涵义?你们能体会到爸爸妈妈赚钱的不容易吗?要知道我们每天吃的、穿的、用的都是爸爸和妈妈用劳动换来的呀!

其次，劳动的过程也是实践的过程。学习的主要目的是为了应用和创造。如果我们没有好的劳动习惯，我们学到的知识就难以运用到生活中去。更谈不上应用和创造了。
