行动描写是对人物的行为和动作的描写。“能把个人的性格、思想和目的最清楚地表现出来的是动作，人的最深刻方面只有通过动作才能见诸现实”（黑格尔《美学》），可见行动描写是反映人物思想、性格、心理等有效手段之一。成功的行动描写往往给人留下极为深刻的印象，孙悟空的抓耳揉腮，孔乙己的“排出九文大钱”都是行动描写的范例。那么怎样才能写好行动描写呢?

首先，要精心选择恰当的动词，描写人物富有个性的习惯性动作，以此表现人物的思想、性格。

如：……黑的人便抢过灯笼，一把扯下纸罩，裹了馒头，塞与老栓；一手抓过洋钱，捏一捏，转身走了。”（鲁迅《药》）

作者对康大叔取钱的动作描写，用了“抓”“捏”等动词，准确地写出了他接钱、数钱的熟练程度，生动地刻画了康大叔凶狠、贪婪、惯于敲诈的丑恶嘴脸。

第二、观察要细致入微，要善于捕捉人物细微的动作，以此反映人物的心理。如老葛朗台临终之时，当“十字架、烛台和银镶的圣水壶一出现”，不仅他的“似乎已经死去几小时的眼睛立刻复活了，目不转睛地瞧着那些法器”，就连“他的肉瘤也最后地动了一动”（巴尔扎克《守财奴》）。这一动作方面的细节描写，鞭辟入里地揭示了老葛朗台对金钱的强烈占有欲望至死也没有改变的畸形心态。

“抢”“扯”“裹”“塞 ”几个动词，准确生动地表现了刽子手康大叔的蛮横态度，不耐烦的心情。“抓”“捏”两个动词准确地写出了他接钱，数钱的熟练程度。这一连串的动作，十分形象生动地刻画出了康大叔凶残、贪婪的嘴脸。

而肖像描写是指对人物容貌、神情、姿态、服饰等外在特征的描写，它同样是刻画人物性格和心理的有力手段之一。成功的肖像描写能表现人物的社会地位，生活环境，思想情绪，提示人物的内心世界和性格特点。人的服饰也往往与人的性格、身份有关，能反映出一个人的追求、好恶。à 句就是对人物服饰的描写，属于肖像描写。句中虽然有动词“装”“放”“装”，但这并不表示别里科夫正在做着“装”“放”“装”这几个动作，有这样几种行为，而且作者也不是有意想通过这几个动词来揭示人物的性格特点或反映出人物的心理。事实上这几个动词也无法把“个人的性格、思想和目的”“人的最深刻方面”凸现出来。这一段描写和另一段? “穿上雨鞋，带着雨伞，而且一定穿着暖和的棉大衣”描写一样，都是对别里科夫服饰的描写，属于肖像描写的一个方面。课文第一部分作者正是运用这种夸张的语言，漫画式的勾勒来揭示别里科夫种种有形的套子及自愿入套的心理，因循守旧的性格。这种独特的肖像描写，显得幽默诙谐，令人忍俊不禁，具有强烈的讽刺意味，给人留下了极为深刻的印象。从某种意义上说，正是这种独特的肖像描写，奠定了别里科夫在世界文学画廊中的独特地位，使他超越国界，具有更广泛的典型意义。

我静静地坐在窗前，随手摆弄那本新日历，上面用粗体字工工整整地写着：二零零八年。我有点不敢相信，可扳着手指数，的的确确，我已经14岁了。

窗外是一片阴霾的天空，下着淅淅沥沥的小雨，我不禁想起记忆中童年的那片天空来：放眼望去是无尽的蓝，太阳在天空中放射着耀眼的光芒，一朵一朵的白云像棉花糖，而我像只自由的小鸟，在暖和的阳光下嬉戏、欢笑，似乎永远不会知道何谓烦恼、忧愁。

时光像缎子般滑过，在我毫无准备时，14岁溜进了我的生命，很快，我即将面对人生的转折点了。

我和妈妈走在街上，总有人指着我，用半带惊异半带感叹的口吻对妈妈说：“真快呀，都长这么大了。”

不知从何时起，妈妈也多了句口头禅：“你都这么大了……”

当我看动画片是，妈妈说：“上九年级了，还看动画片？”当我手忙脚乱地收拾摔碎的碗时，妈妈说：“都这么大的人了，还这么不小心？”当我懒在床上不想起来时，妈妈又说：“你也算半个大人了，怎么还赖床啊？”每时每刻，妈妈都在提醒我：你长大了！

于是，我憎恨起“长大”来。当妈妈再次提起那句烦人的口头禅时，我便愤怒地反抗，与她顶嘴。激烈的争吵之后，妈妈不说话了，我不知道当时她是什么样的表情，也不敢去看，甚至不敢想象。其实，我顶撞的话一出口，心里就有种酸酸的感觉：一种把最爱我的人伤害的深深的内疚感！

从那以后，我总能把这种内疚感仔细体味一番，我慢慢开始思考：我难道真的长大了吗？

也许是吧！因为，我快要和妈妈一样高了。我每天都要面对堆积如山的作业，偶尔也会思考人生……

可是，“长大”就意味着要拥有烦恼与忧愁吗？

于是，我试着改变，我学会了小心翼翼地做事，我学会了早早的起床，我学会了听爸爸妈妈的话，我学会了在家里承担起自己的那份责任，自然，我也学会了从容面对妈妈的那句口头禅。

很快，妈妈脸上表现出的伤心与失望悄悄隐去了，浮现的是期待与安慰。她用眼神告诉我：孩子，你真的长大了。

没错，我想我体会到了“成长”的含义；不仅是外形的改变，更是心灵的成熟；不仅是学会独立，更学会承担责任；不只有烦恼和忧愁，更多的是惊喜与快乐，为长高而惊喜，为独立而快乐……

有人说，14岁是一个忧伤的年纪，我说就像花儿经过风雨的洗礼开得更艳一样，14岁也会越过忧伤，绽放它独特的光彩。

望向窗外，我惊奇地发现阴霾退去了，一缕金色的阳光照射进来，天又变得那么蓝，一朵朵棉花糖似的白云又飘了过来。一只小鹰在天空自由飞翔，外表虽透着些稚气，但能清楚地感受到它的翅膀是那么有力，表现出自信和坚强。我想，它正全力摆脱依赖，逐渐走向成熟，迎接它的将是美好的未来！

特点一：整体性

句子的整体性：即能表达单独的、完整的思想。

Eg. Born in a small town in South China in the early 50s, he grew up to be a famous musician.

【分析】这个句子表达了两层思想：1. Born in a small town出生在一个小镇 2. grew up to be a musician.长大成为了音乐家。这个句子应该分成两句来写。除此之外，还需要增加一些信息来连接两层思想。

【提升】He was born in a small town in South China in the early 50s. In his childhood he liked to sing. Later he entered a music conservatory. In the 70s, he grew up to be an accomplished musician.

特点二：连贯性

句子的连贯性：即能清晰地连接句子的各个部分，没有虚假的平行结构，没有指代不请的代词，没有不清晰的句内关系。

Eg. Upon entering the classroom, the students stood up and said, "good morning!"

【分析】这个句子从语法来讲是正确的，但是句内关系不清楚，到底谁进入了教室？

【提升】When the teacher entered the classroom, the students stood up and said, "good morning!"

Eg. Elizabeth and I enjoy walking, to ski, travel and teaching university students.

【分析】这个句子的连贯性较差，可以利用平行结构来体现连贯性。

【提升】Elizabeth and I enjoy walking, skiing, traveling and teaching university students.

特点三：准确性

句子的准确性指句子内部没有不准确的，不必要的词。

Eg. He returned in the early part of the month of August.

【分析】这个句子感觉有故意写长之嫌，需要精简。

【提升】He returned in early August.

特点四：重点突出

好的句子应该重点突出，词的选择，词的重复都有助于句子的重点突出。

Eg. When the bank robbers entered the bank they yelled, "dont move!"

【分析】这个句子比较平淡，可以修改一下动词。

【提升】When the bank robbers rushed into the bank they yelled, "dont move!"

特点五：语法正确，句式多变

句式多变指句子长短结合。如果全篇都是复杂的长难句，文章读起来会晦涩难懂，并且有挑衅阅卷人之嫌。反之，全篇都是短句，感觉有侮辱阅卷人之感。

Eg. Daisy, who was the first-year student of college, would go to a par near her school every day in morning, she would bring a small recorder with her, in park she would find quiet corner and listen to a tape of English stories.

【分析】这个句子不仅仅存在语法问题，另外还有完整性，准确性问题。

【提升】Daisy, a first-year college student, enjoys studying in the park near her school. Each morning she brings a small recorder, finds a quiet corner in the park, and listens to a tape of English stories.
