大家早上好!今天，我国旗下讲话的题目是《热爱劳动是一种美德》。

同学们，今年的五一假期刚刚过去。提起“五一”，不知大家首先想到的是“五一假期”还是“五一劳动节”。这里我要说，劳动教育是人生必修课，良好的劳动习惯对于我们少年儿童的成长具有非常重要的意义。

首先，如果一个孩子，如果不爱劳动，自然就缺乏劳动的体验。说实话，同学们之中谁能真正理解和感受到“汗滴禾下土”“粒粒皆辛苦”的涵义?你们能体会到爸爸妈妈赚钱的不容易吗?要知道我们每天吃的、穿的、用的都是爸爸和妈妈用劳动换来的呀!

其次，劳动的过程也是实践的过程。学习的主要目的是为了应用和创造。如果我们没有好的劳动习惯，我们学到的知识就难以运用到生活中去。更谈不上应用和创造了。

第三，劳动对于培养每个人的健康人格也具有很重要的作用。研究发现：第一、儿童劳动时间越长，独立性越强;第二，儿童从事劳动的时间越长，越有利于形成勤劳节俭的好品德。我们从小干家务，可以培养我们吃苦耐劳、珍惜劳动成果、珍重家庭亲情、尊重他人等品质，我们长大以后自然比那些“衣来伸手、饭来张口”的孩子更有出息。

我们要热爱劳动，就需要把劳动变成一种习惯，如果养成了这种好习惯，劳动就成了一个愉快而自然的过程。我国著名相声演员冯巩，小时候家里很穷，但他非常懂事，经常帮助母亲料理家务，冬天顶着凛冽的寒风出去捡煤核儿，逆境的磨炼造就了他自强不息，矢志不移的性格。

劳动可以造就一个人，不爱劳动则难成人。经过老师们的了解与调查，不少同学经常在家帮助父母干家务，做一些象洗衣服、刷碗、摘菜、买东西、打扫卫生、整理房间等一些这些力所能及的事情。但是，也不排除有些同学吃饭用叫、吃完撂下碗筷抹嘴就走现象，不排除晚上让父母铺床，早晨让父母叠被现象，不排除父母偶尔支使点活、马上小嘴撅起老高现象。同学们，上帝为我们创造大脑，是要我们靠自己的本事生存;上帝赋予我们双手，是要我们靠自己的双手劳动。劳动增长见识，劳动是快乐的。我们要时刻牢记胡锦涛爷爷的教导，“以辛勤劳动为荣、以好逸恶劳为耻”;我们要持之以恒，真正从内心把劳动当做自己生活中必须要做的一件事情来看待。

最后，我希望孩子们尊重每一个劳动的人。劳动最光荣，劳动的人最美。无论是白领还是农民工，无论是科学家还是清洁工，他们都是光荣的劳动者，都应该得到我们的尊重。

相信，只要大家愿意去做，一定能从劳动中获得许多快乐，同时也获得许多做人的道理。请同学们记住：热爱劳动是一种美德。让我们都来热爱劳动，热爱生活吧!

现在很多家长越来越重视对孩子进行挫折教育，家长们尝试通过各样方式来提高孩子们应付挫折的能力，这对父母来说，是做父母的有远见、爱孩子的表现，对孩子来说也是提升自已能力重要表现。挫折是人面对一件事反映在人身上或内心的一种无可柰可的体验，这种不一样的感觉可能会出现焦虑、难过等。在人的一生，难免会遇到各种挫折，不同的人对挫折会有不同的态度和反应，有的人会退缩畏畏不前，有的人则会更加坚定信念勇往直前。然而这种对挫折感受程度差异性情况的出现，与一个人的精神面貌、知识经验和心理准备是有着很大关系。

做家长无不疼爱自已的孩子，虽然不同的家长的教育的方式也不尽相同，但是殊途同归。家长们在对待幼儿挫折教育的问题上会有哪些方法和技巧呢?做家长们的又如何对自已孩子进行挫折教育呢?这些都是当下做家长所要面临和解决的问题。

第一，家长在对孩子进行挫折教育，首先要意识到幼儿期是个体个性形成的关键时期，有意识地让孩子品尝一些生活的磨难和挫折，正确指引孩子，让孩子懂得人生的道路并不是一帆风顺的，而是坎坷的，要学会在挫折中接受教育，这对培养他们吃苦耐劳的精神、独立意识、应付困难的勇气和心理承受能力，是十分必要的。

第二，要了解挫折教育是贯穿在每一天中的，要注意那些小细节或小事，因为那些在成人看起来是不起眼的小事进行，很好教育孩子，让孩子学会应对挫折。

第三，家长可以有意识地创设情境让孩子得到各方面的锻炼，即让幼儿参与到各种活动中，在体验中学会克服困难、战胜挫折。苏格拉底对待打破玻璃的孩子的做法是：让犯错误的孩子独自呆在房子中，让其体验寒冷、体验孤独，使其发现自己的错误继而改正。

第四，父母既要有把孩子至于艰苦和困难中的勇气，又要有引导孩子走出挫折和困惑的耐心。一方面家长要注意帮助孩子获得战胜困难的成功体验，从而提高“自我效能感”的水平，增强自信;另一方面，要让孩子明白，有些挫折的产生无法通过个人的主观努力来阻挡、回避。对待它们，我们要教孩子合理运用一些心理防卫机制来保持健康的心理状态。比如孩子长得黑且受人嘲笑，家长就可以安慰孩子：“皮肤黑更健康呀，我觉得你也很可爱。”

第五，家长对孩子应有适度的期望和正确的评价。过高的期望会使孩子对自己的能力预计不足或对困难没有足够的心理准备，从而产生强烈的受挫感，对自己失去信心。要注意从孩子自身的特点出发制定适度的目标，使孩子有足够的勇气面对困难，努力取得成功。

在对孩子进行挫折教育中，任何事情无论孩子做事是取得成功还是失败，都要给予孩子正确的评价，使孩子知道什么是正确的，什么是错误的，哪些是美的，哪些是丑的，要指出孩子存在的不足和错误，错在哪里，要如何去努力去改进，使孩子逐渐明白是非标准，提高心理承受力和抗压力，从容能够应对生活中的各种挫折。

第六，要使孩子对挫折有更强的承受力，家长要自己冷静、客观、积极对待生活中的各种事情，不能在孩子面前即使遇到了很大的麻烦和困难，也不要轻易在孩子面前表现出消极颓丧的情绪，以免让孩子形成一个坏的模范。

时隔几十年，祖国没有忘记他们，人民永远怀念他们。他们用实际行动告诉我们：辛勤劳动光荣，以自觉的行动树起劳动光荣、热爱劳动的道德风范。其次，全体检察干警要抵制各种错误思想腐蚀，筑牢拒腐防变思想堤坝。“忧劳可以兴国，逸豫可以亡身”。在当今经济大潮的冲击下，各种腐败现象不断膨胀和漫延，使得检察人员也面临了形形色色的考验，我们要向先进典型方工、吴顺海、刘邦闹学习，清正廉洁，在工作、生活各方面严格要求自己，防微杜渐，在纷繁复杂的形势面前，经受住金钱、权力、人情和各种利益的考验和诱惑，用辛勤劳动的汗水去洗刷思想污垢，鄙弃追求享乐、贪图安逸的错误思想行为，做为人民群众谋利益的典范，使自己永远配得上人民检察官的光荣称号。第三，要进一步坚持勇于探索改革、不断开拓创新的作风。检察工作要改革，要发展，是要付出艰苦的劳动的。我们要努力克服目前少数干警中存在的安于现状、精神不振、不思进取、得过且过、不注意学习新知识、不认真开拓工作新局面、靠老办法、老经验“吃饭”等不良习性，使全体干警都振奋精神，不断提高学习与工作自觉性，拓宽视野，尊重客观规律，积极探索检察工作发展的新观念、新思想、新 路子、新机制，使检察工作不断适应新形势大发展。

无法考证是谁总结出这句真理——“减肥，女人一辈子要做的功课”。在身边大概有三种整天减肥的：一是身高体重的确不成正比甚至发展下去会影响健康的；二是不肥但挺有肉，说白了就是不够苗条纤细；三是已经芦柴棒了还不知足对镜自怜想再瘦下去的，简直就是“欠扁型”。打量自己，好像并不算太胖，（抑或只是一种自欺欺人的自我宽慰？），应该算第二种吧。在年复一年日复一日以瘦为美的宗旨的倡导之下，在意志力一次次溃败成泥又复固若金汤的折腾之下，上帝保佑，阿门，我的体重始终维持在标准线上下，并没有变得更胖，当然，也没有丝毫会瘦下来的迹象。心有不甘，于是便在黄瓜西红柿下肚后，咬着牙挺过了四十五分钟的健身操训练之后，疲劳掺杂着饥饿度过难眠之夜，轻声的和上帝对话：让我瘦点儿，更瘦点吧！

其实我的所有不可理喻的愚蠢举动都是事出有因的，乍暖还寒早春二月里，只要随手翻开任何一本时尚杂志的封面，轻薄的衣裙裹着s型曲线，若隐若现的肌肤，加上极具煽动性的语言，让自己感觉再多吃一口都是罪人，再不运动都是十恶不赦。没有办法，无论当季时尚指向哪，无论是复古奢华还是曼妙轻纱，有一点是万变不离其宗的，那就是瘦。如果不信，就请看看那些不识好歹喊着要以胖为美口号的人们，在来自四面八方的口水和白眼攻击之下，销声匿迹速度之快，你也便能心领神会：瘦，有多么的深入人心。

由此来看，我猜测李清照不算大美女，但因为瘦便显得格外的别致、风雅，值得回味。

于女人，于每个追求更完美的女人，在孜孜不倦追逐瘦的过程中，只是饥饿与虚荣相互斗争的小游戏。所以请你，请你以后再看到身边的小女人们那样勤勤恳恳孜孜以求为着瘦身这根挂在驴子跟前儿永远不可触及的胡萝卜而奋发向上殚精竭虑时，不要再笑话她们吧，因为纤瘦只是一个熠熠生辉却遥不可及的理想，只是女人永远惆怅又永远无法平息的幻想。

殊不知，在漫漫的生命长河中，有一种力量叫做希望。它可以让人在一度绝望以后，新的希望又在泪水的灌溉下，慢慢的滋生发芽了。新的希望使我看到了曙光，我源于枯竭的那些希望，像浸了水的黄豆一样开始膨胀﹑发芽了。但也是这一丁点的光亮，在人的心上像一个太阳，照亮了世界，温暖了全身，也许就是凭借着股热力和光明来生活的呀！

例如，着名企业家甘布士的故事。就是告诉我们在任何处境下都要怀抱希望，向着希望前进，将希望进行到底。他也说过：他的经验之谈便是不放弃任何一个哪怕只有万分之一可能的机会。

有一年的圣诞节前夕，甘布士要搭火车去外地，但事先没有买好车票。因为是圣诞前夕，到外地去度假的人很多，因此火车票很难买到。妻子打电话到车站询问，但没有票。所以无奈地回家对他说：很抱歉，没能买到票。售票员说有人退票的希望只有万分之一。甘步士听到妻子的话后，马上开始收拾行装准备出发。面对妻子不解的目光，他说：我去碰碰运气，如果没有人退票，我就当是提着行李去散步了。甘布士欣然提了行李赶到车站。在车站里，他开始等待。可是等了好久，一直没人退票。甘布士仍然耐心等待。就在火车还有5分钟就要开时，一个女人匆忙来退票，因为她家里有急事，只得改期。于是甘布士如愿以偿，搭上了火车。

生活中，我们缺少的往往就是这种等待、这份耐心和勇气。即使希望之后的结果常常是失望，也应该重新鼓起勇气和决心。就像甘布士把失败说成提着行李去散步，那是一种怎样积极的心态啊。如果他在失败之后就去抱怨命运，便不再去争取生命中许许多多的万分之一的希望，也就不能获得事业的成功了。

更多的时候，我们缺少的恰恰是为了万分之一的希望去拼搏、去追求的信心，看似不可能便放弃了。我们也会常常嘲笑身边那些为了不可能实现的梦想而痴心奋斗的人们，笑他们的愚蠢和不明智。可是想想因为目标遥远抑或困难重重而放弃希望的我们，到了最后一无所获，不是更应该被嘲笑吗？成功绝非偶然，虽然有时看似简单，但我们不曾注意的地方，却很少想别人曾怎样为了这万分之一的希望而付出辛苦的汗水和智慧。

希望就是力量，有了希望便会有成功的可能。成功和失败之间，其实只隔着一颗充满希望的心！所以，将希望进行到底，便可成功。

But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and wanderde on the street for a while,hungry. There has been a long time since I came back from Hainan―wowhainan is such a wonderful place that I will never forget it .It‘s really a good place where gave me a rather good impression. I feel so wonderful during the journey as I have experienced a lot of things for the first time.

In January 7th ---the first day of my journey the fluttering snowflakes diffused over Changzhou. I first took the train to shanghai then took the plane to Hainan in Pudong airport. Although it’s my second time to take plane I felt even more excited than the first time. When flying I found that I was flying over the cloud of different types and colors. The sky is also brighter and clearer than that I had ever seen. Soon we arrived in Meilan airport in Haikou the climate is totally different from that in Changzhou It was warm there and we could see coconut trees everywhere.

After 3 days competition I went to BoAo where is famous for its forum. It was my first time to experience the sea and the beach in the sunshine. When sitting on the cruise I could clearly see the ocean waves pushing the windows of the cruise. It seemed that I was surrounded by the waves and the crystal water. I felt as if a fish which had been living in the sea happily. Then we land on the beach. The sand on the beach was so soft that it was cosy to lie on the beach. I tried searching for the shells on the beach but failed. The beach was totally different from what I heard before as there was nothing except footsteps on the beach. In the afternoon I played football on beach and scored a goal with my new friends from all around China. It was really interesting and challenging.

The next day I went to Haikou. I first visited the tomb of Hairui an officer in Qing dynasty who was famous for rectitude. I think he should be the role model of every person. In the afternoon I went to the geological park of volcano. A lot of stones of different shapes came into views. When arriving the top of the park it seemed that the while city was under my view. Also I had seen plenty of interesting and rare types of the plants. I also got into a small hole in the park it is said that the hold was exactly the original hole where maqma came from. But the volcano had stopped from erupting for thousands of years.

I can’t forget this trip not only does it give me a lot of joy knowledge and good memory but also it give me a chance to make friends with people from different fart in China. By enjoying the excellent scenery I think I have fallen in love with this beautiful city. I will cherish this experience.
