第三天我们就开始军训，１４天的军训生活让我学会了很多。

军训，最难忘的是连长的歌唱得很好听，还有就是晚上十几个营的娃娃坐在一起拉歌。大家就像是一家人！这首先教会了我和同学和睦相处。因为太认真，不会学别人偷懒，所以我的脚在训练时候磨破了，腿也拉伤了。其实我不在意这点小痛，虽然我是女生……我明白，长大的过程是痛苦的。就像蚕化茧，茧化蝶一样痛苦。这又教会了我坚强和诚实。

记得军训前一天晚上首长安排的任务：每人写一份军训决心书！我就说其实我挺害怕的，因为有听哥哥姐姐们说过军训很苦。不过我不会当逃兵的，我会好好配合连长，认真学习每个动作。我决心挑战自己！结果我真的做到了，虽然最后因为个子低被刷掉了，但我还是被评上了优秀个人。我很骄傲！不仅是因为这个奖，更是因为我学会了勇敢面对，而不是以前那样只是逃避。

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. 每个人都有自己的大学生活及目标，有打算考研的、有计划考公务员的也有想办公司自己当老板的···而我的想法是在大学毕业前创建自己的团队，毕业之时不用忙于去找工作，而是和我的团队一起去奋斗，一起去闯天下。也许这个想法，很多人认为很荒诞，都说是空想。说大学生总是爱想些不现实的东西，也许对一些人是这样吧！学姐，学长们都说大学比较松，没人管，需要很强的自制力！说，大一的学生都是玩的！开始不信，现在不得不信！在自己身上验证了这个说法，课很少，没事就是玩，那天突然被点击了一下，才意识到自己犯了多大的错误，这样玩，去荒废时间，差点就忘本了！来大学要清楚自己是干什么的，有自己的目的，谁都爱玩，可是现在不是玩的时候，如果这样玩下去，后果可想而知，没有卖后悔药的！辛苦了十多年终于进入了大学，如果四年就这样荒废，，恐怕不只是对不住自己了！现在应该要有个好的规划了，去畅想——唱响，我的大学生活。

我的学校 My School

Myname is Tom Lee. I am fourteen. I study at No. 4 ICT School, not a very bigschool. There are about six hundred students in my school. There is only onebuilding in our school, but we have a very big playground. There are tencomputer labs and one library in the building, and there are many computerbooks in the library. We often go there in the afternoon.

我的名字是汤姆李。我十四岁。我在第二通信学校学习，不是非常大的一个学校。在我学校大约有六百名学生。我们学校只有一栋楼，但是我们有一个非常大的操场。在楼里面有十间电脑室和一个图书馆，图书馆里也有很多计算机的书籍。我们经常在下午去那里。

Weare busy every day. We have four classes in the morning, and two in theafternoon.

ICTis my favorite subject and our ICT teachers are very patient and helpful. I amgood at ICT, but bad in history.

通信是我最喜欢的学科而且我们学学校的通信老师是很有耐心也很乐于助人的。我的通信学得很好，但是历史则学得不好。

时光飞逝，岁月如梭。没想到大学生活就这么结束了。虽然只有短短的三年，回首这三年，曾有过渴望、有过追求、有成功也有失败，在这个过程中我不断地挑战自我，充实自我，为我的未来下了坚实的基 础。科大锻造了我自强不息的意志和傲笑苍穹的理想，带给我这么多真诚重情义的朋友，更教导我许多做人的道理。

带着梦想走进了大学，来到大学，为了提高自己的能力，锻炼自己，我积极的参加学校一些部门的招新。由于初次走上大学的讲台，面对着并不认识的学长学姐们多少还是有些许紧张，说话都不流利了，经过几次的各部门轮番面试之后也就可以很清楚，很明确的表达我所想表达的意思了。最后有幸成为了校心理协会的一员，在协会的两年经过不断地努力和提升自己，终于在最后担任了了校心理协会会长一职，组织同学积极的参加各种活动，全方面的锻炼了自己。

另一方面我热爱自己的专业，上课认真听讲，课后复习巩固。有很强的进取心。求学态度严谨，能吃苦耐劳，注重培养自己的独立思考能力，学术上有钻研精神。两年的学习中不断的进步，终于在第二年为自己取得了奖学金。我不固步自封，因循守旧，不为今日所取得的一点点成绩而沾沾自喜而是不断地进行总结，从而使自己能不断地向前发展进步。

对待自己，我时时刻刻以品德至上来要求自己。无论何时何地，我都奉行严于律己，宽以待人的信条，并切实地遵行它：待人热情诚恳，讲求诚信；平时友爱同学，尊师重道，乐于助人；与同学发生矛盾、误会时，能首先从自己身上找原因并主动与对方进行沟通。回顾这几年年，我很高兴在同学有困难的时候能够帮助他们相对的，在我有困难的时候同学也无私地向我伸出了援手；尊师重道，使我学很多知识，也与很多老师成为了良师益友；经常自我反省，宽容他人，使我多了很多的朋友。

在学校这两年，大一时的军训，我们留下了汗水却教会我们果敢干练、雷厉风行的办事作风。大二时的各种实训，让我们学到了关于药品制剂与检验的各种知识，学到了身为一名检验制剂人员应该对自己岗位严谨、踏实、负责任的态度。现如今大三的医院实习使我课本上的知识更加灵活的使用在实践当中。

每一段旅途都会带动一个人成长，教会一个人生活，现在的自己，不再像刚入大学是那么稚嫩，不在遇到困难就会责备老天的不公平，我也学会了一个人勇敢地面对新的环境，面对各种挫折时能做到从容不迫，偶尔获得的成功也不会因此而沾沾自喜，也不会因为出身贫寒而自卑，因为我懂得了一个道理：人不分高低贵贱，关键在于自己的心态与付出的努力。

During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15.

工作日我很忙，因为我要去学校。早上我通常是6点半起床然后洗漱。之后，我6点50吃早餐。

Now, I can go to school and come home by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have my lunch at home. I study Chinese, math, English and some other subjects at school. At night, I can watch TV or play computer. But I have to finish my homework first. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m..

现在，我可以自己一个人去学校，自己回家。我早上有四节课，下午有三节课。中午我在家吃午饭。在学校我要学语文，数学，英语还有一些其他课程。晚上，我可以看电视或者玩电脑。但是我必须先完成作业，晚上我通常是10点睡觉。

Every family has a lot of housework.I think its our duty to help our parents do some housework.i often help my parents wash the dishes,clean the room and make the bed.I think Ive learned how to take care of myself and my family by doing housework.It can make me happy,too.And doing housework is also a kind of exercise.

The summer holiday is coming.Im going to do some shopping and water the flowers every week.I will learn how to cook delicious dishes,too.I think ill have a busy and happy holiday.

九月送走了炎热的夏季，迎来了凉爽的秋季。秋季是一个收获的季节，农民收获了粮食，各种鸟类收获了自己爱情的结晶，花草收获了生命的种子……世界万物各有收获，当然高中毕业生也有他们的收获，他们收获了属于自己的大学生活。

大学的生活总是令人憧憬、令人向往。大学在很多高中生心中是一个神圣的地方，未来进入心目中的大学，努力拼搏，挑灯夜战。可是，当他们真正进入大学的时候，却会发现大学并不是想象中的简单。

刚刚进入大学，我也曾认为大学是无暇、纯洁的，也是自由的。但自从在"开学典礼报告会"之后，我明白了大学并不是从前我想的那么简单。看似平淡却暗流涌动，看似平淡却充满竞争的残酷。在"开学典礼报告会"上，领导曾说过这样一句话："大学其实是最可耻的。当你旷课的时候，没人会劝你，提醒你，当然老师也不会提醒你，他只会默默地把你的名字记上。你以为旷课、迟到、早退没有什么关系，老师也不问，领导也不会问。但到学期结束之时，你的学分少于60分，挂科之时，你便会知道这学校有多可耻，多黑暗。"所以，我在大学不会自由散漫，我会时刻牢记，我来大学的初衷。

大学自然也有它的纯洁之处。图书馆是一个学校最纯洁的地方，我最喜欢图书馆。图书馆中有各种各样的书，读书最能静心，也最能驱赶人内心的贪欲。所以我最喜欢去图书馆。每当心中有所贪欲、有所不平，我便会到图书馆看看书，看过书之后，心情大好，心里如水般轻盈剔透，贪欲、不平也便悄然而逝。

刚进入大学因为无事所干，每天都到图书馆看书，到后花园采采风，这种生活无聊却也惬意。不过，这种生活不能永远持续，要不然我来大学有什么用。正好，两天之后令我们开心又有所畏惧的大学军训便开始了。

说军训令我们开心，是因为我们刚到一个陌生的环境，不希望立刻开始学习文化课。我们需要一个循序渐进的过程，说到畏惧军训，是因为要在大太阳下面晒，还要站军姿，练习动作，这些便是我们畏惧、芥蒂之处。但无论怎么样我都认为军训是必要的，这是一次人生经历，每个人都不应该错过。

军训之后，便会接触文化课了，心里不免会有些害怕，害怕会学不好，不过我相信自己，一定可以的！在以后的日子里我不会贪图享受大学的安逸，我会好好学习，积极参加学校的各项活动来锻炼自己，不会辜负这来之不易的大学生活。

It has been two years since I first got to university. Some of my classmates say that the college life is boring, because they have plenty of time but do not know what to do. However, from my point of view, the campus life in college is interesting and colorful as long as you make it meaningful.
