Thirdly, dont invade your roommates privacy. Everyone has their own secrets and eccentricities. We should not search roommates privacy. Fourthly, participate in dormitory’s collective activities actively. The activities of the dormitory is not only a simple activity, but also a way to contact with each other to share feelings. Dont be naive to think collective activity as boring and useless action which wastes time and money, and showing a pair of disparaging appearance for company. In fact, its all emotional investment, and indispensable.

Fifth, provide help and ask for help. Good roommate relationships is based on mutual help. When roommates meet with difficulties, we should voluntarily help. That’s obvious. 2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

Everyone is longing for happiness. But what is happiness? Different people have different opinions to happiness. I will lose my appetite for the delicious food, and have no strength to go outside to play with my friends. While a long vacation will give me affluent time to do the things I want to. If I can spend my time to do the things I want instead of homework, I definitely will be very happy. I really love traveling; I plan to go to Tibet on next long vacation. To see the beautiful scenes of the different places can broaden my horizon and enrich my life experience. “大学”一个莘莘学子们梦寐以求的地方，也是无数人通往理想道路的阶梯，对于这个大学，我也曾做过无数次的幻想，在幻想中描绘出了一幅幅宏伟壮丽的人生蓝图，在蓝图中大学就是一座金碧辉煌的殿堂。

曾也听一些朋友谈论起大学生活，有的说在大学里能学到许多的知识，并且在面对突发事件时，处理起来也要相对的成熟，理性一些。有的说大学就像是一个游乐园，到了大学之后我一定要好好痛痛快快的玩一场，以前都太束缚了，都不能够放松自己。等等……听了这么多的谈论，而我心中的大学生活却并不能与他们言同，至少在我心中的大学生活应该是像大鹏展翅一样，在天空中自由翱翔和舒展抱负的。可朋友们却并不这样的认为，他们还给了我一个似是而非的答案，说大学生活是很“无聊”的，这是我所听到的唯一震撼我，也使我懵懂不明了的答案，然后就有点开始糊涂了，难道我梦寐以求的就只是他们所说的“无聊”而已的大学生活吗，带着这个未知答案的问题，我就这样进入了大学，开始探寻着它的答案。

刚开学的第一天，感受着学长，学姐们热情的帮助，也看见许多以前学校同学的笑语相迎，这使得我落空的心里在陌生的地方寻到了一些温暖的气息。接下来的什么院上、系上的部门开始招新，我为了能够锻炼自己的胆量去尝试了一下，虽然是无功而返，但是心里却有了一种说不清倒不明的东西在涌动，这种感觉让我的心里很充实。

在学业上，刚开始有一点困难可是经过自己的努力奋斗，困难也不在像以前那样困难了，而且老师还教会了我们许多的东西。不知怎地，总感觉自己所学到的好像并不只是书本上那一些知识而已，好像还在精神领域的某个地方得到了启发。当我回家与妈妈共同探讨未来时，妈妈便说我“你已不在是以前的你，大学还真是大学呀”，我虽并不是很明白她的意思，可是从妈妈的话语中，我能够体会到自己已经成熟了许多，思考问题也全面了许多。

在人际关系方面，或许刚开始时和同学们不太熟悉，有许多的地方大家都不知道怎么避免，但是经过一个月的相处，和同学们也建立起了一种新型的关系，也不像刚来时那样关系很紧张了，在同学们面前也能够大胆的表现出自己。和以前的老朋友之间也是不用言语就能明白的，彼此之间也不像以前那样不懂人情世故，动不动就和朋友发脾气，现在有的只是能和老朋友在一起聊聊天，谈谈心里的面的苦闷，就已经是很快乐的事情了，这使得我们之间的那份友情更加的难能可贵。

在这仅仅不到两个月的大学生活当中，我学会了很多，无论是在精神方面、学业方面、还是在人际关系方面，都得到了很大的提高，我不知道这算不算是大学给我的收获，也在这明明之中找到了自己最初想要寻找的答案。

首先是要确立目标和计划，放远目光。古人有“志当存高远”，毛泽东也有“风物长宜放眼量”。没有目标便没有前进的努力方向，也毫无动力可言。计划目标，又可分为近期和远期。如近期我要看完多少本书，这一个月我要学懂什么知识，假期有什么实践打算等等。远期的如：争取毕业前拿到自考文凭，人际关系网应该多大，实践能力应有达到怎样的程度等等。而且，目标的实现又是一个个小怒表实现的连贯过程。如一天记5个单词，到考前便可记到很多。但，这需要坚持和毅力。

第二，是要放远眼光，是指不被暂时的情绪和心情所拖所沉溺，要成就大事业，就必须大事抓紧，小事放松。如，不要被上网玩游戏等所带来的满足感所一直沉溺，孰不知，暂时满足的背后的更大的空虚。相信大家都有这种体会。

第三是树立就业危机感。我们总是在怪自己自己控力不强，没有上进的动力。孰不知是自己的意识上没有清醒。有人会说：“爱情是学习的动力”或“家境贫穷的学习的动力”等等。其实，从直接意义上来说，就业危机感才是也应该是我们上进的动力。我自己常想自己毕业以后究竟能干什么？又多从报纸杂志上看到目前就业形势的异常严峻，所以心里很是后怕。有人说目前找工作：要么有关系，要么有文凭，要么有才能（技能）。而我们呢？文凭，只是大专；关系，相信在坐的大部都没有什么关系。所以，我们唯一的出路便是要有什么才能。而这，就要问问自己：你学到了什么，你掌握了什么？现在的问题不是我们不知道学什么，而是我们不想学。

第四，是要学知识与发展能力并举。以前是重知识而轻能力，但现在不同了，恰相反，由于社会上影响，文凭要求的适当下降，所以现在的很多大学生纷纷跑出外面找兼职。如果他们是在不影响学习的前提下去的，那没话说，反而应该提倡。但他们有些不是，为了一份端菜的服务生工作，不惜请假旷颗，晚自习也不上。我身边就有这样的现象。现在，出现了这样一种错位思潮，就是，在职的机关企业工作人员，纷纷利用业余时间”充电“，而在校的大学生们却纷纷跑到社会兼职。我觉的应该纠正这种思潮，归位。

Classes begin at 7:50 am. I have five classes in the morning. In the afternoon, I have three classes. We study many subjects. They are English, art, history, biology and some other subjects. My favorite subject is English. It’s easy and interesting. I like P.E. and music, too. Our P.E. teacher is very funny. But I don’t like history at all. I think it’s difficult and boring.

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!

感激不如意的成绩，感激令人疲惫的体能训练，感激父母的唠唠叨叨，感激即将到来的中考……这些曾经都是“抱怨清单”的住户，如今却在我的“感恩清单”上居住，并且是永驻!

今年暑假去了广州，开学的时候才回来。离开喧嚣的城市来到嘉园，一切都显得那么的平静、那么的安详，它使我忘记了暑假时候的心烦意乱。大学校园就是这么的静谧，静静的林阴小道，静静的小山，静静的周溪河。有时候静也使得我体会到大学生活别有的那番韵味。真的算不错的啊!

大学生活是清醒的忙乱，签到、整理内务、上课、参加课外活动，环环紧凑，有条不紊，也许这就是大学生活。还有你可以参加很多的活动。除了日常的活动以外，当然有自己的私人活动了。

有一种说法是“小学生是一班班的，中学生是一堆堆的，大学生是一对对的。”这个观点我是很认同的。我班里的一些人都认定我有女朋友了。其实我没有的。我只有一个比较要好的女性的朋友。我把她的相片发过给我的高中同学看过，她们都说是个美人来的。其实我倒是不觉得她很美丽，我觉得她是很可爱的那种类型的女孩子。托尔斯泰说过：“人并不是因为美丽才可爱，而是因为可爱才美丽。”我觉得在我青春跳动的心里，在灵魂深处有了轻轻的爱的萌动。但我很没用，我什么都没有表示，只是默默的关心着她罢了!

在一般人看来，我是一个相对算是比较安静的人。其实，我也喜欢动的，我喜欢让青春的脉搏在舞曲欢快的节拍中跳动，让自己陶醉于英语角的欢声笑语中，平常我也会一有时间就爬爬山，跑跑步，有时候逛街也能让我不亦乐乎。或许大学生活就是如此的轻松与无忧无虑。时间过的真的是很快，离放假的日子又只有两个月的时间了。现在的心中有点神经质的紧张。

我假期内虽不曾去旅游，可宅在家内的生活，也是百般有趣!
