heres my daily routine.i get up at 6:30 every morning.i take my time

暑假补课有是什么稀奇的，我们训练!扔掉空调、雪糕、电风扇，巨热的34℃训练场里来个“汗蒸 ”。

起初，我们的教练让我们体会到了“ 求生不得，求死不能”，每一个人都知道了自己在体育方面的严重不足。回到家里，直接洗洗睡。我们开始叫苦叫累，这疼那疼。家长们似乎都十分心疼，但是还是纵容教练“虐杀”我们。

小腿抽筋，摔伤骨折，奔跑崴脚。过了一天，依旧回来，再战!

大汗淋漓，汗流浃背，小儿科。挥汗如雨，汗流如柱才像我们训练的艰苦样。休息之余，有些同学甚至画起了“人体彩绘”，不过染料不是五彩缤纷的红橙黄绿青蓝紫，而是他们自己的汗水。

疼啊，疼啊，我们咬着牙坚持着;热啊，热啊，我们还是咬牙坚持着;苦啊，苦啊，我们依旧咬牙坚持着。

是的，我们挺过来了。

一个多月的艰苦训练，让每一个人都感到疲惫。但是身体的素质也在潜移默化中提升。除此之外，我们这些在一起受苦的同学们的关系也像惊蛰后的春笋，一点一点的提高;根，在一点点的深。

努力就有回报，坚持就是胜利，忍住才是王道。从体育白痴到一口气跑一千五百多米，不容易。

汗水可以打湿我们的衣服，疼痛不可以抹杀我们的信念。

初中三年，又多了灿烂的一页。

这个暑假训练是他人不可逾越的，因为他不同寻常。

对于我这个小军迷来说，从小我就最向往两件事：一、能坐一次飞机。二、能去一次中国人民革命军事博物馆。暑假的北京游，终于实现了我的愿望。

那天来到虹桥机场近距离见到飞机的心情真是兴奋啊！左侧的停机坪上是一架中国东方航空的A330客机，机身刷着白色的涂装，还环绕着“红色条带”，尾翼和翼翘上都印着东航的标志。真没想到飞机能有这么大，平时见惯了天空中的“小飞机”，现在变得那么大，感觉真有些不可思议。只是天气不好，云层遮住了太阳，看上去机身显得黯淡无光，连拍出来的照片也不怎么好看，当时还真有些小失望。

最为激动地就是飞机在天空飞行了。中午12时整，飞机像大鸟一样从地面一跃而起，不一会儿就钻入云雾之中。透过舷窗向外看，机翼披上了一件白羽纱，薄薄地云层掠过窗户，机翼时隐时现。真有种奇妙之感。渐渐地，窗外似乎变亮了些，淡淡的几缕黄色的阳光透过云层照在机翼上，心想：大概要见到太阳了吧？刹那间，广阔的蓝天展现在我的眼前，机腹下方，是云山，山峰一个接一个，有高有低，连绵起伏，好似：“五岭逶迤腾细浪。”四周的云海翻腾着浪花，拍打着山头。远看那山顶云雾缭绕，如诗如画，在阳光的照射下，机翼闪出光泽，反射出太阳耀眼的光茫，真有种翱翔蓝天之感，令人美不胜收，心情也舒畅了。

飞机总算体验过了，总之还是高铁坐得舒服，飞机引擎轰鸣声真让人受不了，也挺佩服那些飞行员的，实在了不起，都说：“不到长城非好汉。”其实，我只想去参观中国人民革命军事博物馆。

站在广场门口，第一眼看到的便是一辆辆摆放整齐的各式坦克。虽然有的坦克油漆掉得差不多了，有的锈迹斑斑，还有的破损不堪，但是它们在我心目中都像一位位身经百战的老战士，是那硝烟弥漫战场的真实写照，是那段烽火岁月的见证人。

走近看，别提有多激动，原本书上看的图片都很小，现在能亲眼一睹坦克的英姿，真想开一辆回家。走了一圈场馆武器真是多：T—62，T—34，、59式，M4“谢尔曼”，“喀秋莎”火箭炮车，62式，还有各式山地炮，重型榴弹炮，高射炮，迫击炮，歼—6，红旗—2防空导弹，东风—1地对地导弹……

这次参观军博真是大饱眼福，长了见识，内心真实地感受到革命英雄的伟大，毛主席的伟大，团结一致中国人民的伟大，珍惜现在的幸福生活，不忘革命烈士们！

这就是我缤纷的假日，有意义的假日。

春天，是百花盛开的季节，万物复苏；秋天，是瓜果飘香的季节；夏天，虽烈日炎炎，酷暑难耐，可我还是喜欢夏天！

记得暑假开始时，妈妈说：“过暑假了，要合理安排暑假，既要学习，也要会玩。”爸爸说：“过暑假了，要多练偶数，争取参加比赛。”

由于兴趣班比较多，妈妈怕我们会搞错时间，就在日历上做了时间表。什么时候上什么课，一目了然。

偶数班是我一直很喜欢上的，因为课上能得到老师表扬。老师讲课，我很专心地听讲并能有效接受，思路也很清晰，老师还经常让我给大家讲解答思路。两次的考试成绩还不错，因此我学得很开心。

暑假里，我还学了篮球，教练一对一带我，让我懂得许多篮球技巧。当我看到那些人技术非常娴熟时，我内心下定决心，每天下午打一小时篮球，十个俯卧撑。总有一天，我会向他们一样，用一滴滴汗水，塑造一个全新的自我。

暑假里英语还停了两节课，都是因为晚上没睡好，从而生了病。可是那充满活力，充满热情的课堂让我从未忘记。每次上课，我都能获得很多积分。

暑假里，硬笔书法也是一直在上，我们的郝老师教我们隶书。我觉得隶书和楷书都有不同的书写理念。对于我这个学习、书写不行的学生来说，我觉得能写好就行。而妈妈和奶奶都不喜欢隶书，她们还是觉得楷书比较赏心悦目。

别以为我在暑假里光学习了。暑假里也有该享受的电影、k歌、旅游、下棋、钓鱼，手机上的钢琴块游戏、并和小伙伴们一起度过美好时光。我还听了许多好听的曲子，比如贝多芬的《雅典的废墟》、舒伯特的《野玫瑰》、《音乐瞬间》、《步之遥》，肖邦的《小狗圆舞曲》。

暑假里我还学会了在电脑上打字，虽然比较慢，但我会努力，争取一次比一次快。

又一个暑假，又一个五彩缤纷、快乐甜蜜的暑假！我爱夏天，更爱每一次难忘的暑假。

Not until I arrived at home after watching the movie ”Peddington Bear” with my family when a feeling of warmth and strength suddenly came to me. It’s about love, it’s about family.

The plot of the movie is really simple, even predictable and a little bit cliche. However, it’s so rare for me to meet such a snug film. Maybe there’s some resonance between the core topic ---- family and myself, or, it’s just relaxing and touching, depending on how you look at it.

The film has little input and obvious theme (dream, kindness, tolerance, trust, and love... Americans love that!), and you can even see it as an advertising video made by the U.K. Government! But, things always act like that---- the simpler the emotion is, the easier we forget. The film has it’s meaning to arouse something ignored by us. And treasure everyone, everything you have.

You can either imagine family as a gasoline station, or the safest harbor. Family won’t mind your lose, your excuse, your fault, it will give you a hand, and ask you to have a rest. Family is the most supportive one behind you, forever and always.

假期的生活，犹如去海边捡贝壳，悠闲自在，无忧无虑。一幕幕生动的画面依然历历在目，回味无穷……

记得那一天，在鸟儿的歌声中，我起了个大早。今天，我约了伙伴去滑旱冰。来到场地上，我一瞧：人可真多！他们如鱼得水般畅游在这可爱的缤纷世界里。有的轻柔地伸张双臂，轻轻掠过，就像轻盈的燕子在寻找柳枝；有的飞速地旋转，再旋转，就像耀眼的舞者在翩翩起舞；有的战战兢兢，踉踉跄跄，迈不开步，就像可爱的小熊在雪地上玩耍……我喜欢这儿！虽然南方看不到真正的白雪，无法甩雪球，打雪仗，玩滑雪；但是我已经把这看成雪白的童话世界。在这儿，我可以尽情地舞动青春，畅快地甩动汗水。

该我上场了。我特别兴奋，因为我是初学者。我由伙伴搀扶着，慢慢地站起来。伙伴们让我手扶栏杆，绕圈走一趟。我的手紧紧地抓住铁杆，一步一步地向前挪。真艰难呀！这样小心，我还是无法控制双脚。双脚不由自主地成“八字”向外连续滑动了几步。“回收，回收——”我心里焦急地喊着。越急步伐越乱，只见我身子一歪，立马摔了出去。“哈哈，真像乌龟丞相跳霹雳！”传来了伙伴的笑声。我不好意义地回头笑了。伙伴们，有的笑得直不起腰，有的笑得直跺脚。

这时，李叔叔过来了。他把我扶起来，并细心地安慰我：“小男子汉，摔疼了吧。不要着急，我会教你绝招。”李叔叔一边解说，一边示范。我坐在那儿，仔细地瞧了几遍，若有所悟。我觉得我能行。我站了起来，身子微微向前探着，有节奏地甩甩手。由于惯性，我也能向前滑行。“我能滑动了！”我不禁大喊。“注意重心要稳。”李叔叔继续鼓励我，“抬腿不要太高。——不要怕摔。”我滑落一段，得意极了。渐渐地，我的胆子大了。我左右开弓，不顾一切地滑行。所到之处，大家都“退避三舍”，并冲我直嚷：“悠着点，哥们！”说完都哈哈大笑。我一直把重心移到滑行的那条腿上，但也有失误的时候。我跌倒了……爬起来……又跌倒了……又爬起来……屁股跌青了，膝盖磕肿了。
