接下来是各组中选出讲得好的同学到台上来给全班同学作介绍。第一个上台的是小周，她给我们介绍的是“泼水节的来历”：在很久很久以前，傣族居住的地方，有个恶魔做尽了坏事，百姓都很痛恨。恶魔还霸占了7个美丽的姑娘做它的妻子，7个姑娘决心为民除害。一天，在恶魔酒醉的时候，用话套出了杀死恶魔的秘诀，趁恶魔熟睡的时候，杀死了恶魔。不料，恶魔的头一落地，大地就燃烧起了熊熊大火，只要把恶魔的头举起来，大火才会熄灭。于是，7个姑娘不怕血污和疲劳，轮流举起恶魔的头，并相约在每年傣历新年这一天交换。所以，傣族人民要过泼水节以纪念这7个姑娘为民除害并表示对她们的感激和祝福。小周话音刚落，台下就响起了热烈的掌声。第二个上台的是小刘，小刘介绍的是“马踏飞燕”：又名“马超龙雀”“铜奔马”，为东汉青铜器。奔马形象矫健俊美，别具风姿，马昂首嘶鸣，躯干壮实而四肢修长，脚蹄轻捷、三足踏空、飞驰向前。一足踏飞燕着地，一匹躯干庞大的马踏在一只正疾驰的龙雀背上，小龙雀吃惊地回过头来观望，表示了骏马凌空飞翔、奔跑疾速的雄姿。

到台上来作介绍的同学一个接着一个，有的同学介绍“重阳节”的来历，有的介绍“八达岭的来历”……

活动结束了，老师评出了讲得最好的同学是小周，小周听了别提多高兴……

通过这个活动我觉得中华民族的文化真是博大精深，作为中华民族的一员我感到无比自豪，我一定要为中华民族的崛起而努力！

中国的传统文化，种类繁多，异彩纷呈，但我独独喜爱于剪纸。

春节快到了，我和妈妈决定去逛一逛。一出去我就停住了：眼前的房屋仿佛变红了，因为家家户户的窗户上贴满了一片红的装饰品。有福字、对联、年画……突然在我眼前出现了剪纸窗花，它们大小不一，形态各异，我一见钟情，增添了节日喜庆的氛围。

我在房屋下转来转去，细细端详着。它们有的是单纯一朵花，有的中间是花，外边一大圈是有几匹马或者其他花样。每个边边角角都很精细，不管有多难，把一些小细节全剪出来了，大师级的剪纸，多令人佩服啊！

中国最早的剪纸作品是在新疆吐鲁番火焰山附近出土的北朝时期五福团花剪纸。这几份剪纸，采用重复折叠的方式和形象互不遮挡的处理手法。纸的发明是在公元前的西汉时代，在此之前是不可能有艺术纸出现的，但当时人们运用薄片材料，通过镂空雕刻的技法制成工艺品。

我一向讨厌京剧。

我讨厌京剧。讨厌演员的那股娘娘腔；讨厌演员那张胡里花哨的脸；讨厌演员那个故作姿态的手指；讨厌演员那身既沉重，又令人眼花缭乱的戏服。哼，这京剧可真令人讨厌！

可是有一天，一件事改变了我对京剧的看法。

那天，我们一家三口坐在电视机前看电视，我正好按到了一个京剧栏目。咿咿呀呀的唱腔惹得我急着换屏道。可老爸的一句话却阻止了我：“女儿，别按，我要看一看京剧。”没办法，我只好立刻走人，惹不起，我还躲不起嘛。“哎，别走啊，你也来看看吧，陪你老爸看一会儿呗。”老爸一句话，像块大石头一样，硬生生地阻挡了我的去路。无奈，只好满脸不情愿地将自己摔入沙发，随手拽一本书来凑合，算是舍命陪君子。

京剧开演了，一句句戏词直捣双耳。我急忙捂耳，不停地念叨着：“听不见，听不见，我什么也听不见……”

渐渐地，手累了，松开了。唉，这凑合也是非易事。这时，一句戏词趁我不留神儿，溜进了我的耳朵。当我正想将这个家伙赶出来时，我却清清楚楚地听见了。为什么，为什么我竟感到心里是如此的喜悦？

我开始倾听戏词，心也不在书上。眼睛不时悄悄抬起，迅速地瞄一眼画面，随后赶紧低头看书，假装从未发生过什么事。

后来，我实在克制不住自己了，干脆丢下书本，抬头爽快地狠看起了京剧。

我惊奇，自己竟没有了往日对京剧的那种厌恶，反而，好像多了一点喜欢，我的心里真是纠结不堪。

这腔调不再令我讨厌；这胡里花哨的脸不再令我厌恶；这翘起的兰花指，不再令我反感；这身五彩缤纷的戏服，也不再令我心烦。

京剧演员的戏词，不是随便说说即可，那是要练上上百遍，甚至是上千遍才通过。目的就是为了让观众一听，心里的感情就会随着戏剧的喜怒哀乐而变化。不仅如此，那各种各样的动作，是要每天摆上十几个小时才可以。要是换作了我们，恐怕没练多久，就早已哭爹喊娘了吧。

京剧我将不敢再讨厌了。

祖国历史浩若烟海，华夏文明灿烂辉煌。一代代人的经验，积淀成这伟大的传统文化。

今天，我看了一段“圣德教育，改变命运”的纪录片，看完后，我百感交集……。

纪录片的内容是这样的：故事一开始就以世界各地的灾难引出“想要救现在的世界，必须回到两千多年前的中国的观点，专家认为：只有代表中国精神和灵魂的传统文化才能改变现状，端正人们的价值观。而这伟大的传统文化，在西文的影响和侵蚀下，几乎要后继无人了。所以我们要领悟“儒佛道”的核心思想，并在现实生活中付诸行动，弘扬伟大的传统文化，让中华文化经久不息。

看完后，一个个“仁、义、礼、智、信”的字眼还在我脑海中久久回荡。

现在社会上有部分人的潜意识是西方的文化更先进，于是不断地“洋化”，甚至比西方人还要西人，比如说：那些崇尚所谓的自由而脱光衣服游行的荡妇;那些为了赚钱而使用地沟油的奸商;那些为了推销汽车而一丝不挂的车模;那些为了赢得一台电脑而脱衣服的女性等等。如果说这是求“自由”、为了钱，就不顾羞耻;那什么又是尊严呢?有部分人认为古代的东西听不懂、不理解就是糟粕，谁又能说不是这些人见识短浅呢!

我认为古代的文化十分伟大，不然汉语怎么成为世界上最伟大的语言!就比如说“圣”字古代的写法由“耳、口、土”组成，“耳”代表要擅于听闻、观察，擅于发现;“口”代表要传播伦理教育;一个类似站在地上的弯腰的人代表要结合实际，脚达实地，付诸行动。

我们不能让博大精深的中华文化消失于我们这一代，我们要继承中华民族的精神，宣讲优秀的古文明，弘扬中国传统文化。

上下五千年，中国一路风尘仆仆走来，脚下踏的是深厚的文化底蕴。但在今天，一提及中国传统礼仪，大多数人并没有什么清晰的概念，甚至以为这种传统礼仪文化是过时的东西。因此，中国礼仪文化正在遭受着史无前例的不屑。

然而，中华民族传统礼仪文化是中国人民几千年处理人际关系的实践结晶，是人与人间行为规范的准则。

之后，我们参观了大足石刻博物馆。博物馆建筑宏伟，里面收藏着价值连城的宝贵佛像，完整展现了佛教由西向东逐渐发展的过程。每尊佛像都栩栩如生，有的双手合十，有的双手举过头顶，有的面带微笑儒雅大气，有的眉毛上挑严肃凝重……老师告诉我们，佛教传入中国之后，很好地融入了中国传统文化，也成为了我们中国人重要的宗教文化之一。

随后，我们进行了别致的女红课程体验。女红，是缝纫的古代称呼。针、线、纺织、缝纫，对于青少年的我们来说，那是非常陌生的词汇，而且鲜有体验的机会。每个同学都兴奋不已，跃跃欲试。看完工作人员一丝不苟地演示后，我们开始亲自实践了。我拿起针，小心翼翼地一针一线地缝着。不一会儿，线就不听使唤了，全部从针眼滑落了。我拿起线，对准针眼，可就是穿不过去啊，我急得满头是汗，最后还是在工作人员的帮助下才把线穿了过去。经过大约半个小时的穿针引线，一个展翅欲飞的蝴蝶便“诞生”了。在一针一线的女红中，我体会到了古人的智慧和传统文化的魅力。

经过一天传统文化的洗礼，让我对中国传统文化有了更深的了解，产生了浓厚的兴趣。我下定决心要更多地学习中国传统文化，更好地弘扬中国传统文化。

Every year on the fourth ThursDayof November is Thanksgiving Day. It’s a festival for American and Canadian with the purpose of thanks for harvest. While canadians celebrate on the second Monday of October. I have a penfriend in America. He wrote to me his Thanksgiving Day last year. He told me that it was a time for family reunion. Families would come back home to celebrate the festival together. Most of the time it was his mother who prepared the dinner. Turkey is must for the festival. It looks like huge chicken. His mother also made pumpkin pie and many other delicious food for them. After the dinner, they talked with each other with the old thing or the future plan. He said sometimes they would invite some friends to share the happiness of Thanksgiving Day. In a word, he had a great time on Thanksgiving Day.

每年十一月的第四个星期四是感恩节。这是美国和加拿大为了感谢丰收的节日。但是加拿大人却是在十月的第二个星期一庆祝。我在美国有一个笔友。他写信告诉我他去年感恩节的情况。他告诉我那是家庭团聚的时间。家人们都会回家庆祝节日。大多数时候，是他的母亲准备晚餐。火鸡是节日的必需品。它看起来像一只巨型鸡。他的母亲也做了南瓜派和许多其他美味的食物给他们。晚饭过后，他们会互相谈论过去的事或未来计划。他说有时候他们也会邀请一些朋友来一起分享感恩节快乐。总之，他在感恩节过得很开心。

“铛”木板磕在石板上锵然有声，清脆、却又不失虔诚。随着这股敬意，我们来到了布达拉宫。

远远地，路上便看到一座白墙，下车时发现是藏族人民去朝圣。通向山顶的路是许多未打磨的大理石砌成，千疮百孔，却异常干净。

藏民们都被一面较重略长的木板捆往手腕，着一身白衣、白裤，和麻布白鞋。他们行进得极慢，一步、一跪、一磕头，走大半天才不过百米，但他们那被长年直射晒得黝黑的脸庞上却无一丝不耐烦，干裂的嘴唇在每次磕头时都不停地念着藏语的佛经。

伴着朝圣者的脚步,聆听着那仿佛传敲开心门的一声叩响，我们己到布达拉宫的脚下。

朝天半仰，黄白色的漆墙毫不迟缓地反射从万里晴空中下来的日光。毫无保留地普照它四周这一片土地和它的人民。

屋檐与墙沿的凸起连接一根根极细的棉线，线上系着无数小彩旗。泛黄的、崭新的、玄白的、完整的、残砍不堪的、日晒雨淋的，无一不写满了细如蚊腿的藏传佛经，不禁对藏民的虔诚肃然起敬。

我踱步绕布达拉宫一周，手指轻抵粉刷过不知多少次的黄墙，它依然光滑。明黄的躯体，溶入暖黄的阳光，浴于金黄其中，只觉温暖，给人以振奋。仿佛先论遇到何事，只需感受一下那温暖的阳光，聆听佛的诉说，仿佛天地之悠悠，世事变迁纷扰，人生琐碎劳神，皆不足忧伤，不足牵挂起世俗与名利之心......

追溯布达拉宫的出身，是否在很久以前，人民需要一种信仰，来坚定他们在高藏上艰苦的活着。去慰藉，濡养他们的精神。

佛的博爱，以他的替身——布达拉宫的宏伟身躯，和普照众生的温暖怀抱感化了我，使我仿佛有一种敬意，油然心生。
