春节是我了解的最能代表中国文化的节日，也是我最喜欢的节日之一。

首先，我喜欢吃！中国美食是中国文化的一部分。中国菜好吃，特别对我的胃口。新年那几天，我妈妈会去买或做很多好吃又吉祥的中国美食，比如：象征“年年有余”的鱼，“团团圆圆”的汤圆，“长命百岁”的长寿面，“年年高”的年糕，当然还有我最最喜欢的“招财进宝”的饺子，其次，我喜欢钱！春节的一个习俗拿红包是非常开心的事情。我从很小开始，每年过年都会去跟爸爸妈妈说：“恭喜发财，红包拿来”，他们每次都会笑着给我一个红包。说两句好听的话就有钱拿，这个传统太好了。除了有好吃的，有钱拿。春节还有喜庆热闹的春节晚会可以看。每年的春晚有最优美的舞蹈，最好听的歌曲，还有超高难度的杂技表演。可惜的是我看不太懂小品和相声类的节目。

我喜欢春节的美食，喜欢看春节的表演，更喜欢拿红包。我非常喜欢这个中国传统的节日。

暑假到北京旅游的第一景点，我选择了颐和园。因为我要亲眼见见课文中那美丽的长廊、万寿山和昆明湖。这可是我期盼已久的心愿啊!

颐和园门口游客如云。导游姐姐告诉我，颐和园是皇帝的`御花园，也是给母后祝寿和游玩的地方。昆明湖是模仿西湖挖成的，挖出的泥土就堆成了万寿山。所以，进门的大殿就叫仁寿殿，殿前有三尊铜铸的龙、凤和四不像的麒麟，个个栩栩如生。在乐寿堂前也有铜铸的鹤和鹿，形态逼真，象征着福禄寿。在堂前有巨大的“败家石”，在绿树成阴的院子里，座落着许多房屋，据说是王妃的住宅。

走进邀月门就是有名的长廊。长廊的枋梁上绘有各种彩画，有八千多幅呢!我很快找到了西湖全景五彩画。长廊依山临水，以排云殿为中心，向东西两边展开。长廊比课文中写得还要精美。

在万寿山脚下，我抬头一望，那宝塔形的佛香阁在阳光照耀下，琉璃瓦闪闪发光，很雄伟。眼前的排云殿是那么金碧辉煌，我们中国古代的建筑真是了不起啊!

昆明湖又大又绿又平静，壮观的十七孔桥像一条白玉带挂着一个美丽的小岛。我仿佛又回到了西子湖畔。

今天，我见到了比课文中的颐和园还要美丽和雄伟的颐和园，还增长了许多历史知识。再见了，美丽的颐和园。

当我们来看秦兵马俑时，秦兵马俑已发掘了三个俑坑，三个坑的总面积是2万平方米，大约有50个篮球场大。在三个坑里，1号坑最大，这三个俑坑里的秦兵马俑大约有八千多个。

俑坑里的兵马俑一行行，一列列，十分整齐，排成了一个长方形的军阵，多么像秦始皇统率的一支队伍呀!

听导游说，这些凹进去的土就是埋秦兵马俑的坑。

the city stands on the west bank of the taiwan straight. it is a beautiful place for people to live in. its economy has been developing rapidly in the past ten years. new factories, houses, roads and bridges have been built. more schools and hospitals are available for its people. however, there are still some problems, such as water, air and noise pollution and heavy traffic in rush hours. in my opinion, quanzhou should develop its economy scientifically. i would also think that the growth of its housing construction should be brought under control so that we’ll have a better hometown in future.

一年一度的春节又快来临了！春节是中国最隆重最盛大的节日，也是我最喜欢的节日。所以，我总是盼望着过年。不知不觉中，我想起了去年的那个春节，那个春节让我至今难忘。去年春节，奶奶刚搬到新村，新村离城里很近。以前，奶奶在旧村，旧村离城里很远，我们也就懒得去了，去年奶奶搬了新村，我们一大早贴完对联，便踏上了去奶奶家的路程。一进门，我就闻到了一股诱人的香味。我知道奶奶一定在做好吃的哩！果不其然，锅里煮的是羊肉，难怪香。奶奶在包饺子，白白的面皮包上美味的肉馅儿，不留口水才怪呢！我去院子里拿了些爆竹，和父亲要了打火机，一个人在院子里玩了整整一上午。到了中午，开饭了！奶奶把一盘盘美味的饭菜端上了桌，还给我们每人盛了一碗滑溜溜的饺子。下午，父亲把爷爷奶奶接到了我们家，这是爷爷奶奶第一次在我们家过年，我见爷爷奶奶来了，赶紧端出糖果和开心果给他们吃。晚上，父亲母亲和奶奶都在包饺子，我和爷爷在沙发上听音乐。吃了年夜饭，父亲送走了爷爷奶奶，我们一家人则看春晚，我还吃着零食。夜晚12点的钟声响起，这时正是春节的最高潮，家家户户都灯火通明，烟花爆竹直升云霄。我跑到阳台上，看着五彩缤纷的烟花如流星雨一般飞上了深蓝的夜空。此刻的夜空像一位美丽的仙女一样，穿着烟花做成的璀璨星衣，烟花把深蓝色的夜空映成了红紫色，我在心里默默的赞叹道：好美的夜空。放完烟花，我们一家人便去打扑克了，我们一直打到了凌晨3点。

去年的春节，不仅有灿烂的烟花装点，更重要的是，爷爷奶奶来我们家过年。毕竟，这是他们二老第一次来我们家过年嘛！所以，这个春节在我的记忆中就变得难忘且特别了，如果今年爷爷奶奶愿意，我还会请他们来我家过年。

春节是中国人民最隆重的传统节日，是象征团结、兴旺，对未来寄托新的希望的佳节。春节的形式有很多种，比如像放鞭炮、贴对联、吃汤圆，如何来庆贺这个节日呢？在千百年的历史发展中，形成了一些较为固定的风俗习惯，有许多还相传至今。其中有一个风俗习惯就是吃饺子，吃饺子之前当然要包饺子啊，我为了能吃上美味的饺子，便自己动上了手。

想吃饺子就要包饺子，这饺子可不是很容易做的。包饺子之前，首先要和面，随后我便倒了一些面放在盆里，又拿碗倒了一些水在盆里，刚开始水倒少了，揉出来的面拿起来向下掉面渣。之后我便又加了点水在盆里，面又都粘在手上。哎，水总是加得不合适，光和面就这么难，要等到吃上饺子要等到猴年马月呀！我又加了一点干的面粉，但是还是没成形，我只好向妈妈求助，在妈妈的帮助下，面总算弄好了。可是一听妈妈说面还要放半个小时，我等得不耐烦了，我有点焦躁不安。妈妈见我这副样子，便过来对我说：“你连这点小小的困难都要生气，那还谈什么吃饺子呢？”妈妈这句话激励了我。

我便耐心地等待，面放了半小时后，我迫不及待冲到面旁边，拿出一小块面，学着妈妈以前包饺子的动作把面揉成一个细长条。结果揉得一节粗一节细的，还好有妈妈在一旁辅导我，不然，我真不知道怎么办。然而，揉了好长的时间终于揉好了。

我突然想：既然饺子作为中国传统文化流传了下来，饺子就一定很美味，想到这里，又使我对饺子美味产生向往之情。虽然饺子很美味，但是肯定有一定的制作难度，为了吃上美味的饺子努力吧！接下来开始把面切成小块，再继续擀皮，然而擀皮也是最难做的一个步骤，也是重中之重。如果皮薄了容易破，如果皮厚了饺子馅熟了而皮却没有熟，我把一小块一小块的面按成了可爱的小柿饼大小，便准备擀皮了。

我一手拿着小饼，一手拿着擀面仗擀饺子皮，哎，像妈妈那样擀皮真的好难啊！我实在学不会。最后，我就像擀大饼一样擀起了饺子皮，虽然方法笨拙，但是效果还是不错。到了该包饺子的时候了，我让妈妈给我做了我最爱吃的猪肉大葱馅。我拿起擀好了的皮在妈妈面前学着包饺子。包出一个饺子之后，突然觉得包饺子也不是那么因难。我便叫妈妈与我一起加快了包饺子的速度，不一会儿，饺子终于包好了，可以开始煮了。我在锅的旁边盼着饺子煮熟。看着饺子在锅里翻腾，如同一条条白色的鱼在欢乐的游戏。饺子都熟了！嘴里吃着自己包的饺子，特别有成就感，嘴里说不出的开心。

霎时，我觉得自己离中国传统文化又近了一步。

秦兵马俑是秦始皇的陪葬坑，由一号、二号、三号坑组成。现在已经建成博物馆。兵马俑排列成阵，气势壮观。兵马俑分将军俑、骑兵俑、武士俑、陶马等。馆内还展出了大型彩绘铜马车。被称为世界第八大奇迹的秦兵马俑展示了古长安往日的辉煌。

那么现在我就带领大家一起去看看类型众多的兵马俑吧!请大家在游览过程中不要乱丢垃圾，随地吐痰，破坏公共文物，也不能……

现在我们来到的目的地是一号坑。一号坑在三个俑坑中面积最大，东西有230米长，南北有62米宽，总面积有14260平方米呢!坑里的兵马俑也最多，有6000多个呢!

看!这就是将军俑。它身材魁梧，头戴鹤冠，身上披着铠甲，手里还握着宝剑，看它那若有所思的样子，好像在考虑如何让大腿匈奴大军呢!那个兵马俑交武士俑。它身穿战袍，披挂铠甲，脚上还穿着前端向上翘的战靴，手里还拿着兵器，瞧他那神气的样子，准能把敌人吓得屁滚尿流!

看这个身披铠甲骑在马上的青年，就是骑兵俑，他手持弓箭好像在等待将军一声令下，就去与匈奴大军作殊死拼搏!

这个兵马俑是陶马，它的大小跟真马差不多，哥哥形体健壮，肌肉丰满。看它那跃跃欲试的样子，好像一声令下，就会撒开四蹄腾空而起，踏上征程哩!

Kunming dishes are representative of Yunnan cuisine, which combines cooking styles of other cities and nationalities outside Kunming. Braised Jizong (mushroom) in Soy Sauce (Hongshao Jizong红烧鸡枞)

Kunming is host to various wild mushrooms including Jizong. Whenever the sun shines after a rain from June to September, many Jizong shaped like small grey umbrellas appear on the mountain. The chicken-like taste of Jizong is popular with gourmands. Braised Jizong in Soy Sauce is prepared this way: Wash Jizong; dry by airing; cut into pieces. Next chop chili and tenderloin pieces. Wrap tenderloin and Jizong pieces in egg white, starch and salt mixture; fry in hot oil. Finally, braise the Jizong and tenderloin pieces with garlic, ginger and shallot. Drizzle sesame oil on a plate, place braised pieces on oil.

Kunming Bittern Duck (Kunming Lu Ya昆明卤鸭)

The dish is a first choice among tourists. After choosing ducks from Dianchi Lake and preparing with some ten steps, it can be served. The dish is golden with a soft flavor. It is said that Bittern Duck is a dish do much good to peoples health.

Across Bridge Rice Noodle (Yunnan Guoqiao Mixian) is one of the featured specialties of Kunming and Yunnan. It has three main parts: a bowl of extremely hot chicken broth, various slices of meat, including chicken, fish, and meat up to nine varieties, with various seasonings and rice noodles. Preparation: Add meat and seasonings to the soup first, then the rice noodles. Xuanwei Ham (Xuanwei Huotui宣威火腿)

Xuanwei Ham (Xuanwei Huotui) also called Yuntui or Yunnan Ham is one of the three famous and best hams in China. The main ingredient in many local dishes, Yunnan Ham retains its unique flavor and can be stored for long periods of time. Offered in most local restaurants, ham preparation includes baking, salting, pestle, warming, and freezing.

Modern Cake (Modeng Baba摩登粑粑)

Baba is popular in Yunnan. It is a food made of flour, corn powder, sticky rice, lard, sesame and meat. The initiators of Modern Baba were two pretty sisters who made sweet and tasteful Baba that attracts people even today. Modern Baba has a crisp exterior and a soft interior; it is sweet with savory cream.

Other Kunming Snacks

Besides Modeng Baba, other snacks include Shao Mai (steamed dumpling with the dough gathered at the top), Chou Doufu (bean curd), Wandou Fen (bean jelly), and Jicai Jiao (shepherds-purse dumpling). Pastry is another local favorite in Kunming. Xuanwei Ham Moon cake is a Dian style moon cake praised even by emperors. Rose Cake is a seasonal fresh-tasting pastry with a stuffing of fragrant roses in bud. Best known is Dian Eight Articles, the representative pastry in Kunming.

游客们，我们已经来到了的八达岭长城上，两旁的山上，是苍松翠柏，云遮雾障，禽鸟齐鸣，溪流淙淙，好像处处充满了诗情画意。您往远处看，可以发现这里的长城分为南、北两峰，蜿蜒于山脊之上，龙腾虎跃、气象万千，景色十分壮观。长城依山而建，高低起伏，曲折绵延。这段长城的墙体是用整齐巨大的条石铺成，有的条石长达2米，重数百斤。内部填满泥土和石块，墙上顶地面的地方铺满方砖，十分平整。墙顶外侧筑有高2米的垛口，上有了望孔，下有射击口，内侧建有宇墙。城墙每隔一段，筑有一个堡垒似的方形城台。城台有高有低，高的叫敌搂，是守望和军士住宿的地方；低的叫墙台，高度与城墙相差不多但突出墙外，四周有垛口，是巡逻放哨的地方。

下面就到了烽火台，又叫烽燧，狼烟台。是不和长城相连的独立建筑。一旦敌人来，就点燃烽火通报军情，白天点燃的烟叫做烽，晚上的叫做燧。

今天的长城，早已失去军事价值，而以其特有的魅力，吸引着广大中外游客，成为举世闻名的旅游胜地！

“文化”一词，《现代汉语词典》如是解释：人类在社会历史发展过程中所创造的物质财富和精神的总和，特指精神财富。从中可见文化是综合体。有好的，有坏的。而且文化可能被改变，也可能被消灭。

现在，中国正在飞速的发展，在提高了经济实力的同时，我们惊讶的发现，文化越来越多，种类越来越复杂。正在走向融合，而文化却是那么的重要，是一个国家综合国力的基础。所以我们的传统文化不能乱。然而，现在中国随着信息技术的普及，知识的累计与交替，丰富与碰撞。传统文化正在接受着考验。而现在文化热传遍各国，在各国的文化中，各有各的优异，而中国的文化却有着不一样的发展。

一说到中国文化，每个人想到的可能却不一样。有人想到唐诗宋词。明清小说。有人想到文房四宝。四大发明，这一方面说明中华文化博大精深源远流长，也说明每个人的接触面不一样。

不管从古到今，还是从现在到将来，我相信中华文化一直是永不停息的，在是世界文化中，中华文化屹立在文化之林，散发着璀璨夺目的光彩。现在许多学者都在解释着中华文化，但他们却一直没有一个合理的解释。在我看来，中华文化是精神上的。比如老子。孟子。孔子。道子等等一批伟大的学者所传授的思想，给人一中启蒙，使中华文化越来越强大，越来越壮丽。比如我们所熟知的圆明园，被誉为万园之园，那里面的东西，建筑，花草树木等等。无不体现着伟大的中华文化，这些都充分体现出中华文化的博大精深和源远流长。而且还有闻名世界的四大发明，这也可以看作是中华文化的一个里程碑。

所以，中华文化是博大精深的，当然也是无处不在的，小到一针一线，大到高楼大厦，可谓是无处不在的。

总之，不管是什么，那种发自内心的情感和多中华文化的探索，热爱，已经深深的根植于我们的心中。让我们有着不同的认识，然我们去探索中华文化独特的文化气质与文化魅力。而现在，各国的文化在高科技的促使下，不断冲击着中华文化。我们更该冷静的看到，任何文化的差异性，找出药方。让中华文化屹立在世界之林，矗立不倒。

面对着中华文化，血液不停的涌动，引导着我们中国发展得越来越好，越来越旺，越来越强。
