前三殿是全宫最大的建筑群，占地面积有到达8。5万平方米，是宫城的12%，后三供则为前三殿的25%，期于宫殿依次递减，主要突出前三殿、后三殿的主要地位。1961年定位中国第一批全国重点文物保护单位，己被联合过教科文组织列为世界文化遗产。

颐和园位于北京西北部海淀区境内，旧称“清漪园”，它的规模宏大，内外华丽，是世界闻名的皇家园林，也是世界文明化遗产。

公元1750年，乾隆在这里改建了清漪园，1860年，被英法联军焚毁。1880年重建，并改称颐和园。1900年，又遭八国联军的破坏。1903年修复。后来在军阀统治时期，再一次遭了破坏。中华人民共和国成立后，经过不断的修缮，才得以让这座古老的园林焕发青春。这是经过了多少次的破坏呀!

今天，我们的研学队伍来到莫高窟，七月的大西北，太阳一出来，戈壁滩如同火炉，人们不敢在太阳底下多呆一秒钟。但这是不能阻挡我的热情的，老实说，走进莫高窟，是我向往已久的愿望。

记忆最深的是关于佛祖的雕塑。佛祖的神色第一眼给人带来的是惊悚，但看久了后，便能体会到那神色中实则包含着的是佛门的慈悲。石窟中见到最多的是七个佛像，它们的排位也都相同，佛祖释迦摩尼居中，它的佛像最大，雕刻得也最为精细，但令我印象最为深刻的是佛祖像的左侧那尊佛像，释迦摩尼的大弟子苦行僧，他的裸露出的肌肤似乎真的历经了千磨万难，皮包骨瘦，那根根肋骨都能清晰的瞧见，深邃的目光中透露出他对前方艰险磨难的坚定与无所畏惧，我不禁为这群古代艺术家们的高超技艺折服。

这些雕塑美中不足便是有些部位缺损了，后来我才知道，它们有的是因自然原因，但更多的是人为造成的，到底是为什么呢?

这时讲解员向我们解答了。原来，这莫高窟中的许多经文、壁画、雕塑都已流落异国了，当时中国正处于纷乱状态，那时的政事怎有精力来看管这处东方的卢浮宫呢。

半天的时间很短，但让我领略了中华文化的历史悠久，艺术博大精深;也让我认识到了文化艺术繁荣的背后，一定有一个强大的社会支撑。

细雨蒙蒙的雨中，大家结伴去白石中雁村寻访非物质文化遗产——蓝夹缬。

陈松尧老爷爷是蓝夹缬传统工艺第四代传人。同学们一到他家，看到图案精美的蓝夹缬，都发出啧啧的赞叹，有些说：“哇!太美了!”有些说：“这真是太神奇了!”还有些说：“这是如何做到的?”携带疑问，大家开始了寻访之旅。

蓝夹缬的制作共分三道工序：靛青打制，花版雕刻，夹缬印染。“青出于蓝而胜于蓝”，非常形象的描绘了靛蓝制取与染色的成效。蓝夹缬就是以靛蓝染液进行染制，并以夹板防染的工艺。

第一道工序是靛青打制。先将原材料靛青——板蓝根的叶子，浸泡在水中，一天或两天后，等叶子发酵后将其捞起，再将蛎灰倒进染缸中，用靛耙拍打水面三十分钟左右，染缸里的水日渐地分成两层，浮在上面一层的是清水，下面的是蓝色的沉淀物。把沉淀物过筛后，就成了制作蓝夹缬的染料。

接着，大家要用精雕细琢的雕版印染。先将折好的胚布夹在雕版中，用铁筛套住整组夹版，再用棒槌敲打雕版，敲得越紧越好。紧接着，把雕版放进染缸，每隔十分钟提上来一次，反复几次，直到染色成功，再拿出雕版用清水冲洗并晾干。等晾干后，将布取出，晒干后，蓝夹缬就制作完成了。

收获了常识的同时，大家还参观了陈老爷爷的老宅。老宅里有非常多古旧的家具，同学们好奇地走走看看。我和子键、青禾还合作拍了非常多照片，把老物件和大伙的欢声笑语都记录在照片中。

大家在传统的文化中收获成长，在活化石——蓝夹缬的光芒中感受民族的传统文化，这真是一次意义非凡的寻访活动!

TheDragonBoatFestivalis a lunar (阴历)holiday， occurring (存正)on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month (农历史五月第五天) The Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is a significant (有意义的)holiday celebrated (庆祝)in China，and the one with the longest history (历史最悠久)。 The Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated by boat races (龙舟赛) in the shape of dragons. Competing teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the finish end first. The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan drowned (溺死) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month in 277 B.C. Chinese citizens now throw bamboo leaves (竹叶) filled with cooked rice into the water. Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. This later on turned into the custom

of eating tzungtzu and rice dumplings(棕子)。 The celebration is a time for protection (防护) from evil(邪恶)and disease (疾病) for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as hanging healthy herbs on the front door， drinking nutritious concoctions (营养品)， and displaying (展示) portraits (画像) of evils nemesis(邪恶报应)，Chung Kuei. If one manages to (成功做„„) stand (直立)an egg on its end at exactly 12：00 noon， the following year will be a lucky one.
