旧的一年过去了，新的一年又到来了。我们迎来了一年一度的春节，春节里人们会吃年夜饭、放鞭炮，还有贴春联……

这天下午一点，爷爷、奶奶和妈妈一起去厨房烧又香又美味的年夜饭。到了晚傍晚，我顺着香味看到了外焦里嫩的鲈鱼，馋得我口水都要流下来了。正好，他们所有人都在厨房里。赶紧用筷子夹了一块，哈哈。在我刚伸筷子准备夹的时候，一下子被鱼刺弹了回去，真像蹦蹦床一样。我找来水果刀，用刀把鱼肉切成了两半，我再用筷子一夹，把鱼肉夹了起来吃了，这块鱼肉可真顽皮!

这时候，吃年夜饭了，爷爷把鞭炮放了起来，家家户户的鞭炮都被点燃了似的。万紫千红，真好看!

吃完了年夜饭，爷爷给我讲年兽的故事：在几千年前的春节，人家在烧年夜饭的时候，年兽忽然从一座山上跑了下来，伤害了整个村庄的人。有一天，年兽走了之后，有一个人说：“年兽怕火和声音，还有红通通的东西。”等第二年的春节的时候人家烧年夜饭的时候，年兽又来了。人们用火把围着年兽转，这时候一阵打鼓声，吓得年兽捂着眼睛，又有一个人拿着红色的彩笔对着年兽。年兽害怕得就跑走了。从此，年兽再也不敢来了，村庄里过年的时候就变得安宁了。最后，我听着听着就睡着了，爷爷把我抱回了房间。

这个春节可真难忘啊!

中国饮食文化，由于特定的经济结构，思维方式与文化环境，形成了自身鲜明的特点，主要表现在下面六个方面。

选料，是中国厨师的首要技艺，是做好一品中国好菜肴美食的基础，要具备丰富的知识和熟练运用的技巧，每种菜肴美食所取的原料，包括主料，配料、辅料、调料等，都有很多讲究和一定之规，概而言之，则是“精”、“细”二字，孔子所说的“食不厌精，脍不厌细”也。所谓“精”，指所选取的原料，要考虑其品种、产地、季节、生长期等特点，以新鲜肥嫩、质料优良为佳。

刀功，即厨师对原料进行刀法处理，是成为烹调师需要的，整齐一致的形态，以适应火候，受热均匀，使于入味，并保持一定的形态美，因而是烹调技术的关键之一。我国早在古代就重视刀法的运用，经过历代厨师的反复实践创造了丰富的刀法，如直刀法，片刀法，斜刀法，剞刀法和雕刻刀法等，把原料加工成各种各样的形态和各种各样的花色，还可以镂空成美丽的图案花纹，雕刻成“喜”、“寿”、“福”、“禄”字样，增添喜庆筵席的欢乐气氛。特别是刀技和拼摆手法相结合，把熟料和可食生料拼成艺术性强，形象逼真的鸟、兽、虫、鱼、花、草等花式拼盘，如“龙凤呈祥”、“孔雀开屏”等。

火候，是形成菜肴美食的风味特色的关键之一，但火候瞬息万变，没有多年操作实践经验很难做到恰好处，因而掌握火候是中国厨师的一门绝技。中国厨师能精确鉴别旺火、中火、微火等不同火力，熟悉了解各种原料的耐热程度，熟悉控制用火时间，善于掌控传热物体的性能，还能根据原料的老嫩程度，水分多少，形态大小，整碎厚薄等，确定下锅次序，加以灵活运用；使烹制出的菜肴，要嫩就嫩，要酥就酥，要烂就烂。

烹调技法，是我国厨师的又一门绝技。常用的技法有：炒、爆、炸、烹、溜、煎、贴、烩、扒、烧、炖、焖、氽、煮、酱、卤、蒸、烤、炝、拌、熏、以及甜品的拔丝、蜜汁、挂霖等。

调料，也是烹调的百味香。

我们只有准确把握了这六方面，才能深刻地理解中华饮食文化，因则才能更好地继承和弘扬中华饮食文化。

中国的传统文化丰富多彩，有京剧、茶、诗、词、饮食、画。。。。。。但人们接触最多的还是节日。中国的传统节日多得数不清，清明节、端午节、中秋节、重阳节。。。。。。第一线一个节日的背后都有数不尽的故事。如，春节放鞭炮是为了驱赶年怪，端午吃粽子是为了纪念大诗人屈原。。。。。。此外，篆刻、剪纸等把我的祖国装点得绚丽多彩。暑假里，我还在奥运会开幕式上看到了古代的指南针——司南、蔡伦发明的造纸术、中国人的造字等许多传统文化。做一个中国人真自豪啊！

今天妈妈带我参观了秦始皇兵马俑，我高兴极了。

博物院真是雄伟壮丽!登上台阶,一抬头就望见门上那气势磅礴.苍劲有力的大字,金光闪闪,能反射出太阳那强烈的光来。我们进了大厅就去参观一号坑，一号坑可真大啊!长230米，宽度62米，第三个俑坑中面积最大，而且出土的陶俑最多，由已发掘的部分来估计，其中应有陶俑、陶马6000余件，战车40余辆。听妈妈说，这里可以放上万种兵马俑。

接着我们参观了二号坑，相对于“右写”一号坑而言，规模稍小二号是‘左军“，由弩兵方阵、战车方阵、车徒结合与骑兵混编的方阵和骑兵方阵四个部分组成。

最后我们参观三号坑，三号坑的规模较小，分成车马房和南北厢房，车马房有几辆战车，南北厢房是铠甲武士俑。

秦始皇兵马俑体形高大，数量众多，形象逼真。艺术师们运用写实的手法和高超的技艺，赐于了它的无限的生机和活力。千人千面就是秦俑造型的最好表达。秦俑的脸型可以分为国字形、风字形、甲字形、申字形等八种基本类型，从中可以看出秦国的兵源来自关中、关东、西南、北方等全国各地。

走出大门的时候，妈妈说：“兵马俑不是只有这么多，总共有上千万呢!”今天的收获真大啊!随后我们恋恋不舍的告别了博物馆。

一届人大轰动全国，一个“中国梦”振奋人心，而中国的“文化梦”却何处去追寻？

社会中的太多人在做“经济梦”、“财富梦”，其中也不乏一批以纯粹物质追求为乐的人，还滋生出了各式各样的拜金主义，而在做“文化梦”经精神追求为乐的人确实少见，也无法去想象一个纯粹的精神追求的人在这个物质的世界中该如何生存下去。

羡慕唐宋的文人雅士，不拘泥于物质，不局限于财富，为了自己的精神文化，可以放弃高爵显位，毅然辞官退隐，过起山人隐士的生活，没有喧嚣，没有嘈杂，寄情于山水之间，往返于丛林之中，沉浸在自己的一份长歌怀采薇的精神世界。精神文化对于他们是最重要的，甚至超越了生命，所以当他们的生命悄然逝去时，他们的精神文化却能流芳千古。

厌恶当今的物质社会，“实效至上，金钱第一”的观念不知在何时闯入了文化领域，依靠码字吃饭的“作家”们，在金钱的驱使下，创造出一部又一部空洞无物的长篇小说，变成一个又一个“高产作家”。文化的缺失会导致精神的空虚，进而又导致精神追求的低俗化。这样的例子在当下的社会中并不罕见，从青少年沉溺于网络不能自拔，到报端上各种名人丑事，花边新闻，再到电视荧屏恶搞调侃类的节目，其中寻不见文化的影子，却倍受人们的追捧，究其原因，我想是因为在其中时，人们空虚的精神领域能得到一时的放松和享受。可它们终究不会使精神文化得到一丝充实，却会将人们的追求引向低俗化，使人们的精神领域更加的空虚，所以反过来说，如想去杜绝它们，则从根本上去充实精神文化，就好比人听惯了钢琴的典雅便会不屑于流行乐的喧嚣。

在几年前，当我在电视中看到中国的端午节被韩国申请为传统节日时，心中先是一惊，然后又无奈的笑了，料想必定是某个娱乐节目的调侃，到后来才渐渐的明白是确有其事，心中又有一份气愤，自从那次报道后，便没有了中国与韩国的争夺报道，似乎是中国将自己的传统文化拱手相送。相比之下，最近的钓鱼岛之争却闹的沸沸扬扬，一块海中小岛，却使中日展开半年多的拉锯争夺。难道传统文化真的不如一座小岛，这也反映出中国在面对精神与物质时，习惯性的倾向于后者，也许是百年来中国的求富主题留下的后遗症吧。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern, we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things. There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there isn’t in the country. Traditional Chinese culture is beginning to capture the attention of the

world. This is true even as popular culture that has traditionally been

considered Western begins to spread throughout China. Kung Fu, especially, has

had a great impact on the millions of people who first learned about China

through it. From that, they may come to China and learn about other aspects of

this culture, such as traditional operas like the Beijing and Sichuan ones.

Asian nations have long known about the greatness of ancient Chinese culture.

Their own cultures are a mix of native ones and those Chinese characteristics.

Korea and Japan long ago adopted ideas such as Confucianism is something that

continues today even as it is challenged by Pop Culture. This strength comes

from the ideas given in the Four Books of Confucianism (The Great Learning, The

Doctrine of the Mean, The Analects of Confucius, and The Book of Mencius). These

books built upon the ideas of an even more ancient period codified in the Five

Classics. From them, the West learns such things as Fengshui and other concepts

that are uniquely Chinese. China has taken steps to further this spread of its

culture by establishing Chinese Cultural Centers in such places as the United

States and Europe.

My hometown, Shenzhen, is beautiful, clean and tidy. In the southern part of the country, it is a seaside city with mountains and water. Its like spring all the year round, but its not very cold in winter, and its not very hot in summer. The sky is so blue, the air is so fresh, the sky is so bright...

The mountain of Shenzhen Qifeng list, Lotus Hill, Nanshan beyond count, and small Nanshan, Wutong Mountain...... These mountains are very spectacular, one of the most famous to the number of "Lotus Hill". The mood is like a kite, fly, happy. Lotus Hill, the most famous, is a great man on the hilltop square, the statue of Grandpa Deng. Grandpa Deng, go with head high and chest out step forward. The people coming to Lotus Hill to "visit" Grandpa Deng every day are in a steady stream. I grew up at the foot of Lotus Mountain at a young age, and I was one of the regular guests. Listen to mama said President Xi to Shenzhen specially to give grandpa Deng flowers, it is the symbol of Shenzhens development and progress!

Shenzhen is beautiful, and water is beautiful. Shenzhen Haimeide fascinating! Dameisha, Idaho is the famous tourist resort. Among them, my favorite is Dameisha, where the sea is connected to the sky. The sky is blue, the sea is green, golden beaches, warm, very comfortable to step up. The quiet mountains, water is moving, such as mountain of indomitable spirit tree, water like a large green plate. The seagull flew in the blue sky, and it cried aloud as if it enjoyed the beauty of the sea.

TheDragonBoatFestivaloccurs on the fifth day of the fifth moon of the lunar calendar(阴历). It is one of the three most important of the annual Chinese festivals. The other two are the Autumn Moon Festival and Chinese New Year.

The story of this colorful festival concerns a famous Chinese scholar-statesman(政治家) named Chu Yuan(屈原) who, some three centuries before the birth of Christ, served the King of Chu(楚怀王)during the Warring States period. As a loyal minister(大臣), Chu Yuan at first enjoyed the full confidence and respect of his sovereign(君主). Eventually, through the intrigues of his rivals, he was discredited(不足信的, 不名誉的).

Chu Yuan was never able to regain(恢复) the emperors favor and on the fifth day of the fifth moon in the year 295 B.C.(Before Christ), at the age of 37, Chu Yuan clasped a stone to his chest and plunged into the Milo River(汨罗江) in the Hunan Province(湖南省).

Respecting the minister as an upright(正直的) and honest man, the people who lived in the area jumped into their boats and rushed out in a vain search for him. This unsuccessful rescue attempt is a part of what the Dragon Boat Festival commemorates every year.

Probably the most exciting and interesting aspect of the festival is the racing of the Dragon Boats. These races not only symbolize the peoples attempt to save Chu Yuan, they also demonstrate the Chinese virtues(美德) of cooperation and teamwork.

Another activity of the Festival is the making and eating of a kind of dumpling called Tzungtzu (粽子). When it became known that Chu Yuan was gone forever, the people, living along the river, threw cooked rice into the water as a sacrifice(祭品) to their dead hero. They wrapped(包) rice in bamboo leaves(粽叶), and stuffed(填满) it with ham, beans, bean paste(豆沙), salted egg yokes, sausages, nuts, and/or vegetables.

To the Chinese the fifth lunar moon is more than just the Dragon Boat Festival. Since antiquity(古代), they have believed that this month is a pestilential and danger-fraught(瘟疫的及充满危险的) period. Children born in this month are said to be difficult to raise(抚养), and people tend to concentrate their efforts during this time attempting to protect their families from ills and misfortune. The day of the Dragon Boat Festival is customarily the time when cleaning and sanitation(卫生) are stressed(着重, 强调). Most families hang calamus(菖蒲) and artemisia(艾草) above their doors, both as a decoration and as a preventive against pestilence.

Ancient folk medicines(民间药物) such as realgar(雄黄酒)are added to the food eaten on the Festival day. This is believed to prevent disease and to promote a healthy digestive system(消化器官). The drinking of realgar in wine supposedly relieves(解除) the effects of poisons accumulated in human bodies.

The sachets (Hsiang Pao in Chinese香包) are very popular with children and they vie(竞争) with each other to collect as many as possible. Children are not the only ones who collect Hsiang Pao. Older people are often given them as a symbol of respect, and they are highly prized because of the intricate(复杂的) and beautiful embroidery(刺绣) that adorns(装饰) them.

The Dragon Boat Festival is an entertaining and enjoyable event. It gives the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural heritage
