I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

颐和园是清朝时期兴健的一座大型皇家山水园林，被誉为“皇家园林博物馆”，是中国的世界文化遗产。今天，我们将走进这座举世闻名的皇家园林。

颐和园坐落于北京西郊，占地面积约290公顷。从东门进，便能立刻看到昆明湖。

昆明湖水平如镜，湖水清澈见底。一眼望去，视线开阔，能清楚地看到对面连绵不断的山峰。昆明湖右侧是气派的万寿山，左侧是壮丽的十七孔桥，平和的湖水遇上宏伟的建筑使整个画面变得十分和谐。昆明湖不但景色优美而且对整座北京城极为重要。1956年以前，昆明湖是京城唯一的地表水源，到了1966年，新建的京密引水渠把昆明湖视为主要的调蓄水库，可以说是当时北京城的生命线。

长廊也是具有特色的风景之一。总长728米的长廊一望无际，枋梁上的彩绘更是引人注目。这些彩绘记载了包括名著、典故、神话等等，每一幅都生动形象，颜色搭配巧妙，最小的细节也画得十分精美，看完后不禁让人赞叹宫廷画师们深厚精湛的绘画功底。这一条长廊堪称是一座中古典文学博物馆，涵盖了中国文化史上的方方面面。

苏州街也是十分著名的景点。这是一条水街，站在河中的一座拱桥上，可以看到河畔的各式古色古香的古代建筑，红墙灰瓦、灰墙红瓦的房屋相间着，屋顶插着五彩的旗子，屋檐下挂着红色的灯笼。在清代，皇帝常常坐着船游苏州街，这些房屋有点心铺子、首饰店、茶楼等各具特色的小商店，店员常为太监和宫女。通过苏州街，我们可以清晰的了解到古代皇帝的生活情况和古代的店铺与楼房。

古代生活、文化、历史都在这颐和园内有所体现。这样一座皇家园林应当加以保护，但是我们可以在园内时常看到地上和水里随意乱丢的垃圾。我应该保持园内洁净，让她永远成为中国人的骄傲。

最近，我们学校举行了“陶花节――茶文化专场”的活动，在活动中，我学到了很多知识，比如：有关茶的歌、有关茶的传说、怎样泡茶才好喝……

在活动的几天内，我们跟着陆华老师学了有关茶的歌。

在班队课上，陆老师在广播里将我们唱歌。赵老师在班里说着这件事，同学们听了哇哇大笑，顿时，教室里像炸开了锅。陆老师先把歌词跟老师们说，让老师把歌词写在黑板上，然后陆老师唱一句，同学们跟一句，唱得像只老虎，不过我们已经很努力的在唱了。“叮铃铃”下课了，同学们也跟着广播唱了起来。

有关茶的传说很多，有龙井茶的传说、黄山毛峰的传说、铁观音的传说、君上银针的传说……其中我最熟悉的是铁观音的传说。故事是这样的：二百多年前，当地有一位老茶农姓魏名荫，精于茶事，又笃信佛教，每日早晚必在佛前敬献清茶。一夜，在梦中荷锄出门，至溪涧石旁，见石缝中有一茶树，枝繁叶茂，芳香似兰，深感诧异，正欲探身摘叶，忽被犬吠声惊醒。翌晨，他循梦中途径，行至观音岩打石坑石壁处，果然看到梦中所见茶树，汁淳厚细润，边缘作锯齿状，红芽绿叶，异于它种。遂将茶树移植家中一破铁鼎中，悉心培育繁殖，精工炒出从未有过的好茶，亲朋好友品尝之后，无不称道。由于此树是梦赐之物，又栽在铁鼎中，而且茶色重如铁，故取名铁观音。

我还知道了怎样泡茶才好喝。在活动的那天，家里来了客人，爸爸叫我给客人们泡茶，我根本就不会泡茶：一会儿茶叶放得太多，一会儿茶叶放得太少，一会儿水太热，一会儿水太冷……我不情愿地倒起了茶，爸爸看见我烦躁的样子，走过来对我说：“女儿，你这就不懂了，泡铁观音可不是这样泡的，应该这样泡：首先也是要把握好水温，泡乌龙茶的水温要在100度左右，水温太凉，铁观音就会泡不开，香气也不能发挥。其次在冲泡的过程中，要控制好冲泡的时间。时间和水温都把握的好，那冲泡出来的茶就应该不存在多大的问题。”我听了爸爸的话，茅塞顿开，马就去泡茶了。在这次活动中，我学到了好多的知识。

周六下午，我们来到了浙江美术馆，参观敦煌莫高窟展览，了解关于敦煌莫高窟的知识。

走进大厅，我一眼就看到了一个巨大的横卧着的佛像，佛像身宽就比一个人站着还要高。佛像手枕着头侧睡着，满脸透着祥和的笑容。

接着，我们走进一个个仿真洞窟。洞窟四周和头顶布满了一幅幅复原的壁画和石刻，人物和物体造型生动、色彩绚丽。有的洞窟中央还置着按真实大小复制的佛像雕塑。这三维立体的洞窟给了我们切切实实的感受，仿佛看到了在茫茫戈壁山崖上，艺人工匠们几百年不辞辛苦留下的艺术瑰宝。

在观看壁画时，我有个疑问：为什么大多画片上的人物神态清晰、颜色鲜艳，而有几幅画片上的颜色近灰黑色，神态表情很模糊?在与讲解员的交流中，我逐渐明白了其中的道理。原来古人在绘画时，使用的颜料是从矿物中提取出来的，里面含有铅，而铅极容易氧化，千年之后，颜料慢慢变色，画面变得模糊了。通过绘制那些清晰的画面，考古工作者和现代艺术家们千方百计为我们还原了一个美丽的莫高窟。讲解员还告诉我们，为了尽量体现原先壁画的质感，复原画家在绘画时还故意画上了些裂缝呢。

接下来，我们亲手实践了用宣纸拓印各种壁画石刻图案，还到三楼欣赏张大千先生对敦煌壁画的临摹。在张大先生的临摹中，线条白描，色彩定位上色，到最后的完整画稿都有，这让我对敦煌艺术的了解更加深刻。

时间过得很快，两个小时一晃就过去了。这次展览让我们身临其境地领略了莫高窟艺术的魅力，受益匪浅。

中国历史五千年，各种文化交相辉映，但提到国家前途及发展时却异常地统一，这是中国之所以每每处于最黑暗的时刻总能迅速翻身的最重要理由。只要给中国和平的50年时间，必然能创造出另世人瞩目的辉煌。文化是无形的，就像灵魂一样，就像生命一样，就像智慧一样，就像电一样，是我们非常熟悉的一个存在和能量，但是由于它无形，所以只有附着在一个物体上，或者通过直观的现象表现出来，人们才能感知它。

中国文化自古以来就有其独特的传统。

在绘画和雕刻艺术上，中国画是泼墨写意，西方的油画讲究人体比例和光学原理。比如：中国人为了表现神仙可以飞行就在仙女的脚下加上几朵白云，体现飞的意境。西方人就不能理解我们这种抽象的艺术表现手法，在西方的经典的宗教题材画作中，为了说明天使在飞，就得给那些可爱的小精灵们加上一双翅膀。因为他们只有想到翅膀会飞。在雕刻作品中，中国人更注重想象力和意境，比如一个猴子蹲在马背上，它们的比例相差无几，只是表现了一种意境：马上封侯。而西方的雕刻作品讲求写实和细腻，绝不会出项这种比例失调的艺术作品。

同时，我们注重教育，因为我们相信科教兴国才会使一个国家强大，在国际大舞台上发挥自身作用，得到尊重。中国的教育总是对孩子期望过高，孩子被支配、被指责得太多，会变得脆弱，他们最怕犯错误，最怕失败，所以为了避免错误，反而放弃了提出问题的机会，放弃了在失败中学习的过程。长大后，孩子不仅失去了创造和想象的能力，而且会变得患得患失。因为被强压后学习到的知识、思维、逻辑和推理，是被动的。在当今竞争如此无情激烈的世界里，唯有强者方能出成就。中国的教育体系不是塑造一个真实的孩子，总要把孩子变成自己所希望的样子。没有给孩子一个想成为自己的空间，而是别人怎么做你也要怎么做的盲从产物。兴趣对于大人和孩子都是非常重要的，让一个人去做不想做的事，只会事倍功半。尊重孩子，把他看作一个平等的人，与你享受平等的说话权利，批评权利，反抗权利。少年智则国智，少年强则国强。每一个人都需要反思。

Aimed at providing a platform where students can have a chance to exchange and make use of their books, the annual campus book fair will soon be held in our school. The fair will attract a huge crowd from the entire school, who are to sell, purchase and exchange their second-hand books with their peers.

As a regular visitor, I’ve found myself increasingly attracted by the fair. For one thing, the fair exhibits books of hundreds of types on diverse topics, motivating us to further develop our reading habits and help to broaden our horizons. For another, most books are sold at a lower price than what the bookstores offer.
