走完长廊，就来到了万寿山脚下，登上万寿山，从上向下看，颐和园的景色，尽收眼底。

从万寿山下来，就是昆明湖了，湖光山色相映成趣，湖水碧绿，景致极佳，我们吹着春风坐在湖旁边，舒舒服服地观赏着周围的风景。在十七孔桥的旁边有一头用铜雕刻的牛，我非常好奇地摸了摸，它的表面十分光滑。湖堤上有好几座式样不同的石桥，桥栏杆上有上百根石柱，每根柱子上都刻着一只小狮子，没有一只是相同的，金色的阳光，撒在这些狮子身上，像是给了他们生命力。
