中华民族具有五千多年灿烂的文明历史，创造了博大精深的中华文化，为人类文明进步作出了不可磨灭的贡献。中华文化积淀着中华民族最深沉的精神追求，包含着中华民族最根本的精神基因，代表着中华民族独特的精神标识，是中华民族生生不息、发展壮大的丰厚滋养。

四川是中华文明的重要发源地之一，其历史文化积淀深厚，名人巨匠更是灿若星辰。他们承载着中华民族优秀的精神品格，延续了中华优秀传统文化的巴蜀脉络。2017年我省率先启动了四川历史名人文化传承创新工程，对首批四川历史名人名单进行了审议，最终确定了大禹、李冰、落下闳、扬雄、诸葛亮、武则天、李白、杜甫、苏轼、杨慎为首批“四川历史文化名人”。

而其中杨慎与我们泸州更是有着不解的渊源。他是明朝四川地区的状元，也是“明代三才子”之首。晚年由于正直耿介开罪皇帝而被充军发配云南。途经泸州时爱上了这里的山山水水，与泸州人民结下了深厚的友谊，泸州成了杨慎的第二故乡。泸州城内城外，名胜古迹、山川风景，都留下了杨慎的作品。通过《白塔朝霞》《龙潭潮涨》《玉蟾寺》等一系列名篇，让人领略到古江阳的山水多娇，人杰地灵;而《江阳病中秋怀》八首等诗篇，更让我们看到一位报国无门的英雄在潦倒落魄中，依然心系社稷、爱国忧民的高尚情操，留给泸州人民，留给四川人民，留给中华儿女一笔宝贵的精神文化财富!

文化兴国运兴，文化强民族强。在积贫积弱的旧中国，鲁迅先生说过：“唯有民魂是值得宝贵的，唯有它发扬起来，中国才有真进步。”在实现中国梦的新征途上，我们离不开凝心聚力的中国精神、中华文化。没有文明的继承和发展，没有文化的弘扬和繁荣，就没有中国梦的实现。当今世界，文化在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出。文化的力量，深深熔铸在民族的生命力、创造力和凝聚力之中。严峻的现实告诉我们，文化竞争正成为决定企业、民族和国家命运最根本和最后的竞争。

文化是民族的血脉，是人民的精神家园，是先辈留给我们的精神财富，是我们中华民族的魂。我们要热爱家乡，热爱祖国!将泸州的传统文化发扬光大，为中华文化踵事增华，让中华优秀传统永垂不朽!

Today were going to visit Stanford university, a very old university, and its recognized as one of the worlds most distinguished universities.

Our bus stopped at Stanford university, and I saw an antique building. All the way forward, the building that was built of stone, though made of stone, was built very fine, with different patterns engraved on it. It was then that I was attracted by a church building, whose metope was a beautiful picture of more than 20,000 pieces of Mosaic, which is the memorial church of Stanford university. At Stanford, there is no lack of sophistication, and even the flowers and plants are so finely manicured that, on a large lawn, the flowers and plants are pruned into a big Stanford university logo.

At Stanford, one hour at a time, we had to be reluctant to say goodbye to her. This famous university has given me so much hope that I can go to this university when I grow up.

我们是中国人，讲着中国话，写着中国字，做着中国事，讲着我们中国人做人的道理……中华优秀传统文化是我们的根，是我们的灵魂，是我们的血脉，是我们奋斗的精神力量！我们应当珍惜，重视起中华优秀的传统文化，别像冯骥才感叹如今青少年对中华文化漠视那样：“春节过得没意思，只想过情人节；不喜欢端午节，却喜欢在感恩节里吃火鸡，虽然不知道感恩谁”，我们要寻根，寻找我们丢失的中国文化根！

“五月五，是端午，门插艾，香满堂，吃粽子，撒白糖，龙船下水喜洋洋。”端午节本来是一个夏季的一个驱除瘟疫的节日，后来楚国诗人屈原于端午节这天想到这污浊的尘世，虽自己不能挽救，但也绝不允许它玷污了自己，因此怀石自沉，所以端午节就变成了追忆和纪念屈原的日子了。

粽子的香，是清新中带着淡淡的甜香。

每到端午前夕，妈妈总带我回乡下取粽叶，洗粽叶，包三角粽，圆鼓鼓的头，粽叶被棉线缠绕成了“可爱多”的样子。粽叶虽然不及荷叶的浓郁，但也有竹叶的清香。里面裹着家乡本地产的糯米，白白亮亮的，晶莹剔透，熟了以后，咬一口，清芬香甜。

艾叶菖蒲的香，是清新中带着独特的草药香。

妈妈把两把艾叶和菖蒲分别挂在大门的两侧，菖蒲的根处是白嫩白嫩的，叶子是翠绿扁长的，艾叶圆圆的茎上布满了绿绿的绒绒的叶子。挂了一段日子，那原本亮泽的绿变得黄绿，变得枯干，随之驱蚊的的艾草香弥漫在空气中。不仅如此，妈妈总拿一些艾草菖蒲来煮水给我洗澡，艾草香在满身溢开。满身的艾叶香让我感受到了浓浓的温情。

雄黄酒的香，是清新中带着回味的醇香。

雄黄是一种矿物，把它调和在米酒中，制成雄黄酒。端午节临近酷暑，按古人的话来说，虫类和一些细菌都会在这个时期纷纷快速繁殖，活跃起来。爸爸也仿效古人，端起酒杯把雄黄酒一饮而尽，为了解毒防疫。妈妈也拿着那雄黄酒在家里到处洒，拿着桃枝，蘸上雄黄酒，在我的身上洒了几滴，又在脑门上画了个“王”字来驱毒避邪，一整天我都沉浸在这雄黄酒香中，昏昏欲睡时，仿佛回到了古代，不禁欣喜，醒后便回味无穷。

端午节的中国文化根，裹在溢满乡情的粽叶中，悬在满含温情的艾草菖蒲中，飘在回味的酒香中……

我们守住根，就是热爱自己国家的传统文化，传统文化让我们懂得生活，懂得感恩，懂得传承。传承和弘扬我们的中国文化，正是祖先对我我们的希望和要求。

暑假里，我和妈妈来到了北京，来到了我心心念念的颐和园。

走进颐和园就看到了佛香楼，我们马上来到了佛香楼，“啊!好壮观。”千手观音栩栩如生，还有许多我叫不出名字的佛……我们走出佛香楼的大门，就看见墙壁上刻了许多个小佛，满墙都是!而且每个佛的表情都不一样喔。然后我们登上了万寿山。万寿山上树很茂密、草绿悠悠的、百发齐放鸟儿在树上叽叽喳喳的唱歌，让我心旷神怡。

我们走着走着又来到了昆明湖。昆明湖上很平静，水也很清，清得像一面大镜子，昆明湖边有许多个小凉亭供游客们休息、玩耍。我感觉到累了，就坐到了凉亭的小凳子上休息，突然吹来一阵微风，让我请神清气爽，顿时一点也感觉不到累了。休息了一会儿我们又来到了一个小池塘，池塘里有很多荷花有白色的、粉红色的一朵一朵的挨在一起。花儿开得那么鲜艳，真美啊不知不觉天黑了，我们依依不舍地走出了颐和园。

颐和园又名清漪园。大家看，这里是着名的长廊。这长廊有七百多米，分成273间。它有一条条绿色的长柱，一排排、一列列整整齐齐地，像一个个有素的士兵;有红漆的栏杆，而且每一间横槛上都有各种各样的花纹，如：花草树木、人物、风景等等。旁边还种着一盆盆五颜六色的花，一丝丝花香在这长廊飘来飘去，清新的味道扑面而来。现在，请各位女士们和先生们小心梯级，而且不要乱丢垃圾，有垃圾一定要丢到果皮箱，保护好这里美好的环境!

各位游客，大家请跟我来!这是一个你们最盼望的景点——昆明湖。昆明湖是一条长长的堤坝。湖北有几座形态各异的石桥，桥栏杆上有过百条石柱。石柱上雕刻着狮子头，他们神态各，好看极了!

我们要上山了，各位走好啊!我们下一个景点是万寿山。万寿山的半山腰中有一个三层的宝塔。旁边还有一棵棵参天的大树，绿树成荫的，一眼望去像一块大大的翡翠。

昆明湖的冰不下40cm，没有开冰场但是大家都在上面玩耍，因为不平整，所以出乎意料的，也不是很滑。

颐和园一天游到此结束了。大家觉得这景色美吗?我们祖国还有很多名胜古迹，以后我们还会观看到更美的景点的!各位游客，再见了!
