制作汽锅鸡时，先将鸡块入锅，放上佐料后，搁进放了水的大砂锅里，封严锅盖。用旺火蒸煮约四小时。这时，蒸汽从汽锅底部中间的一根管道不断地喷进里面。既蒸熟了鸡块，又在锅内凝成水珠，成为汤汁。从而，使汽锅蒸出的鸡块肉烂骨离，汤鲜肉嫩，最能保持鸡的原味和营养。

那一天夜晚，我们刚吃过晚饭，外面就响起了烟火爆竹的声音，震耳欲聋。于是，我也毫不犹豫地搬出了“大导弹”。老爸拿出一个打火机点燃了导火线。只听“嘘”的一声响，一条巨龙窜上了天空，可是它没有游多久就迅速地消失了，真是神龙见首不见尾啊；紧接着，一位好看的花仙子飞上了天空，她慢慢地洒下一片片金色的花瓣，那花瓣纷纷扬扬地落下来，煞是好看。正当我们看得如痴似呆时，她没了踪影。老天爷呀老天爷，它为什么偏偏不等待那些爱好它的孩子们呢？
